Did alot of business here. I have multiple vehicles and I have spent alot of money here. Had a great relationship with the previous staff. Brought my truck in the have the tint removed for inspection and reinstalled after inspection. Its only 2 side windows on a hd2500 chevy truck. The tint job was good. The management is the problem not the employees They made me wait 2 weeks. Its a 30 minute job. Lost my business because of it. I've had my mustang, my corvette, my truck, my moms honda accord, my girls bmw, my friends hummer all done there before. read more

Went in to have tint corrected, asked for pricing and wanted to come back Monday after looking into one more option. Asked for a quote, since the girl listed off multiple prices for removal, removal and new tint. However, the man with the eyes told her no and that id use it to "shop" around, whatever that means. Lost a sale. Never going back. read more

I read a lot of bad reviews before I went but I had a good experience. I just had the side windows of my car tinted. Great price with a lifetime warranty for what I chose. They even had me take a look at it and make sure I was happy with it before I left. Also the waiting area and bathroom are pretty small but very clean and well maintained. A few down points as to why I didn't give a 5 star. I asked for a quick detail job also but they said they were having trouble keeping a detailer hired so they didn't have anyone to do it. Also I scheduled a week ahead of time but they didn't seem to have any of my information recorded when I showed up. But they still got me in early and out fairly quickly. read more

We went in just for an estimate and couldn't resist the price offered to us (obviously I did my research). Trevor is very welcoming and helpful. He never pressurized us even once and gave us space to decide at our own leisure. He even knows the tint details very well and makes sure you are satisfied with the job! Walked in today as one of my tail lights was out in hopes they'd be able to assist me. I was greeted as soon as I walked in by Terry and another gentleman whose name I did not get. Unfortunately they didn't have the bulb my car needed. However, because I had really wanted it done today Terry went down the road to purchase the bulb I needed and installed it. This all took less than 30 minutes. Everyone who works at this location spoke to me in passing and were all very nice which is the ideal atmosphere. I had taken the opportunity to obtain a quote on some additional AME I'd like added to my vehicle. Terry took the time to explain everything to me and build out an estimate. He actually did two when I had asked for an additional item to be added with no hesitation. The building is clean with nice displays and knowledgable employees. I plan on going back to get the additional AME added to my vehicle very soon. read more

I brought my Ram truck in for window tint. The tint looked great. Ended up tinting the tail lights and the third brake light. everything looks great these guys know what they are doing and have great options for different things to do to your vehicle. read more

I took my vehicle to Tint World for an install on my Expedition, they told me to have it there when they opened and it would be done by 4pm. Well two days later it was completed but with problems! For starters I can no longer hear incoming calls (you can hear me though) my back door wouldn't open after Hunter installed speakers (had to pay someone to fix) there is a burning wire smell when I turn the volume pass 10 (unit goes to 50) my back up camera wasn't installed at all (says he forgot about it) Hunter told me that when I do come back to get a batt cap installed that he would take care of it then. He quoted me $100.00 for labor of the batt cap. Keep in mind I prepaid for these services everything except the batt cap. A while later I get the batt cap and take my vehicle back to Tint World to correct any issues and install the batt cap. So I have a 9:45 am appointment I get there at 9:50 am. I wait until 10:30 before I get helped. Okay so I'm a patient person but time is valuable. After Hunter comes and types some things up int the cpu he just walks off and another guy says give me the keys and sign this. When I look at the paper it's an invoice for 390.00!!!! I'm like there is no way I'm paying an additional 400.00 on top of the 1000.00 I already paid. The guy says well I'll take 100.00 off. Now I'm feeling ripped off so I said never mind I'll just go elsewhere and have them fix your mistakes and get it right. I will no longer do business with this place! read more

They did a nice job with my tint. The people I encountered were friendly and professional. It was quite busy, but the young lady who was working the front did a good job managing everything. I do like that they do a walk through of the work before you leave to make sure you're happy with the service. My only complaint I guess would be that it took a bit longer than time given but luckily I had nothing to do that day so it wasn't so bad. I'm overall pleased with the service. read more

Be ware. Pls Stay away from that place tint world. Go other places pls. I went to there couple months ago for my audi & spent $235 for not too dark middle option. It turned out that it looked just the same as my factory tint. It was a joke after spending that much. They didn't do anything much except a little touch cleaning & had me wait for an hr. Unfortunately I had to leave out of town for my wrk so there was no chance for me to go back. These people are not trustworthy. They enjoy screwing innocent people who make a decent living. Pls go somewhere else. Again stay away from TINT WORLD. Be warned. Pls STAY AWAY. Not even worth one star at all. Again pls stay away n go somewhere else. My experience at tint world isn't so much with the work as with the manager George. He was very attentive to my needs and was very knowledgeable about his product and services. Although the work I have had done up until this point hasn't gone 100% without complications George's role in making things right throughout the process was very comforting. I wasn't going to bother reviewing this place, but the promotional emails I receive, keep reminding me of my lackluster experience. As the result of being impressed with services, Tint World has to offer. I stopped by the South Blvd. location the summer of 2021. There was one guy there and he was correcting a tint job, they had previously done on a Kia Stinger. I asked the guy would my car's upholstery condition, qualify to be redone by them. We walked over to my car, and he checked it out. He said my seats were beyond the patch up job, which I understood. The problem is, he then continued to state how expensive the job would be, in a discouraging manner. Somehow, this guy seemed to perceive the financial capacity of this black man, but that's another conversation. I had already been to a couple of renown private upholstery and was well aware of the cost. However, their turnaround wasn't convenient for me. The cost was fine. So, I thought I would try this big box chain store, Tint World. I even started to ask about other services, after he said my upholstery is beyond what they do. As the result of my having several cars. Still, the guy continued to discourage my wanting of their businesses. Hint taken; I won't bother trying to show patronage. read more

I had bulbs replaced here about 1 year ago. Unfortunately, one bulb blew out. I brought it back and although it was a month out of warranty, they were able to convince the supplier to honor the warranty and get a new bulb. read more

Order a high-end bulb that I was told was suitable for my car. Arrived for installation and Tint World switched the bulb with a different bulb that I did not order. Technician tried to install a bulb I did not order but said I needed to replace my headlights because they did not fit. I order new headlights and had my mechanic install them and the bulbs at the same. Flickering continued. I called Tint World, they checked out my car and said they did not see anything wrong with the bulbs. The flickering continued. I called again as it seemed to be getting worse. Tint World installed and even more expensive type of bulb and said that seem to resolve the issue. Immediately upon check out, I noticed the flickering again and asked them to remove the more expensive bulb and thought maybe I needed to order more headlights. Before doing so, I decided to put regular headlight bulbs in the car and, voila, no more flickering. the BAD NEWS is the Tint World bulb had melted and burnt my light switch and the technician never mentioned it when trying to install more expensive bulbs. I called and requested a refund and I was told that the manager, Kelly, refused stating it was more than 3 months. When I tried calling her directly, she kept me on hold for a long time, hung up and when I called back I was told "She's in a meeting" -- HOW CLASSIC! This is how long I've been communicating with the that something was wrong. This is disappointing. My car is damaged and the cost of the high-end bulbs were less than $100. I find this extremely unprofessional. I will never go to them again -- NEVER. The only answer is to refund the money and take their high-end bulbs back. read more
