I was transferred to Jane who identified herself as the front desk person. I asked about the number of medical staff in the practice, and how referrals are handled. Jane wasn't friendly and treated me as if she didn't understand why I would be asking questions about the practice. I asked to schedule an appointment, and Jane told me someone would call me on Monday (it was Friday) to schedule an appointment. I asked if I could make an appointment right then, and she said, "No." I never received a call from CIM. Based on other reviews found on Yelp, and my experience with CIM, I suggest finding another more reliable medical practice.

Unsafe Medical Advice and Lack of Compassion for Senior Care…read more I am writing this to caution other caregivers managing complex medical needs for senior parents. My mother was a patient at this practice, and the experience was deeply concerning. The Medical Advice: When I sought guidance with Jennifer Miller on how to safely wean my mother off a psychiatric medication (Cymbalta) that was causing extreme issues, the provider's advice was to stop it abruptly ("cold-turkey"). I was told to simply "let her go through withdrawals" and take her to the ER for an IV if she began vomiting or became dehydrated. As an advocate for my senior mother, I knew this was unsafe and unacceptable advice. My request to use a slow, compounded tapering method was completely ignored. The Outcome: I had to seek outside specialist care to find a safe path forward. After finding a new care team that supported the slow, compounded taper I had researched, my mother is doing significantly better. The extreme "crash and burn" cycles she was experiencing have stopped, and she is much more alert and present than she has been in months. The Office Environment: The lack of professionalism from Jennifer Miller's nurse was also a major issue. While trying to resolve a critical prescription delay for a medication my mother needs to eat (due to an esophageal condition), I was met with sarcasm and told, "We have other patients." My private concerns were repeated within earshot of others in the office, which was completely unprofessional and dismissive. Final Thought: If you have a loved one with sensitive or complex needs, please be your own advocate. We have moved to a new primary care physician and a psychiatrist who actually listen. My mother is finally in safe hands, no thanks to this practice.

Dr. Gutsin has always been there to help my autistic son. He treats him with respect and explains…read morehis reasons for assigning treatment in a way that he can understand. He is one of the few doctors my son feels comfortable with. He treats his patients like friends and family. In a recent appointment, my son was worried that he had not lost weight. He has a medication that keeps weight on and he is currently about 100 lbs too heavy. His past visits..my son would show that he'd put on 1 or 2 more pounds. But this last visit..he gained none. Dr Gustin gave him big praise saying that he's headed in the right direction. And that if he keeps going on the same path, he will probably find his weight improving. My son walked out of there with a big smile on his face and renewed faith in eating right and exercising. Now his goal is to keep Dr Gutsin smiling. I really appreciate that Dr Gutsin cares about his emotional state as well as his physical state. He looks out for his patients.

Im extremely well educated with HIPPA regulations and violations and this place is off point with all of the above. I let the first problem with my medicine go .... this second encounter i had to multiple times go in person and call and leave messages to even be able to get a refill. What a headache. Which is exactly what you can expect from this place. Vanessa gave me my diagnosis and told me they would refer me somewhere but has failed to do so. I got aggravated with the front desk not being able to comprehend the fact that just like my paperwork says my preferred name..... is obviously my preferred name. I shouldn't have to hand hold a pharmacy or a doctor's office to do their job when I dont work for either of them. I did offer to apologize to her front desk and she did nothing but talk over me and tell me about her husband chuck Charlie whatever and how he doesn't get upset about his doctors calling him the wrong name..... well im not Vanessa's husband and that has 0 to do with me as a patient. She kicked me out of this practice because she said i was rude and that im not happy with their practice.... welll...... you won't be either if you decide to come here. Its only been a month by the way. Do your research and go elsewhere.

Everyone was very kind, professional and knowledgeable. My surgery was seamless, from pre-op to recovery to my hospital room, then next day discharge home. Looking for an urgent care facility on maps to get my ear checked for a possible ruptured eardrum…read more Saw that this facility was labeled as an urgent care facility so I decided to try it out. Upon walking inside I was greeted by 2 dogs and then I went to the desk and tried to explain my reason for being there. Not even after getting 2 words out I was rudely interrupted and was told that it is not an urgent care facility. Upon reading reviews on yelp and seeing others label this place as an urgent care facility and appointments is crazy. I wasn't even offered the option to make an appointment, just got told to go away.
