Tint World was professional and got my job done, even if perhaps a little more than I wanted to spend. We did two things to the Sprinter van and both are excellent. First, I now have a train horn. $1200 for the device and installation which included mounting the horn itself and the tank under the hood, running the power and activator to a button on the dashboard. The horn is LOUD AS HECK and will do very nicely for getting idiots out of my way on the road. Second, we added some perforated white wrap to the back windows. While it took some explaining and they had to special order the vinyl, the installation is great. I think it helps make the Sprinter look a little bit less like an RV and a little bit more like a plain vanilla work van. Stealthier. Overall, I'm pleased with the work. I will never do business with Tint World again. Complete lack of respect by 12V installer. It was plain that looking to see why the same cable, that was installed by Tint World, has come loose and fallen in the way of my parking brake 3 (three) times was not important to him. He said "I have a twenty thousand dollar install that I need to get back to." Mind you this was after a Saturday install appointment was rescheduled to a Tuesday. I had an appointment on the books, but his $20k install made it impossible for him to fix my issue without pointing out that he had "better" things to do. During my morning appointment, Tyler quoted me to change out some turn signal lights, reconnect the side marker lights and install new fog lights. The issue turned out to be a fried relay that I had to rush order and get back to the team later that afternoon. No one tried to up sale me or pressure me into the window tint I purchased. They were totally up front with the pricing and didn't pull any strings. My car is thirteen (13) years old. When I was given a quote, it was explained to me that the manufacturer that originally put on the tint, had used cheap material and that is why it was looking so bad. Tint World offers a life time warranty on their tinting, which is a huge plus for me. The price alone, was very reasonable. I plan on returning so they can restore my headlights. I called here prior to scheduling an appointment and asked how long it would take to have the tint removed from my 2 front windows, they told me about 30 minutes. I scheduled this on my lunch break, thinking I could get back to work on time. When I got to the shop the guy told me it would take 20 minutes. I ended up waiting an hour and a half. They told me my tint had a lot of glue left behind. When i got back into my car the windows were extremely smudged and I could see the glue left in my window tracks. When I rolled my windows up and down the glue would smear even more on the glass. For the amount of time I waited, I expected a lot more attention to detail. Would not recommend read more

After 4 years of getting my car inspected in NC I was informed my car failed inspection as the ceramic tint on my car was to dark for North Carolina. I'm still in disbelief over that statement, but I came to Tint World to do what had to be done. The guys were very understanding, showing me the shade of tint and explaining how they remove and replace what I have. I'm not sure about their window tint but they are horr at auto detailing. I purchased the ultimate service and where should I begin. Upon getting my car I knew they haven't half the work. My interior was half cleaned. They didn't clean my center console, the window post where still dirty, they didn't clean the headliner. They only clean the driver's side windows, the service says hot water extraction of the carpet and upholstery...it wasn't done and I had to make them clean the engine which also supposed to included in the service. I paid $377 for $50 service. If they can't wash a car they good damn sure can't do tint. read more

Brought my truck in the have the tint removed for inspection and reinstalled after inspection. Its only 2 side windows on a hd2500 chevy truck. The tint job was good. The management is the problem not the employees They made me wait 2 weeks. Its a 30 minute job. Lost my business because of it.
