Note, if you use the kiosk to avoid the line, half and half is referred to as breve and will cost you an extra $1. There is no cow milk, cream or half and half option on the kiosk. I asked the staff and they told me to put notes in, I had to explain that was not an option either. Judging by the crowd at the store, it must be a popular place and they do brisk business - most of which is stay, sit and chat with your coffee. The love & thought poured in Palmera House is visually evident, a true reflection of the designer/owner's essence. Owner, Erica, made booking this space a no-brainer for me. She responded to my inquiry form the same day I sent it & by the end of the day we had a contract in the works. She promptly answered all of my questions, soothed all of my doubts, &, when the original bartender could no longer make the event, she & her husband stepped in to help serve us at the party.
