From the minute I called to ask about tint for our 2025 Colorado Sean explained everything and answered all of my questions. Bill and Randy took it back and started working on it when I showed up for my appointment and quickly they were done. No bubbles, no rips, just perfectly done tint like I paid for and expected from Tint World. I've had two different trucks done in three weeks and 4 overall and the lifetime warranty is a huge plus. Thanks guys for the outstanding value and service.

Another great job by tint world. They clearly explained all of the tinting options and the tinted our Camaro quickly. It looks great and will help to reflect the sun on hot days.

Came here to get a new radio installed for my dad's 2009 Tahoe as a Father's Day present and they did absolutely wonderful. Staff was so nice and knowledgeable. 100% recommend!

Tint World was professional and got my job done, even if perhaps a little more than I wanted to spend. We did two things to the Sprinter van and both are excellent. First, I now have a train horn. $1200 for the device and installation which included mounting the horn itself and the tank under the hood, running the power and activator to a button on the dashboard. The horn is LOUD AS HECK and will do very nicely for getting idiots out of my way on the road. Second, we added some perforated white wrap to the back windows. While it took some explaining and they had to special order the vinyl, the installation is great. I think it helps make the Sprinter look a little bit less like an RV and a little bit more like a plain vanilla work van. Stealthier. Overall, I'm pleased with the work. I will never do business with Tint World again. Complete lack of respect by 12V installer. It was plain that looking to see why the same cable, that was installed by Tint World, has come loose and fallen in the way of my parking brake 3 (three) times was not important to him. He said "I have a twenty thousand dollar install that I need to get back to." Mind you this was after a Saturday install appointment was rescheduled to a Tuesday. I had an appointment on the books, but his $20k install made it impossible for him to fix my issue without pointing out that he had "better" things to do. Like I told Shawn at the front desk as I left: "Have a nice life." Took my vehicle to another installer to have the repair made that was caused by this business. read more

During my visit to Tint World, I engaged with Tyler and Terry, who are exceptional people. Friendly, respectful, reasonable - in short, great to work with! During my morning appointment, Tyler quoted me to change out some turn signal lights, reconnect the side marker lights and install new fog lights. The issue turned out to be a fried relay that I had to rush order and get back to the team later that afternoon. Though the job took longer than anticipated and the fried relay was a wild card, of sorts, Tyler honored the original quote. Tyler worked on my car, a 2001 Honda Prelude that had just been painted, and treated it with great care. I won't hesitate to do business with Tint World, Charlotte the next time I have a need, whether it be lighting, sound, tinting or vinyl wrap. The team at Tint World on Monroe Road are the best! Terry, Alex and Malena (sorry if I misspelled your name) for whom I worked with directly, were very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. No one tried to up sale me or pressure me into the window tint I purchased. They were totally up front with the pricing and didn't pull any strings. My car is thirteen (13) years old. When I was given a quote, it was explained to me that the manufacturer that originally put on the tint, had used cheap material and that is why it was looking so bad. Tint World offers a life time warranty on their tinting, which is a huge plus for me. The price alone, was very reasonable. I plan on returning so they can restore my headlights. I recommend using Tint World above all others. read more

I called here prior to scheduling an appointment and asked how long it would take to have the tint removed from my 2 front windows, they told me about 30 minutes. I scheduled this on my lunch break, thinking I could get back to work on time. When I got to the shop the guy told me it would take 20 minutes. I ended up waiting an hour and a half. They told me my tint had a lot of glue left behind. When i got back into my car the windows were extremely smudged and I could see the glue left in my window tracks. When I rolled my windows up and down the glue would smear even more on the glass. For the amount of time I waited, I expected a lot more attention to detail. Would not recommend read more

After 4 years of getting my car inspected in NC I was informed my car failed inspection as the ceramic tint on my car was to dark for North Carolina. I'm still in disbelief over that statement, but I came to Tint World to do what had to be done. The guys were very understanding, showing me the shade of tint and explaining how they remove and replace what I have. The waiting room was clean and neat and my car was completed in a little less time than stated. Everyone and everything was very professional from start to finish. I'm not sure about their window tint but they are horr at auto detailing. I purchased the ultimate service and where should I begin. Upon getting my car I knew they haven't half the work. My interior was half cleaned. They didn't clean my center console, the window post where still dirty, they didn't clean the headliner. They only clean the driver's side windows, the service says hot water extraction of the carpet and upholstery...it wasn't done and I had to make them clean the engine which also supposed to included in the service. I paid $377 for $50 service. If they can't wash a car they good damn sure can't do tint. read more

Did alot of business here. I have multiple vehicles and I have spent alot of money here. Had a great relationship with the previous staff. Brought my truck in the have the tint removed for inspection and reinstalled after inspection. Its only 2 side windows on a hd2500 chevy truck. The tint job was good. The management is the problem not the employees They made me wait 2 weeks. Its a 30 minute job. Lost my business because of it. I've had my mustang, my corvette, my truck, my moms honda accord, my girls bmw, my friends hummer all done there before. read more

To whom it may concern, I came in on 11/14/22 at 9:00 AM for my appointment to get a Viper (5906v) alarm and a few sensors installed on my 2013 Dodge Durango and after talking to Aaron the manager at the 6331 South Blvd location in Charlotte, NC he agreed to a total of $511 labor cost including chrome delete on two door bottom trims $75 each. After several days of them putting it off and telling me "It would be done before the end of the day today" I decided to stop by in person and see what exactly the delay was. They informed me the car was not starting due to a bad starter and that it was "not their fault" it wasn't working. However the car was starting normal when I first drove it to Tint World. The issue most likely could have been caused by them not wiring properly and causing a loop in the remote start that causes the car to start and shut off non stop and therefore damaging the starter. I decided to call my mechanic so he could take a look at the starter. He deemed it in fact in non working condition and replaced the part within 1 hour at my cost. Still the car wouldn't turn over. To our surprise, Aaron and Jon connected a wire directly to one of the fuel injectors causing the engine to get completely flooded with fuel. The mechanic relayed to me that this was preventing the car from starting and he went ahead and drained all of the gas with a suction pump, attempted to start the car again, this time It would start but it would shut off almost right away. I came with my vehicle running and starting just fine and the manager Aaron and his crew denied ANY and ALL responsibility for what they did to my vehicle. They told me the owner was out of town and that corporate told them to tell me they would not be helping me in any way whatsoever. I'm beyond frustrated and disappointed at Tint World and it's management: (Aaron) and the owner: (Marc) who never even reached out to me to hear my concern. After doing my research and thinking I would be in good hands at your establishment, it ended up being a complete nightmare costing me $511 for an installation that was not only done improperly but caused further damage to my vehicle which then caused me to spend hundreds of dollars more. I request a refund immediately of the installation fee ($511) and the payment of the services and parts that were necessary to fix what they damaged. In addition, I will be filing a complaint with the North Carolina Attorney General and the Better Business Bureau. Please reach out to me with a solution to this problem as soon as possible as I have been without my vehicle for one week and your store refuses to do anything to fix the situation and or compensate me. read more

I have had my Genesis Coupe for a little while now and have wanted to get my windows tinted but was unsure of what I wanted and frankly haven't had the time. But while out shopping came across Tint World, went online, put my info in requesting a quote and information and within a few hours I had everything I needed to make a wise decision. Then called in spoke to Rubin, who was extremely nice and helpful both over the phone and in person, and made my appointment for that day. Upon arrival I really didn't know what kind of tint I wanted I just knew I wanted it to look good and have some privacy. When I got there Rubin and Daniel helped me with letting me sit in their own vehicle to see what different tint would actually look like because I was having a hard time deciding. I finally made a decision but mostly because I trusted what they (Rubin and Daniel) suggested because remember people THEY are the PERFESSIONALS! I will definitely trust them in the future with any of my vehicle needs because they do ALOT more than just tint as I saw while we were there. By the way they also did my Hubby's Jeep Commander tint while we were there because his front 2 windows didn't have tint on them but the others did and they match it up PERFECTLY! During my recent experience with this company, I was deeply disappointed by the lack of honesty, integrity, and professionalism displayed. After initially receiving feedback on my review, Zack called me and instead of addressing my concerns, he immediately sided with the salesman, claiming I had been shown examples of the tint and a price board--neither of which happened. Rather than acknowledging my perspective or investigating the matter further. Zack questioned why I waited a couple of weeks to voice my complaint and write a review. I have a busy schedule, being a full-time premed student and full-time employee. Zach approach felt dismissive and unprofessional, placing blind faith in the salesman instead of addressing a customer's genuine concerns. If integrity were a priority, they would have reviewed the footage to verify my account. Instead, their handling of the situation reflected a lack of transparency and respect for their customers. This type of dishonesty and unprofessionalism is something I cannot overlook and that's why I wrote this 2nd review. I will not be doing business with Tint World again and will be spending my money somewhere else to get the tint I desire. read more

I needed some LED lights installed on my Jeep and the guys over at Tint World did an amazing job. They were quick and their customer service was great. Ask for Ruben if you need anything LED wired, he was able to use all of my LED strips, which I did not think was going to be possible. read more
