After that, she called another pharmacy and didn't give the pharmacists any dosage or strength. During a check up call, Dr. Lange chastised us, threatened to vaccinate my child against our will, and forced ultimatums on us. I understand that a delayed vaccination schedule isn't everyone's preferred method, but there are better ways to communicate this, unlike Dr. Lange who stated we were irresponsible and other personal attacks. The nursing staff is rude, impatient, and misinformed. If you're looking for a doctor that will ignore you and mistreat you and your child, look no further. For those looking to get great healthcare, there are greener pastures elsewhere.

I knew that I would not be able to get in with my normal doctor and was dreading sitting in the Urgent Care with all the hacking, sniffling, wheezing, germy people. I was thrilled to be able to see anyone when I got the appointment to see Colleen. I was even more impressed at how down to earth she was and she actually listened to my complaints and asked questions to adequately diagnose the problem. What I think impressed me the most was that she explained everything to me and kind of educated me as well. She was good medicine on a day that I really needed it. She sent me on my way with a Rx and assurance that it was a dreaded ol' sinus infection and not the flu. My whole ordeal began when my little niece spent the night and woke up vomiting and coughing. I knew it was just a matter of time before my 3yr. old and 11month old got whatever that nasty bug was. Sure enough, he goes on to have 100-102 fever for a whole week with a runny nose, a horrible cough, and vomiting. Saturday night we end up in the ER with a 104 fever and find out my niece is also in the hospital diagnosed with adenovirus, RSV, and viral pneumonia! I am horrified, but the doctor assures me that a 10day round of amoxicillin and tylenol are all my two boys need to get over their ear infection and/or pneumonia. So, we go home and two days later my oldest boy is still laid out on the couch hardly moving with no appetite, coughing his brains out, vomiting phlegm, and still has a constant fever and my little one is also coughing. Every day since then my boys have improved and Sarah has checked in with us and continued to guide us towards getting our babies healthy again. Did a quick yelp search and saw nothing but positive reviews and that was enough for me to schedule an appointment. From the second I opened the office door, I was welcomed by two wonderful ladies who helped me get signed in and set up. Not only were they super friendly at 10 AM, but they made an effort to make me feel comfortable and answer all my questions. 5 mins after arriving Dr. Olmscheid greeted me and took me into his office. This was not like any other doctor visit I've ever had before. He was so warm, CARING and he listened to every word I said. I honestly forgot I was in a doctor's office until it was time to check my blood pressure. Normally I'm a little nervous when I'm at the doctors so my blood pressure is usually a little higher than at home when I check it. Surprisingly, it was much lower than normal and I'm certain it was a result of how relaxed Dr. Olmscheid and his team made me feel.
