I scheduled an appointment with Jeff to tint my two front windows. This time, communication was excellent--they kept me informed throughout the entire process. Jeff even stopped by to check on me while I was waiting. After the job was completed, he reviewed everything with me and explained the tinting process in detail. They did an amazing job matching the front tint to my back privacy windows. It's been over a week, and everything still looks great. Despite the lifetime warranty, the previous tint place no longer tinted cars, so I was SOL. I started to look around and ask different tint vendors regarding tint removal and retint. I priced it out and asked about the XPEL XR. Turns out not too many tint places use the nano ceramic hybrid tint I had put on the car. Well now I know. Blue's Glass Tinting was super responsive on Yelp and had reasonable pricing. And they are located close to where my brother now lives. I told my brother to make an appointment and they booked him about a week out. We sent in a deposit for the appointment. Well he dropped off the car today and got it back in a few hours. No more bubbly tint! I told my brother it was his birthday present from me so he's happy and I'm happy that he can now see out the back windshield at night. Milton took the time to educate me on something I had no idea about -- the "tint" on the back windows of my brand new GMC Yukon from the dealership isn't actually tint at all... it's just colored glass. That's why we couldn't simply match the driver's window -- we had to redo all of the windows properly to get a consistent, high-quality finish.
