Worst tint job I have ever had. I usually have a guy come to my house for years, but he was sick and couldn't do it. Took a chance and came here. Oh how I regret ever coming here. Paid 320 for the upgraded tint. The job was quick, but when I came back to pick up my truck i saw that 3 of the window tints had scratches on them. It was very obvious. It's sad that the guys didn't catch it before they gave it to me. You would think they would check their work. Then I noticed the rear windows had a horrible cut on the bottom of the window. The tint didn't even cover the whole window. The guy said, "we have a machine that cuts it like that." I told him it looked like crap like that and I didn't want the tint like that. Then the tint in the very back of my truck was crooked as hell. This guy literally had to redo my whole truck except for two windows out of seven. He didn't really want to redo it, but he did. I'll give him credit for that. But if he or his partner took their time the first time, it would have been better. They lady at the front desk was nice. Few weeks later, I still have a little bubble in my front window. I really don't want to go back for them to fix it because I'm affraid they're going to do a shitty job worse than they did the first time. Probably just going to go somewhere else and get it re done. The guy at the counter was nice and professional. They removed my old tint with no problem!!! We were warned that it make take a little longer but still did in a hour. No mess left in the car. Also, I called before I went for a quote and when I got there they gave me the same price. I have called many places and they would quote me a price and when I would get there the price would change! Just took my Honda Civic couple in for its tint job, this is my third vehicle being tinted by this company and wow it looks amazing. The price was reasonable and the work was done in a timely manner. I also got a quote for tint on my home windows, and they came out and took care of that too. Highly recommend this business, Leo was very knowledgable and gave a very good price for his product and labor. My brothers family took 5 cars to him and I also took my 2014 Lexus es350, my 2016 4Runner and my wife's fiat. All jobs were done in an hours time each! Our cars were clean after each job. The girl on the phone told me to "bring my car down right now" well what she didn't tell me was that it was lunch time. With no regard for their customers they about 6 people left me sitting in the waiting room for 30 minutes in no rush whatsoever drinking beer and hanging out. The owner came in several times and saw me waiting he just continued drinking coronas. I asked him for my keys back and he just said ok here ya go. Way to win your customers business. Tint Works is great. I've had at least 10 cars tinted over the years and Tint Works did a fantastic job on my wife's 2011 Sorento (which was the first I had them do). I paid extra for the higher grade ceramic tint and it was worth it. I saw a small bubble in one of the rear quarter windows and the installer insisted on pulling the tint and putting a new piece on while we waited (even though I said I would wait a few days to see if it "dried out"), it took about 15 minutes. Talk about great service! I just dropped of my 2012 Mazda 3 HB for a tint job and I am sure Tint Works will do the same great work. There are at least 3 other shops within a mile of Tint Works but I would not go anywhere else, even for a little less cost, Tint Works is worth any little extra money you may pay. I highly recommend Tint Works for any tint job you may have. They are always very professional both on the phone and in person. read more

Stay away!!! I called for a quote and was told 140 and that I could come in right away and the car would only take about 1.5 hours to finish, I have a 2 door 2012 honda accord, so I went in and no one greeted me I stood around for a while waiting, I told them I had called and was told to come in, I only lived 8 minutes away but I guess in those 8 minutes somehow 6 cars came in and they were busy, so I told them I would leave the car, when it came to paying they were telling me 200 I told the guy I was told 140 and he went around asking who had quoted that and came back to say that price is for the cheapest film they have that if I wanted heat protection it would be 200 so I agreed, 6 hours later still no call about my car, I waited another 1.5 hours and called my self and they said it was done, I went to pick it up and big surprise my car was still being worked on they had only done two windows! Long story short I waited saw the work looked ok saw bubbles and the back window had a lot of them on too right corner like a big patch looked awful they said it would go away in a week.. A month later I came back because of the back window and they refused to redo the bad work and I complained about the fact that the heat resistant film sucked and it felt like it was as hot in my car as before I had it tinted, they refused to do anything about it so basically I paid 200 bucks for their crappy cheap 140 film that looks terrible on my windows! read more

I went to this business because I had purchased a Groupon. I called ahead and asked when the last vehicle is taken for the day, I was informed that the cut off time is 4:30pm. After I had spoke with the manager regarding this I had informed him that I would be there that same day. I took time off of work just to make it in time, working all the way in Anaheim I just made it at 4:10pm that same day. When I arrived I spoke with the manager and informed him that I would like to have full tint done on my Sentra. He looked at me as if he were baffled so I had informed him that I had a Groupon that I would like to redeem, he then told me that he couldn't take my car because he just had someone come in that wanted full tint including the windshield so that would take a much longer time. I explained to him that I had called earlier that day and he told me over the phone that the last car taken would be at 4:30. He kept giving me a look as if he was oblivious to the whole situation unfolding in front of him. I then returned to the business that same week but on Saturday. This time I had arrived at 3:00pm and had spoken to another employee. At first he was nice and I told him that I would like to have my Sentra done with full tint. He then took a look at my car so I assumed that my car would be taken. Before he said anything I let him know that I had a Groupon to redeem, he then said that he was not taking anymore cars for the day because they just got another car that wanted full tint including the windshield. He too seemed to be "oblivious". I was very frustrated and upset, I decided to contact Groupon customer service and just asked for a refund. Bottom line is, if you have a Groupon these guys seem so oblivious and as soon as they are told about your Groupon there whole demeanor changes. DO NOT give these guys business. I do not recommend now will I go back to this facility. read more

HORRIBLE!!!!! Such awful customer service (if you can call it that). The guy at desk is a complete jerk. Didn't explain anything, had a horrible attitude. It is our own fault for leaving our car with someone like that. And the tint itself, there is a hair in the center of one of the windows, which is clearly visible. We just did the front windows, which is totally off compared to the back ones. He never offered advice on going lighter, or what shade to get....again, our fault for trusting him. I guess we were naive and just expected to be talked through the process, as the consumer. Much more I could say, but I don't think it's even needed. Oh wait...he offered to 'fix it' and recharge us all over again. uhhhhh???? or wait...an even better deal...he will do all the back windows for $140. So $140 + $50 for the fronts = $190 Which according to him is a hell of a deal... oh wait... don't you advertise the whole car for $135 in mailers??? We will just eat the $$$ and go somewhere else. I have had 2 cars done here and they did a great job both times (in July 2011 and Sep 2013). I thought the person who helped me was quiet and not a hard seller. He was very patient and helpful with me when I couldn't decide what degree of tint to get. The price was good, done in 2 hours and the windows look great. read more

Got the tint installed 8 months ago and opted for the special warranty deal for an extra $30 so if the cops stopped me or the window got broken Tint Works would replace the tint at no charge (caveat is it works one time only). Well someone broke my passenger window and after getting a new one installed I went in for the no cost service. And sure enough they put the tint on the replacement window for free. They even took me in while they were already doing an install and got me out real quick. No complaints with Tint Works. I'd use them again. read more

I don't know what this other guy is talking about "Aveet". This place is excellent tint and have stood behind their work 100%. Actually I had my truck tinted and after about 8 months I took my wifes suburban in there for her windows. He actually informed me that there was a recall on the tint itself for my truck and to bring it in and they would re tint it for free. This is a family owned business and sometime the owner is not at the shop. As for the tinter in the back he is the nicest guy you'd ever want to meet. Way to stereotype a person. Not every mexican with a shaved head is a gang member. I have had 5 or more cars done here with no problems what so ever. read more

So I called and spoke with Leo and he gave me a quote over the phone for my car to be tinted. I get to the shop and was greeted and they started my car right away. I was there no more then an hour.
