I have brought my 2023 and my 2016 vehicles for undercoating, engine coating , window tinting and detailing. What I noticed is that they lack attention to detail. There are spots missing the under coating for both vehicles. The 2016 has many missed area due to lack of attention to detail. They did not spray inside the fenders properly. The detailing for both vehicles was subpar and they tinted the windows after the detailing, did not wipe the excess spray and left water marks all over the inside of the drivers side windshield. we brought our new car in for rust proofing. when we arrived to pick it up the only employee was trying to help 3 customers in front of us and answering the phone that rang every 2 minutes. it took 20 minutes to pay for the car and leave, no fault of the lone employee. when we got the car there was residual gooey rustproof gel dripping out on the body in several spots. for 670$ I didn't think I'd spend 30 minutes cleaning the slime off the car read more

I called about removing window tint from my car. They informed me that they only remove tint off windows in the summer. I called in October. I was not given any other options, and frankly did not feel like I was worth their time. If I could have given ZERO STARS I would of given that rating. Extremely Disappointed! I got my truck undercoated for the first time in 2017 and they did a fairly decent job, apart from taking it outside before it dried and getting leaves stuck in the undercoating (see pics.) I took it for warranty work in 2018 which was ok, and 2019 which was absolutely terrible. I called that night after I picked it up and left a message about how disappointed I was and I received no call back or anything, just a letter in the mail asking to refer friends, which will now NEVER happen. I decided to give them another shot in 2020. I got a courtesy call in October asking when I wanted to schedule my appointment and it was scheduled for December 30th at 8am. They said they would give me a call before my appointment as a reminder. The 30th came around and there was never a call. I decided to go anyway and on my way there I decided to call just to make sure. I told the man who answered the phone that I had an appointment for warranty work and all he said was bring it in before 9 and we'll call you when it's done. I told him again that I had an appointment and he didn't even acknowledge what I said or try to accommodate me and said the same thing. Horrible customer service! Especially when I made an appointment and had been using them for years! Obviously they don't care to do a good job or treat their customers with respect if it's warranty undercoating work because it's cheaper than the initial undercoating work. Will never use this company or refer anyone to them for anything. Update 2/10/2021: Contacted customer service like the reply said to almost two weeks ago and still haven't gotten a response. Called in to get a quote on my new car for tints and I got denied service. Should of known why this place has two stars...

I purchased a brand new vehicle and took it directly to ziebart to have it undercoated. They have a 10 year warranty on rust prevention. What they didn't tell me is that there is close too $70 annual fee to touch- up any spots that need it. What a lie, after 2 years my vehicle has rust on the frame and upon inspection i noticed several areas that were missed. I told the manager about the rust and he said he'll look into it but when i received my vehicle back after the annual touch up and $70, I still noticed the rust and missed areas. Unless you like spending over $1500 on a rustproofing job poorly done, I would not recommend ziebart of Middleburg to anyone. read more

First time here today, took my Sequoia in for interior detail. They did a fantastic job! My car had soooo much dog hair & muddy paw prints. I like that after they clean the carpets it's not left soaking wet like other detail shops. Will definitely return again! read more

Stopped in this morning for a quote on window tinting. The gentleman behind the counter was named Carl. We were discussing my vehicle when the phone rang and instead of saying "excuse me while I get this call" He turned around and answered it right in the middle of our conversation and starting talking to the person on the phone. I would have thought he would have put the customer on hold while he finished my quote or say hold on a minute to me. I immediately walked out and will not patronize this place. Last year I had my truck under coated and rust proofed. I paid close to $700 for the service. The only reason I had the rust proofing done is because I was told I would have a warranty as long as I came back every year and paid to have everything touched up against the rust so that if there was ever any rust it would be fixed by the company. Now mind you it was a used truck but it was only a few years old so there was no rust on it begin with and it was always well cared for and very clean. Today I called and the lady on the phone tells me there would be no warranty for my truck because it was a used vehicle and ask her what would be the reason for me to get that service done if I was not interested in a warranty? Why would I waste my money? I feel very deceived by this company. I was suckered into paying a few more hundred dollars that I even wanted to spend and all I got was empty promises. It's bad enough they got overspray on my runningboards on my truck, but on a separate issue I wanted to have my show car Cadillac under coated as well but they told me that they couldn't mask off the chrome at the bottom of my Cadillac so the stuff would not get on it, this is a complete nightmare and a joke. I took my BMW i8 into Ziebarts to get my windows tinted. The manager,Karl did them and left some bubbles in the doors. So, I decided to take it back up there to get them redone. Karl looked at the job he did and refused to redo it. He swore up and down that it was a good job when there were bubbles in the tint. When we went back into the store he was swearing left and right dropping f bombs in front of the whole store and calling his secretary a "dumb bitch" for charging me the price she did. Karl was very unprofessional and would not own up to the shitty job he did on my i8 window tint. I will never go back up there for any services based on the work done and the unprofessionalism. Any employee, let alone manager that swears like that about their coworkers and to their customers does not deserve any clients. I was so in shock the way he treated me and his coworkers and had no shame to do it in front of OTHER customers. He refuse to stand by his mistake and swore up and down he did a good job. I have had three vehicles detailed in Middleburg Heights every year since 2001 and never have been disappointed. My oldest vehicle which I still have is a 2001 ford one ton dually which looks better than the day I picked it up from the dealer. Karl does an excellent job and is very meticulous.
