We had our Grandson in Tiny Tots for almost a year. We had many problems down there with communication between us and the teachers. We asked for feed back many times on our grandsons daily behavior and eating habits and potty training and all we ever got was i dont know i wasnt with him you will have to ask someone else and they are not here right. Did he take a nap? I dont know . we will get back to you. Never do they get back to us. We had IEP meetings and would discuss this matter and they said that would change. Nothing got better. But the last straw was when his grandfather went to pick him up and witnessed a teacher grab our grandson and and pick him up and shake him. He never returned again. The teacher admitted to it and was given disciplinary actions. Whether she still has a job is unknown at this time since it has happened just recently. But CYS and the Rochester police dept was notified and an investigation is ongoing at this time. Then after all this we turned in our keys and asked for our deposit back which they refused. There was many more problems but dont have time to go over them all. So please think real hard before you sent your children there. read more
