Other than that, they were helpful, friendly and have most services as in the states. It's in a shopping plaza you'll have to pay for parking, again make sure you have pesos in coins.

We walked up the stairs into the main store. The customer service rep at the very front had the console, and we were able to check out right then and there. Although we had some issue setting up the console to my girlfriend's account (she's the one that runs businesses in baja), the staff here went out of their way to help us out. In time, we were able to resolve the issue, and everything was good to go. This is a pretty decent store, with great staff, and just about anything you might need for office and business. I've used them for printing a few times too and it's always quick and straightforward. Also love that they added Party City balloons, it's such a useful addition when you need something last minute. We recommend this product to any and all other universities. I've used ESD benches from other companies that has given us a small shock to the engineer departments parts and ruined capacitors. I've never had any problem with their ESD or phenolic epoxy benches. The benches fit perfectly in our space and we cannot complain.
