I was warmly welcomed to the store when I arrived and the service advisor tried hard to find the specific tires that I ordered. Couldn't find them. Thankfully, he had alternatives in stock and he honored the original price. A few minutes later, I headed across the street for a breakfast bite while the team worked away. A text message that the car was ready and I returned. All set and the work was complete. When you include the road hazard cover, the disposal fee, the this-that-and-the-other fee and such, it's not cheap. But they were thorough, friendly and I am confident in the new tires on my daughter's SUV. At least now if she hits another curb, the tires will be replaceable at this or any other Discount Tire. The shop said they needed to replace the turbo for my truck as that could cause the issue. After paying $2,700 for the turbo replacement. I picked up my truck and every time I start my truck there is now a loud clicking inside the cab from what they say is an accustom that is now bad by pure Coincidence which it was not making that sound before I dropped it off and has been making the sound ever since And the second time I turned on my truck after picking it back the check engine light came back on for the same o2 sensor. after asking them about it they said they didn't swap out the actual sensor to make me not waste my money. they said they ran a test on the sensor after installing the new turbo and it was good but it wasn't even 13 hours after getting it back that the check engine light came back on. Then they went ahead and charged me another $239.02 to have them fix the issue. THE SAME ISSUE I ORIGINALLY TOLD THEM TO FIX.

Well since this was state certified inspection center and I was stuck in town for the week I thought why not. I got my car fixed. Had to get new tires and realignment. Everything looked good. I thought they had done a swell job. However it wasn't until a couple weeks later when I took it to my mechanic that I realized the people at Royer Tire Service only did a patchwork job. This enabled me to get me passed inspection and ultimately protected them from the state if my car were to fall apart on the road. Although they did a patchwork job that allowed me to pass inspection, I wish they would have took the time to assess the other areas of my car that were in need of repair. For instance, they originally said I needed four new tires which I agreed to. When I came back the next day, they had ordered only two. A couple of weeks later at my mechanic, I realize that not only do a need those two additional tires, but also a kit to fix the realignment. So the moral of this story is use a mechanic that you are familiar with and be aware of those you are unaware of who do patchwork to get you by. It'll only cost you more in the long run.

Progressive Insurance outsources their roadside service and the service is horrible. We called Goodyear in Joplin to see if they had 4 tires to replace the dangerous Westlake tires that exploded and if they knew any roadside/tow service that could help us. RD at Goodyear was a saint! He had the tires we needed and personally drove 40 miles to the camper, removed all 4 tires, drove back to Joplin to mount the new tires and 40 miles back to the camper to put the new tires on our camper.
