I was going to Dr Naroozi for a couple years, she did a lot of work on me, I stopped going to firestone dental and started going to another dentist now, wooooow. Was I ever given a wake up call. After my x rays my new dentist looked at my teeth and said there are many mistakes and things wrong with the work I've had. First there is a whole in one of the teeth that was not covered up correctly and therefore has begun to decay. There was other mistakes and things that seemed off to my new dentist, when he explained it all, I started to really think back at my time at firestone and how I had feelings they were not doing what was best for me. read more

I came here at the end of Nov. 2017 for a cleaning & some fillings & I must say that I was pleasantly surprised at how great my experience was. I dread going to the dentist & this experience was so different from the others. The dentist Dr. N has a soft touch & went above & beyond to make me comfortable & make sure the procedures were pain free. They're very informative & seemed to really care about my dental health. I've been to a few other dentists in the Bell/BG area & this one is definitely a keeper. read more

First off the doctor herself answers the phones and makes appointments for all patients. I thought that was very odd never seen that before. I was referred by my cousin who said Dr. Noroozi is a good dentist but has a horrible attitude. She talks down to her staff and yells at them in front of patients. In my opinion that's very unprofessional and made me feel very uncomfortable. I got a filling done and the whole time she was telling assistant she needed things but literally yelling at her. That hostile environment gave me a bad taste and won't be returning to this office. She looks like she's a real bitch. Zero star read more

I've been going here for about 3 years (give or take) Ive had a lot of bad experiences with dentists in the past and was desperately looking for a decent inexpensive one. I come from a small town where everyone knows the local dentist and i wont lie i missed that charm. This Dental Center has become so much more than a trip to the dentist. The people here are amazing and they spoil you. They have massages on the chairs (which may not be a big deal but it relaxes me while they are working on my teeth), they have protective glasses to keep anything from getting in your eyes, Carina makes sure i never miss a cleaning and Dr. Noroozi is very gentle you don't even feel the shot! I wont lie its a dentist office you're going to spend an hour or so there but its because they are thorough. I highly suggest this place to me it is a gem! Soooo glad they found me! read more

Mary Jane D. you sound like a disgruntled employee. How do you know the tools are not steralized? My experience was completely different. Dr. Noroozi was professional, helpful and has a light hand. The Dental Hygienist is a U.S.C. gradute ( go Trojans ! ) and knows her stuff. My experience was great. In fact, much better than many places on the Westside I have been to. I am in my forties and have all of my teeth so I know what I am talking about. Regular dental cleanings baby - yes!! The fees are very reasonable too. So, I have only good things to say. I've been a patient of Dr. Noorozi for about 10 years now. There is nobody I trust more with my teeth than her. She's taken care of my cavities, done root canals, removed wisdom teeth, had braces, teeth whitenings... you name it, she's probably done it (I had a careless, sweet-toothed childhood). In addition from her great work, she's very patient with you, honest and straight forward, answers and explains thoroughly any question you might have about any procedure being done (which puts you at ease and makes you feel like you're in good hands). They recently moved to a brand new building (a block over) and I was impressed with the new digs: New modern equipment, TVs in every room, spacious, and free wifi - you can stream your Netflix & Hulu to the tv in your room. They have a referral program that I've used a few times: For every 3 referrals you get a free whitening. Highly recommend paying Dr. Noroozi a visit. read more

Worst experience at a dentist. Unorganized they let me know of a fee i had to pay after they numbed my cheeks and i couldnt pay it so i went home with numbed cheeks. After i returned with my sibling to my next appointment with all the money i waited for 2 and a half hours to get treated. Although once again my cheeks were numb an hour prior to being attended. And to top everything off my sibling was sent home with no treatment done after waiting three and a half hours. Finally the cherry on top was when my sister got an appointment until the next month because there was no sooner appointments. read more
