I went to find out how much it would cost to have my front windows tinted of my SUV. I was promptly greeted, and they took care of it within an hour and a half. I had called one of the competitors and they wanted the car for a whole day. That's challenging for me to lose my car for a whole day cause I have a lot of places to go. It was less than $300 for everything. I know I could've tried to do it myself, but that would've turned into a nightmare. It's one of those things that looks easy, but it's not. When I picked up my car, Sam and Kevin took very good care of me. Trying to get into this location is challenging. It's on a very busy road and maybe some better signage would help. We hired this place to install brand new $300 plug and play aftermarket LED tail lights on a 2012 ram 1500. They completely butchered the wiring, which not only caused the tail lights to never work properly, but caused them to completely burn out and also caused major issues with my license plate lights, as the person who did the install for some reason tied the wiring for the tail lights to the wiring for the license plate lights (unheard of, and entirely unnecessary). This caused major electrical issues on my truck. When calling tint world and explaining this, they didn't offer any solution and told me I'm basically out of luck because they "no longer have anyone working at any of their locations that can install tail lights." Which I find pretty hard to believe. I'll be going there in person to get a refund for the installation cost and the cost of the headlights their employee's negligence ruined. I would NOT recommend you have anything installed by this business...ever. Absolutely terrible. read more

I found this brand new shop close to my house so I wanted to try them out to get my front windows tinted on my truck. Everything was perfect, from the call for initial quote, to walking in the store to be greeted by really nice people. The service was reasonable priced and completed very fast while I waited. The store front and garage is very clean. The waiting room has comfortable chairs and a TV in the waiting area. I was told the store is a new location only a few months old. I had a great experience with getting my tint done. It started off with a quick text quote! Super easy and quick response! The front of the store is empty from the street so it looks empty. You enter from the back. They were done in the time they told me, and texted me when they were done. There are many cool stores in the area to visit while you wait for you car, or a nice waiting room in the lobby. It's been a month now, it it still looks great! THE WORST PLACE EVER!!!! omg. Where to start.... Found them online. Gave them so many chances to fix it and they kept making it worse ... How about I just list the things. 1. 1st car detailed .... Their detail service is not detailed. A lot of things are left unclean. When I asked for it to be cleaned the person in charge got very upset but told me to bring it back. I took it back,. They kept it for hours and they DID NOT clean it! 2. I unfortunately made the mistake to get a car starter there. So I had my other car towed and asked them remove old alarm and starter and replace w new one. Turns out they said I needed a new battery. And I asked for a detail too. They did all of that but the detail was still bad. They did not clean good. I asked to get my money refunded bc I didn't like the starter but they offered a discount if I came back to upgrade to the next step up. 3. Took it back. But the service was still bad. The manager bad talked the great friendly professional girl that works there. She was nice and helpful and accommodating. He was rude and disrespectful. Especially when he said "I am too picky". Picky because I want a clean car that I just paid you to clean??? 4. Took my car for service and it was making a noise. Turns out the battery was missing parts!!!!!!! The part that holds it down. So now I'm stuck w a bill of 125$ bc they didn't replace my battery the correct way. I'm so angry but I don't want to deal with this place. Definitely would not recommend for tints or car remote starters. 3 out of 5 windows tinted have bubbles months later and my starter range is literally less than 15 feet. There's no starter in the world that has that weak of a capability. And on top of all that, one of the most expensive places I've ever done business with when it comes to car tints and starters. I've owned 12 cars in 18 years and all of them had tints and starters. Never before were my tints or starter this terrible. Straight trash products. Nice people at the Schaumburg location for sure but definitely 100% would stay away! read more

Inquired a week before installation. Had my passenger and driver side windows tinted, same as the factory tints. They advised to schedule an appointment. There is a waiting area with bucket seats and music. The install took about 40-45 min. It takes 3 days to be able to open the windows and a whole week to fully procure. Worst place ever. Would not recommend this place to anyone. I have take my car there several times and all times they couldn't even point to what was wrong with the issue I was having. They charged me for things that was not even wrong with the car. It was a guessing game with them that costed me over $1000 and Marshall wasn't even sincere with the issues I was having. OMG I can go on and on with the issues I had to pay they puncture my tire with there fake rubber in and out of the garage this place has costed me more than I can imagine.
