At 4am one morning I had discovered my 3 year old had lice. I was in complete disbelief because I've never known for black people to get lice. I had no idea how to handle this situation other than what I've seen on tv- I went out to get the lice removal kit from the store and bagged up almost everything in our house! Later that day I noticed my 1 year old also had it. After researching online I thought it would be a good idea to speak with an expert. She told me all about lice, how to go about cleaning the house and the process for de-licing my children. She really placed me at ease. I liked that she asked in the beginning how much time are we shooting for since you're charged by the time spent. I explained I budgeted for about an hour and 15 minutes. We had a great experience with Tiny Locks. They are totally worth it. It was grueling work getting the kids' heads lice free and the lady was so patient, relaxed and friendly. My daughter is very sensitive and hates having her curly hair combed because "it hurts" but she put up with the service really well even though it took a while. My son's hair took a lot less time. Once again Tiny Locks comes to the rescue. We discovered that our 10 year old had lice last night. Called Tiny Locks and set up an appointment for first thing this morning, Nallely came in and started to check the family. We discovered recently that our entire family had lice. Tiny Locks came very quickly and treated the family, and everyone was extremely professional and very thorough. After three diligent attempts at removing the lice ourselves, we finally gave in and called the pros. Our technician's name was Nallely and she was great! Our 3 year old son sat still for her and she was very patient. I highly recommend using this service instead of using potentially harmful chemicals. At 10:00 pm on a Sunday, my 13 year old daughter nonchalantly mentioned she may have lice. I looked underneath her hair and almost fainted. I called Tiny Locks first thing the following morning and within an hour this professional tech angel, named Mihaela knocked on my door. She completely calmed me down and got down to business.
