Contacted Zafer at Tint Pros a few weeks back to inquire about tinting my 2021 Camaro SS. Communication via phone and text back and forth was excellent. I ended up scheduling my appointment and dropped my car off to get my tint completed about two weeks later when there was availability. Upon arriving, Zafer showed me a few reference photos, discussed various tint levels and showed me a few examples in his shop at the time as I was on the fence about just how dark to go. His shop is very clean, which funny enough was a huge selling point (along with great reviews, of course) to trust him to do the work on my SS. I personally don't like leaving my car with any dealer or shop and do all my maintenance work myself, So I wanted to find the best place in the Cleveland area to get it done and to the highest quality/care. Ended up going with 3M colorstable 35% on sides, 20% rear. Zafer finished the work on time as promised and was very considerate to work around my schedule to pick the car up the next day (had to sit overnight to dry properly as my windows roll down when opening the doors by design). Zafer also reassured me that my car would be locked up inside his shop throughout the night and kept safe and sound, so that was great to hear. When I picked up my car the next morning, Zafer was genuinely excited to show me my 'new and improved' SS inside his shop. As I had hoped, the tint work was flawless. No bubbles or debris under the tint and perfectly cut edges near the window borders. Perfect execution! We went over post-care, warranty before I paid and I was on my way. Extremely happy with the quality of work and dealing with Zafer. I highly recommend using Tint Pros if you are looking for the absolute best! We just financed a 2019 Yukon Denali and wanted to get the windows tinted and 3M bra on the front of the truck. We had the same done on our previous car and had such a great experience with Tint Pros that we decided to come back. Zafir and his team welcomed us back as if we were distant relatives. We explained what we were looking for and without any pressure, we were informed of the new products and services that would best fit us since we keep our cars for 5+ years. We ended up tinting the front two windows with 3M color stable film and installing the clear 3M Scotchgard Pro self-healing computer cut bra on the bumper, hood and fenders. As Zafir knows that we keep our cars for the long haul, he educated us on the Camui Chrome Chain Ceramic Coating which we decided to go with. Zafir was very flexible with his schedule as long as we were flexible with ours. We ended up dropping the car off on Sunday night and let Zafir know that we were in no rush to get the truck back. He had the car throughout the week and went above and beyond due to our flexibility. The extra services that he provided us included adding the 3M self-healing film behind all four door handles to protect from ring and nail scratches, the ceramic coating was applied to the entire exterior paint, plastics, rims, and even the exterior windows. Zafir kept us informed on where he was throughout the week and offered to open the shop for us to pick the car up over the weekend. The truck looks great and could not be happier. I have owned SUV's for the past 23 years so I have always had pigment tint from the factory on my vehicles. I recently bought a new mid size sedan which had no factory tint. Needless to say, I was not used to feeling out in the open as I drove so I started my research on after market tints and companies that do this work. I spoke to the dealer and did my own on line research. I chose Tint Pros mainly because of the reviews I saw online. When I got there, the owner Z, walked me through everything from how he applies the film to tint level options to UV exposure. He is very professional and comes off as very honest. He never quoted me or pushed for the higher level tints 3M offers but when I asked about them he was glad to share his insight. I ended up choosing the middle of the road option which was pricier than the standard Tint Pro quotes. So I left the car and came back later that day. It looked much better than I thought it would as I was still unsure about a film on my windows instead of the pigmented factory windows. I was so pleasantly surprised! I have been taking my cars to Zafer at Tint Pros for the last few years and they always do an excellent job while providing me with top class customer service. After every job he takes me through a walkthrough and in-depth overview of what was done and makes sure I fully understand the warranty. I recently took my new Ford Raptor to get the windows tinted, protection film on the hood, and ceramic coating and he did an amazing job! The tint was an absolute perfect match to the rear windows. After putting the protection film put on the hood, head lights and the mirrors, you can't even see the film without looking closely. The ceramic coating was the real jaw dropper. Zafer did an amazing job with paint correction and the ceramic on top of it keeps it look absolutely beautiful! They also put a layer of ceramic coating on the windshield and now I don't even need to use my wipers - water just beads right off. I highly recommend Tint Pros to everyone. I don't write reviews and I take every review with a grain of salt because it's impossible to know whether they are real. Here, I had to write a review because the work was excellent. I didn't know what I wanted, but Zafer took the time to make sure I understood my options. He tinted my wife's Mercedes and it looks like a different car. He also took the time to buff out a paint scuff where she hit the garage - at no charge. Because of his high attention to detail, the scuff bothered him to the point where he had to do something about it. Above and beyond. He's also a truly nice guy. I had my reservations when I pulled up to his shop at night and dropped the keys in the night deposit, but I'm glad I did. He really cares about his work and it shows. read more

Zafer, I have been coming to you for over 12 years and you have done 4 cars. My Maserati GT needed a face lift so he installed the high tech plastic bra on the front and ceramic coated the car and window protection. The car needed some love, he rubbed it out and polished to it was new again. I can't speak enough of what a professional person Zafer is and his crew is fantastic. They show what's is need to be done, texts you updates and explains how to wash and clean the new products. Tint Pros work is top of the line, always extremely high quality, and it turns out there was an added benefit with the film tint pros used. Not only does it protect my car from sun damage, keep items inside concealed, and keep it insulated, it actually protected against shattering as well. My rear hatch window was shot by a pellet gun and the glass repair shop said the only thing holding the window in place was the tint. The safety feature of this tint allowed me to drive my car for two days with the shattered window in tact, at high speeds on the highway and even parking in public areas, until I was able to get the window replaced. Went to get the windows tinted on my 2012 Bentley Continental. I didn't know where to go, so i relied on the online reviews. I wasn't looking for a chain with minimum wage employees doing the job, and i wasn's looking for a place that wanted to sell stereos and sold tinting on the side. I was not disappointed. Zafer was the nicest most knowledgeable guy i could have hoped for, and he took a lot of time to help me figure out what i wanted. In the end, i left it to his judgment, and it turned out terrific.
