A minor issue that arose was promptly and effectively resolved. While a brief disagreement occurred due to a misunderstanding on my part, Nick's clarification and reiteration of his rationale quickly demonstrated the validity of his approach. Called his shop by mistake and was met with the nastiest response of " you already called me if you're not gonna get tint from me you're wasting my time". Unprofessional AF. Do better. I've been bringing multiple cars here and TO this day sending people this way. Never again.
