I've been coming here for 2 years on the second 6 month appointment I was told my kid had a cavity…read moreand needed filling quick fix I agreed after they said they would only use the gas to numb her they never once weighed her before the treatment I was pregnant so I had to stand outside the door they did the thing and turn out they did numb her she came out really light headed they said 3-4 hours for it to calm down it took 6 and even so she was not acting okay talking from experience since I've been numb and my brother has as well I could tell it wasn't done right on my last time going I was told she had another small one that needed filling so I asked the nurse if she could re asure me there would be no anesthesia involved she called the doctor over to talk about my concern to what he rolled his eyes and dismissed it as if I didn't know what I was talking about so I declined the treatment because I didn't feel comfortable with the past experience and putting my daughter at risk with someone with an attitude ether ways they made an appointment for in two weeks that was on a Saturday on Monday I get a call from my medical dental asking me about my daughters missed appointment on Saturday to that I reply that I went she got her cleaning I had no missed appointment they say oh okay probably an accident on the dentist side I say okay and leave it at that on Thursday I get the call to confirm my appointment for Saturday I tell them I will no longer be taking her there and I cancel my appointment TWO DAYS before I gave the notice on Monday I get another call from my medical asking me why I missed my appointment I tell them I didn't I canceled two days before and let them know I will be changing places they tell me that the office said I did a no show to what I send proof of the call so the conclusion was they where trying to charge medical a no show fee because I canceled and because I didn't want to do the treatment at that place im leaving this review because if you really care about your kids this isn't a recommended place being upset over concerns isn't okay and trying to charge medical just because you're upset isn't ok ether

This is for a root canal procedure she had done today April 6 2026 From the beginning of the appointment, the dentist's demeanor lacked the level of care and reassurance that is especially important during a procedure as sensitive as a root canal. Throughout the treatment, there was little effort made to explain what was happening or to check in on my comfort level. This lack of communication significantly increased my anxiety. At one point during the procedure, I felt so overwhelmed by both the situation and the dentist's behavior that I asked for the procedure to be stopped mid-treatment. That is not something any patient should feel compelled to do, and it reflects how distressing the experience had become. Additionally, there were moments where I felt dismissed and unsupported while clearly in distress. A patient undergoing this type of procedure should feel safe, informed, and cared for, but that was not my experience. The overall bedside manner was abrupt and unempathetic, which made an already stressful situation much worse. Based on this experience, I do not recommend this office. Patient care should include not only technical skill but also compassion, patience, and clear communication. I hope this feedback is taken seriously so that future patients are treated with the care and respect they deserve.
