They were easy to deal with and communicated well throughout the process. They came to my place of business, did the thing, and were done in about an hour. It's been several weeks with a fair amount of rain at times, and no leaks, so I'm going to give them a thumbs up. The only negative was the tape used to temporarily hold the windshield in place until the sealant cured...it left marks on my paint. I expect they may come off with some solvent, but haven't tried yet. Their price was certainly right, being WAY below the Safelite pricing.

He quickly responded with an available appointment for the following Wednesday 3/11/26. I dropped the car off at 9AM and it was ready for pickup the same day at 3PM. He even included a can of ammonia free tint-safe window cleaner, a microfiber cloth, and all the 3M warranty information. I would highly recommend Tint Pros to anyone interested in getting their windows tinted. The price is more than some of the fly-by-night tinting businesses, but the service quality is unmatched.

Five stars isn't enough for Senneco Auto Glass!…read more I have a 1970 Chevy C10, and finding someone to replace the leaking front windshield was like searching for a unicorn. When I called Senneco, they were incredibly kind and immediately said they'd love to help. I brought the truck in and met Dave, who was just the best--so friendly, patient, and happy to walk me through the process step by step. Senneco wasn't able to source the exact glass I wanted (I'm a little picky when it comes to my truck), so I went on a months-long hunt to find it myself. Brought in what I thought was the right glass--nope. Total fail. Came back later with the correct one, and Dave got it installed fast. What really stood out throughout this whole saga is how respectful and kind Dave was every single time I showed up (which was at least four visits). As a woman, I'm no stranger to being talked down to in auto shops, but I never once felt that here. Dave treated me like a valued customer and a fellow enthusiast, and that meant the world to me. They were going to rip off a single mother of 3. 700.00 to replace a hose? Oh, that's because the hoses come in packs of 2, even though Sharon needed 1 hose replaced, they were going to charge her for an extra part, that they were not going to use on her car. I know parts are expensive, but that's ridiculous. She told them that was too much and called around and M & S Auto's estimate was for 260.00. They recognized the dire need of a working Mom. They had compassion for her situation and helped her. They fixed her car in 20 minutes, instead of the Tuesday, originally stated. She had her car towed to Auto Repair Inc.1st. They did a diagnostic test on her car. They charged her 70.00 for that, and gave her the 700.00 estimate. When she wisely declined, she tried to pay the bill with her credit card over the phone. They refused to take payment over the phone, and refused to release her car to the towing company. She was sick, with 3 kids, I gave her a ride to the shop to pay in person. They made her wait around the desk, while the workers stood around, taking another customers info over the phone. One guy told her to quit asking questions. What type of men take advantage of a woman, who is obviously sick and struggling. Speak to her in a way that she comes out sobbing, at her wits end. SHAME ON YOU AUTO REPAIR INC. They gave me an estimate for something like $500 (this happened last fall) but then recommended that the scrape was superficial enough that it should be fine with just some touch up paint. They ordered in the touch up paint, painted it for me, and only charged me the cost of the paint! Amazing! My wife also had a significant repair done by Lossmans, and now you cannot tell which side of the car was repaired.

While eating out after work a couple of weeks ago, someone backed into my car in the parking lot…read moreand shattered my back bumper. Luckily the car was still drivable; after dealing with the insurance company I needed to get the bumper fixed, which was actually a pretty big job since it included a number of the modern sensors to warn of blind spots and cross traffic. I went to a couple of the better collision centers near me that were highly rated on Yelp. I ended up picking LJI because they had a great facility and really took charge and reassured me that I would be in good hands. The LJI in Beachwood (they also have a facility in Cleveland Heights) is located on Chagrin just East of I-271 in the same building as Choolaah. Once inside I was very impressed with how clean and modern the shop and the office are. The waiting room is very nice and features a small boutique. Once I arranged for them to get the claim from Progressive they handled everything including setting up the rental and let me know that they could get me in the next week. Dropping off the car was easy and the rental was there and ready to go. The estimate was that the car would be ready in about 1 week and they might send it to the Cleveland Heights shop. After a week I got a call letting me know that the car should be ready the next day and then a follow up call to let me know when the car was done. Picking up the car was also easy, the cost to me was only the deductible, minimal paperwork and of course turning in the rental. The repair job was excellent, the back of the car looks brand new, in addition they actually cleaned the car inside and out. Exemplary work and a great job of going above and beyond. I really appreciate how easy they made repairing my car, the staff is great, they communicated with me when they promised and delivered as promised. LJI is clearly one of the best auto collision centers and well worth using if you need auto body work done. I would highly recommend that you consider them.
