At first, this place is hidden and seems very lowkey. But its always the lowkey spots that turn out to be absolutely the best. I needed to have my car tinted and called up this shop. They were friendly and were able to give me the prices over the phone. I ended up getting the ceramic tint all around. They were finished with the job within 2 hours. It was too good to be true because most other places end up taking 5 hours or so. But as soon as I picked up my car, the tint came out looking clean. They were nice enough to even park my car inside so it wouldn't be too hot. I wanted to wait about a week before I made this post to see how my tint would turn out. Horrible Service should have read the bad reviews. Went in to get tint on entire car. Went in at ( 4:52) as noted on receipt...which wasn't late to take my money and do the service. they knock out all 5 windows in a matter of 30 minutes. As instructed to not lower windows nor wash windows so tint could adhere a week later I saw that one of the windows had a huge bubble size of a quarter not really visible since it was very close to the edge of window. I show up to get it replaced...as I am explaining to owner he gives me attitude as soon as I bringing up the warranty. He then decides to fimally come outside to check out the film. Goes on to say oh I don't have time for this you have to bring it another day... mind you film for 5 windows took 30 min I can imagine how long a replacement for one would take. BUT ofcourse it'll cut into his profit, labor and time. Bring it tomorrow "Saturday" or tues/wed after 2pm since we are slow so I agree. I show up at 3pm next day Shop is closed hmmm. Called today to take it in around 230pm he said he had taken in 2 cars that he couldn't work on "ONE WINDOW" BECAUSE IT WAS TOO LATE. I guess taking my money at 452pm to doing a warranty replacement at 230PM Is a huge difference in time and labor. Or is it that you wouldn't be taking anymore money? I go on to tell him about the confusion (coming before 2 is to early and coming after 2 is too late) so who understands them. Phone call ended in him telling me to F*** Off. I am also a business owner and not every client is right I believe but that does not give one the right to disrespect your client and continuous future business. They Just avoid taking warranty replacement jobs is what I see very shady business. Never returning to them Again.. Find a more professional shop would be my advice to anyone. read more

Tint Works is a no bull tint shop. They gave me there prices and showed me their options on tint materials and shades. It was a no hassle experience. They do not make appointments and it is first come first serve. This is a no frills shop so don't expect a fancy waiting area or coffee etc., if you decide to wait. The best part is I took my 2017 Ford F-250 in and it was done in 1 1/2 hours. My truck was clean and nothing was damaged like I read in some other reviews but each experience is unique. Originally I was going to get my windows tinted @ a shop that I have been to before, which does great work and has been around for a while. But I was referred to this place by a friend, so it was a "friend of a friend" hookup. There was no hookup and I regret doing business here. I was told to be there @ 9am on sat, Leo was not there and I had to wait about 15 minutes. I got all five windows tinted for $160 and it didn't take them long to finish. Windows didn't look bad until I noticed some scratches on the back window near the third brake light. I took the car back and this time I had to wait 30 minutes for Leo to get there. Once he arrived I told Leo you might not see the scratches because I can only see them @ night when the car's headlights reflect off the back window. He said he didn't see anything and that it maybe the thin layer of metallic picking up headlight reflection. I said no there are scratches back there and it's not headlight reflection. He continued telling me that some cars have this issue with the rear window. Again I said they are scratches not headlight reflections. I was thinking I know the difference, Anyway Leo told me that he could re tint that window two or three times and it would look the same. I thought just re tint the window and make me happy as a customer but of course he has no customer service skills. He probably didn't want to re tint the window, thats bad business. WEAK! So Instead of going back and forth, I just left. I asked a friend to look at it and he said it looks like claw marks. To think I went back because of a weak tint job on my back window and they did nothing to help and keep me as a customer. Now I will to spend more money @ a decent, reputable and professional tint shop. And to think this was a "friend of a friend" hookup, imaging if you're just a walk in. They will not appreciate you as a customer. save your money and go elsewhere. Get it done right the first time! I, too, had purchased a groupon for "window tint for a 4-door car" but when I called to make an appointment, the guy was telling me there would be additional costs to get the front 2 windows tinted even though I only have a small standard size car with "4 DOORS" as it specifically states on the ad. This place is located in a nice business area. They have a small front office and have the tint options laid out in plain view for you to choose what you want. the reason i went to this place is because i purchased a Groupon offer at groupon .com i paid 100$, but when i got there i was told it was only to get 3 windows tinted for my 4-door car. They said if i wanted to get the 2-front windows done it will cost 30$ extra (40$ originally). I bought that so my total is now 130$ Also, they have a list of vehicles that they advise you to get a 'Felt strip" inside your door panels so the tint doesnt scratch ( i have a 07 Honda Accord and i was advised to get it.) keep in mind it will be 25$ a door! I only got it for my driver window since i will be rolling that windown down often. Now my total was 155$. I didnt expect to be paying more than my orignal 100$ but it is My car and i dont want it to mess up. So i spent the extra money. So I got "dark" tint on the back windows and "medium" for the front 2 windows. I really dont like when your able to see inside the car so i almost got the "limo tint". once it was finished, the dark tint in the back, your still able to see a little inside the car but when i saw the car i really didnt mind. It came out really nice. So if u dont like it when you can still see inside the car get limo for the back. the dark tint really blended with the medium tint it looks real nice. overall, the tint job came out good. no peeling, no bubbles, no scratches. Lifetime warranty. keep the reciept. lastly, theyre computer didnt work so be ready to pay cash. dont expect nice service just go in get what you want and get out. read more

One star due to rude cusomer service and the mess they left in my car. I recently got my Mustang tinted here. I got a coupon in the mail for $35 off ANY tint job, but when I got there the kid at the front had to ask if I could use it on the more expensive tint . The man working on the cars (manager maybe) said it was only good on the $99 tint job. I had to actually argue with him that THEIR coupon said ANY tint job (and no small print that said otherwise). He begrudgingly said, "alright fine give it to her." The kid was nice, but management is not! I also had them remove the old tint. They left a MESS! Tint pieces all over the inside and glittery residue all over my doors that I couldn't get off. The tint looked fine, but so would someone elses work. I guess "warranty" doesn't apply to this business beware if you get your tint done here and something goes wrong they will avoid you at all cost to get your issues resolved, my tint is starting to bubble and they are to "busy" to fix the issue. I went to this place because soft touch carwash referred me and gave me a 35$ off coupon no where on the coupon does it says WINTER DEAL only so I go ask the guy how much to get my windows tint he said 159.99 so I showed him the coupon and he told me that's was the winter special now it's 25$ off for the fall but clearly on the coupon I have it states 35$off and doesn't state any season of the year so he wouldn't honor so I went somewhere else. Should of read the bad reviews before bringing my new Tahoe. Paid $65 to tint my 2 front windows to match factory back tint. Wasn't even close. I went back 2 days later to tell them the tint isn't close to what I wanted and they said they had informed me it wouldn't match 100 percent. But it wasn't even matched 40 percent ;/ They didn't care that I was unhappy, still wanted to charge me full price to redo them. If I would have initially gotten all my windows tinted thru them the cost would have been $225. But since I already paid $65 they weren't willing to cut me a deal at all! So a $225 job would end up costing me $285. Not sure how that made sense to them for me to pay more! I left there feeling like I just went there to give them $65 to piss me off. Not a good feeling. Luckily there are plenty more tint shops that would like my business and probably offer better customer service. Steering clear of this place and I suggest you do the same. read more

Very great work done here. Has to be one of the best places I have gone to to get my car windows tinted. I even came back to get to tint on the front windshield for the sun visor. They do a great job and honor to redo the tint if it doesn't set right; however, they don't honor if they actually mess something up in the car. They tinted my 2016 Dodge Dart and messed up the rear headliner on the rear window in order to tint it. They tinted it and broke a clip so now it sags. When I told them about it they didn't want to claim responsibility even though I noticed it right after I got it back. Even if they had to remove part of the headliner to tint they should have advised before finishing the job. I wouldn't recommend coming here again but if you do make sure you take before and after pics just to be safe. read more

I purchased the Groupon voucher about 2 years ago, scheduled my appointment and was happy with the job that the business did. The deal also had "lifetime guarantee" . It was stamped on my receipt. So I saved the receipt until today that I tried to get my car windows done again. I went in at the time frame that they told me I could. When I get there, they refuse to do the job because I didn't have the "lifetime guarantee card" which they never gave me! It was stamped in my receipt though! They didn't do the job because of their mistake to give me that card my first time around. They were rude, didn't listen to the customer and didn't try to make it up. Worst tint job I have ever had. I usually have a guy come to my house for years, but he was sick and couldn't do it. Took a chance and came here. Oh how I regret ever coming here. Paid 320 for the upgraded tint. The job was quick, but when I came back to pick up my truck i saw that 3 of the window tints had scratches on them. It was very obvious. It's sad that the guys didn't catch it before they gave it to me. You would think they would check their work. Then I noticed the rear windows had a horrible cut on the bottom of the window. The tint didn't even cover the whole window. The guy said, "we have a machine that cuts it like that." I told him it looked like crap like that and I didn't want the tint like that. Then the tint in the very back of my truck was crooked as hell. This guy literally had to redo my whole truck except for two windows out of seven. He didn't really want to redo it, but he did. I'll give him credit for that. But if he or his partner took their time the first time, it would have been better. They lady at the front desk was nice. Few weeks later, I still have a little bubble in my front window. I really don't want to go back for them to fix it because I'm affraid they're going to do a shitty job worse than they did the first time. Probably just going to go somewhere else and get it re done.
