Looked in Yelp for a reputable tint company and to request pricing for my brand new Tesla MY. Tint Crew got back to me almost immediately after-hours with a quote and the different options. The prices were laid out easy, very reasonable and no-frills. Shortly after, I read on a Tesla FB group that someone had also gone there and was very happy with the results. Shortly after, I reached out to Tint Crew again to inquire about another car and Hogun? responded quickly again. I like how they respond via email and text, makes it easier. He seemed to be a trustable person so I decided I'd take my car there. I made an appointment online which was VERY easy! I was able to pick my day and time, availability as soon as the following day was open. This is a family business and Hoguns mother was working the front counter. She was sooo sweet and spoke to me about my options. I had concerns with too dark of a tint and the ability to see clearly out of my windshield. My former Tesla MY tint I had gotten 20% and I felt it was too dark at night. She had Hogun talk to me and he took a lot of time to explain to me the various tints and even allowed me in his and his mom's car to compare the darkest tint to the next shade down. He didn't sales talk, which I fully appreciated and explained what kind of drivers should get the top of the line tint (which really wasn't me) but I went with it anyway due to the highest heat blocking percentage. Also, the price was not too much of a difference for all windows. I left my car there and it was ready about 4-5 hours later. I did 30% all around with the 80 front windshield. I came in to replace the tint on my rear passenger and back window. The original film was no longer available, so the front desk lady recommended redoing my front windows too so everything would match. She said the new film was better and would be similar to what I had before, so I agreed. Once I got home, I noticed the front tint was way lighter than before. My old tint had good privacy (35% front, 20% rear), but now you could see right through. When I came back to fix it, the same lady said, "This is what you wanted, so it's not our fault." That rubbed me the wrong way -- I only agreed based on her advice. They re-tinted the front to 15%, which helped a little, but it still didn't match the original look. I wish I had just kept my old tint. Disappointed with the customer service and how the situation was handled. read more

We went to Tint Crew with our new Tesla Model 3, and Hogan spent a lot of time with us. We were confused about visual transmission and blockage, so he explained to us what each shade of Llumar IRX means. Hogan also waited patiently for us to decide the shade for the front windows. We are quite happy with our final choices. Tint Crew was also very accommodating with any schedule change. We made an appointment for 3 pm. Early on that day, we phoned them to see if we could take our car over much sooner so that we could pick it up early in the afternoon. Made an appointment over the phone a few days prior, took me at my appointment time at 9:00am, explained all the options, and got my tint done and car ready for pick up by 12:30. It was about $250 for the windshield, and prices ranged from 80-170 for driver and passenger side windows depending on what type of material. All in all, I went with the highest quality tint for all my windows of my 2026 Honda Passport and it came out to $775. They did great job color matching my front and back windows (which had factory color). Their tint comes with warranty for any peeling or fading (but not for physical damages).
