I have an old beat up truck that I use to take loved ones to and from lots of medical appointments. I wanted to update the sound system so I could talk on my phone on some of the longer trips because I try to be responsible at all times. They had difficulty getting my system installed and even had to call an engineer for assistance. A few weeks later the system was acting possessed. I brought it back to them and they discovered my steering wheel buttons were messed up and needed to be replaced. Despite the buttons not being under warranty they told me if I bought the buttons and brought them in they would install them at no charge. They have treated me well and I have felt comfortable even opening up to them about my family life and my love of opossums. I think this company is awesome and I highly recommend them and if I need services they offer again in the future I will be coming back! 10 out of 10 definitely recommend! read more

Excellent service, knowledgable staff, they help you make the right choice for your tastes and budget and don't talk down to you. I came in for tinting on my new truck and they did a great job on the windows. While waiting I mentioned I was disappointed by the sound quality, specifically the lower range as compared to the sound in my last truck which was much better. Both systems were higher end factory systems. They immediately knew what I was talking about and instead of getting pushy or telling me what I needed they listened. I have specific tastes as a life long audiophile and once professional sound engineer and semi-pro musician. I didn't talk about all that, I told them of my taste in music and my preference is tight musical bass rather than booming or thumping bass that is very popular with a lot of younger people. Bass frequencies can be tones or musical, not everyone cares or can even tell the difference in the lower ranges. Anyway they understood, listened and pointed out that people with the same model truck often come in ad get an amp upgrade and a new subwoofer. They had kits already to go for that. But they knew that I didn't want power and loud, I wanted audiophile quality. Instead fo trying to sell me stuff they (three of them) wanted to go sit in the truck with me, listen and have me describe what I was hearing and what I wanted. They could have played the expert and tried to show off or be braggy. They could have tried to intimidate me (which would be fun for me since I do know my audio stuff). again they were instead respectful and collaborative. We came up with a solution, a cost and they did nothing to pressure me to invest. What I want will not be inexpensive and I'll have to save up for it They were not put out that I wasn't rich and could not just drop a bunch of cash. Again they treated me respectfully and like a valued customer. When they time comes I will trust them with my sound. For now the tint job looks great! read more

Had another place I town that "ordered" a sterio for my truck, months later it never came in, Nate fixed me right up the day I went in! Had a tear in my seat needed to get it re done. Wanted leather, looked around couldn't find anyone who wanted to work in this town, not the case with Creative. My spouse bought the window tint package (12/16) as a present to me for Christmas . Let's start with actually getting an appointment. 4 phone calls & voicemails later. I finally call one more time before asking for a refund & got someone to make me an appointment. April 8th was the only day they had. I needed a morning appointment. They don't do tint in the mornings. It had to be 3pm. I work at 6pm. So I knew upfront that I would have to bor a car & find someone to pickup my car. They pick it up & see the spots in my upholstery from the chemicals they use. They are ALL over my car. They guy at the desk says it's just soap. You can clean it off. Not the experience I was expecting. The cashier was asked if they leave a Corvette like that. He said again that it's just soap. Well it's not ju soap! My driver seat is stained & looks like someone peed in it. These people acted like they could careless. My tint is bubbled badly . I know I have to wait about a week & maybe it will go away? I'm done! Second bad experience! What a joke. read more

Thank you for an amazing deal on the Alpine SPS-610c, MB Quart amp, wiring kit bundle! Incredible price and it sounds awesome! However, my installation wouldn't have gone smoothly without the help of Matt Green via chat and phone call as I'm an online customer in Arizona. He walked me through a checklist to insure I had everything before I started. He told me if I needed anything to contact him via chat and he would have his phone with him. Little did he realize, I'm humble enough to take up the offer - and out of desperation at about 1 am I sent a chat - HE ANSWERED! I was having problems with final connections and power getting to the amps. Via chat he walked me through everything and bam - it's alive! I've spent my entire adult career in sales and customer service. This guy went above and beyond! Come on - answering me at 1 am? Who does that anymore? Had a snafu with our brand new Ford F-150 not having an aux input or XM these guys took great care of us and our truck including jumping a big hurdle with the xm installed being crap (not their fault). I went to creative audio to get a replacement for my factory sound system. I spoke to the sales person, picked out a radio and speakers. I asked for them to install the device. I was quoted a price of $491.00. So I agreed and later the price set a date for installation. I came in on the scheduled date. First thing the new sales person says they need to increase the price $159.00 for a wiring harness. This is before they even put the car in the garage. I agree. Two hours later they state they need a additional $80.00 for a amplifier as they can't use the one in the car. I pay for it . After a additional 2 hours they tell me my car is ready and give me my keys. No one shows me or explains the new system. I go get in my car it has metal shaving all over the back seat. The old covers are broken into a dozen pieces and they didn't install The new speaker covers. As I drive home I learn my turn signals now don't work and when I park my car the ignition switch cover falls off and I can't get it to go back on. I call creative audio and speak to the manager tell him my complaints and he asks me to return. I go back on the following Monday as I live 50 miles away. The manager looks at it and tells me the installer told him that the metal shaving were in the car when he started the job. Total lie. The manager States they will vacuum the car after they fix the signals. Did not get all the shavings and there are multiple screws left in the seat. Then they tell me the ignition cover was damaged before they worked on it and had been held in by glue which again is a lie. I then ask about the extra charges and he tells me what they were for. I asked why it wasn't included in my original bill and I get some tale about they didn't know they would need them originally. Very poor business and not professional in the customer service. Use at your own risk and beware of after charges that will inflate the price. read more

Last month I had them install a automatic starter on my RAV4. I researched first to find the top brands and Creative had it. The price was reasonable and I was lucky they were able to install it right away. The wait was a bit longer than they said but I walked down main st. and had a nice lunch a few blocks away. The service was fantastic, the men at the counter were polite and helpful and answered all my questions. I highly recommend them. read more
