I called the location to get some more info and I immediately got a response. The area is kept nice and clean and they have places for you to fold clothes and sit and wait for your clothes while they wash. The also have tables and chairs outside which is nice. The assistant helped me with any questions that I had. They also have a station to make change and wash your hands which is great. Of course I do wish they wouldn't charge to dry clothes but other than that 5/5 !

The owner of the laundry (a friend) no longer trusted them to take away eight 13-gallon bags of her clothing and household items. We both reached out by telephone. I have emailed numerous times. It has now been two weeks, and I am still waiting for a refund OR EVEN A RESPONSE TO MY EMAILS. Caveat emptor--buyer beware.

I am so disappointed with my service (or lack there of) at Stanley Cleaners recently. The new woman…read morewho works there is AWFUL. She was extremely rude and unhelpful. I brought in suede flats to be cleaned and she had no idea how much it was going to be, or how long it would take for me to get them cleaned. I left them there with a $20 deposit and her word to call me back in the next few days with a price. A week and a half later and no call. I went to pick them back up and take the shoes elsewhere and when I arrived she informed me the shoes were not there and had been shipped to their facility in Westfield without my permission. These are 3 pairs of expensive Tory Burch flats that are now unaccounted for... Instead of apologizing for the misunderstanding, she spent 15 MINUTES LECTURING AND COMPLAINING about how it was my own fault. She then "couldn't figure out" how to refund my card to get me my $20 back. I will NEVER go back so I never had to interact with this woman again. My father has been going to Stanley cleaners for 30 years and as also found this woman to be extremely rude and lecturing. Extremely unhappy loss of a long time customer.
