If it doesn't need replacing they won't replace it. These days it's easy to look out what prices on what parts cost and Hatfield doesn't overcharge you like you expect at the dealer. On the repair I paid what I was quoted. No extra, oh we forgot to tell you that kind of stuff. They work on your car like you would if you knew what you were doing. Over the years I've gone to Pep Boys, Toyota and Chevy dealerships and other repair shops and I would trust Hatfield to work on both of my cars if they break down. The rest of the car works fine so there was no need to get a new/used car. Since the engine has been replaced it runs like new, gets 31.6 miles to the gallon and is back on the road 7 days a week. I also got a warranty on the engine 1 year or 12,000 miles both parts and labor included in the price. Was also provided a receipt that included that engine had been replaced with the mileage, and the mileage that the car had on it when it was replaced if and when I sell the car.

They had difficulty getting my system installed and even had to call an engineer for assistance. A few weeks later the system was acting possessed. I brought it back to them and they discovered my steering wheel buttons were messed up and needed to be replaced. Despite the buttons not being under warranty they told me if I bought the buttons and brought them in they would install them at no charge. They have treated me well and I have felt comfortable even opening up to them about my family life and my love of opossums. I think this company is awesome and I highly recommend them and if I need services they offer again in the future I will be coming back! 10 out of 10 definitely recommend!

I came in for tinting on my new truck and they did a great job on the windows. While waiting I mentioned I was disappointed by the sound quality, specifically the lower range as compared to the sound in my last truck which was much better. Both systems were higher end factory systems. They immediately knew what I was talking about and instead of getting pushy or telling me what I needed they listened. I have specific tastes as a life long audiophile and once professional sound engineer and semi-pro musician. I didn't talk about all that, I told them of my taste in music and my preference is tight musical bass rather than booming or thumping bass that is very popular with a lot of younger people. Bass frequencies can be tones or musical, not everyone cares or can even tell the difference in the lower ranges. Anyway they understood, listened and pointed out that people with the same model truck often come in ad get an amp upgrade and a new subwoofer. They had kits already to go for that. But they knew that I didn't want power and loud, I wanted audiophile quality. Instead fo trying to sell me stuff they (three of them) wanted to go sit in the truck with me, listen and have me describe what I was hearing and what I wanted. They could have played the expert and tried to show off or be braggy. They could have tried to intimidate me (which would be fun for me since I do know my audio stuff). again they were instead respectful and collaborative. We came up with a solution, a cost and they did nothing to pressure me to invest. What I want will not be inexpensive and I'll have to save up for it They were not put out that I wasn't rich and could not just drop a bunch of cash. Again they treated me respectfully and like a valued customer. When they time comes I will trust them with my sound. For now the tint job looks great!

I saw him drag the back window tint on the dirty floor. He placed the drive side tint to close forward and left a gap on the other side which light is showing through. He doesn't place his tint all the way to the edge of the glass like other professional tint shop do. The gap around the edge of the glass are inconsistent in every window. It been 4 months and there still tiny dried up air pockets in every windows. He use a plotter to cut out his pattern so there no real skills involved there. His price is not cheap it is the same or more than the other tint shop nearby. I went to this shop become it was the first available appointment. I should have know better. He offer lifetime warranty on the tint but I don't think he will be in business for long if he keep redoing his sloppy work I will have to paid a professional tint shop to redo his sloppy work. I don't recommend this place.

I purchased aftermarket lights front and back and he was able to install them easily. A complicated job considering how difficult it is just to get the headlights out. Additionally the rear lights needed some wiring. After discussing what I wanted my stereo system to do we came up with a system that plugs into my factory harness and allows me to upgrade the head unit at any time. I don't trust my car with anyone else. Can't wait till the new system is installed!!!

Originally we thought the Jeep Rubicon Gladiator was going to be it. Since they didn't have the one we wanted in stock, they found one and immediately did a trade with another dealership an hour away. It was then waiting for us the next day. Then this morning we call them saying we have decided against the Jeep and would be buying a Chevy (fortunately Vance owns that dealership too.) But in the end, we bought a 2500 Ram Laramie w/a turbo diesel. All the while even though I'm sure there was a lot going on behind the scenes, we knew their #1 priority was that we got what we wanted. Hayden in Finance and A.T. the sales manager worked with us to get a good deal, and we drove away super happy. Please note Vance offers a drivetrain lifetime warranty on most of their new vehicles., a big plus! Plus they will do what it takes to make sure you feel comfortable and clear in your decision to buy a new vehicle. We never once felt pressured or that we caused any inconvenience. We went in today to visit with Les to figure out how to resolve the issue of the broken parts and Les screamed at us through the window that we could warranty out the parts and it wasn't his problem. Les Held up the paper that my husband signed yesterday to get his refund for the alignment and said that my husband signed the paperwork and it wasn't Les' problem. Les ran out the door after my husband and attempted to open the door while his wife screamed at us calling us tweakers. All we wanted was info on how to correct the broken parts, not a brawl. Completely unprofessional. We will not be back. Money isn't the principle, we got our money back. Disrespect and the way people are treated is important when running a business. I would have given a 5 star review had we not been treated so poorly. I have seen on previous poor reviews Les coming back with things to say about the person leaving the review- say what you want but the way you handled the situation was very unprofessional

I agreed on the price and they only installed the bottom half of the window and charged me the full price. Why would I ask for half of a fogged over window be replaced? A year ago it was half the price and then they only did half the work. I contacted the owner and he absolutely didn't care. Screw the customer is who they are all about.
