I did go back again with an appt. Waited a long time and then had a male technician remove the old sns in preparation for my sns mani with phoebe. She then told me she couldn't take me and that there was another appt still ahead of me. I didn't wait. She insisting on charging me for sns removal but the only reason I had them removed was because I thought I had a manicure with phoebe. Won't go back again!! A friend and I had scheduled an appointment for 10am, right when they open. As we arrived we were greeted by several employees, a kind gentleman sat us down and we waited to be helped. A little smaller than most nail salons I've been to, but it was clean and a very nice seating arrangement. Even though they had just opened there were many people already receiving manicures and pedicures. The wait wasn't very long though. They have a pretty large selection of nail polish. I wanted a full set of acrylics, shorter but not sport length and in a coffin shape. As we went along the woman who was doing my nails seemed a little rushed, appointments came in early, presumably regulars. Since she was rushed my nails came out to be longer and more uneven than I was wanting/expecting. The pictures don't show how bumpy and lopsided the tops of these acrylics were, but I had to go get them fixed by my regular nail person, which cost me even more. I understand there were other customers, but I had scheduled my appointment well in advance and was there before the other clients. I would probably come again, but at a slower time and with someone different. This was just not the experience I was hoping it would have been. read more

In the salon's defense they were very busy... however they did give my sister a reservation for us to get a pedicure at 5. The gentleman that did my sister's nails was not bad but an older gentleman did mine... he didn't bother to get the old polish completely off. We paid for the "new skin" upgrade ... that seemed to be simply a squirt of lotion in the water. My heels are still very rough. I feel terrible that my sister paid $47 for such an inadequate gift to me... in my home state the cost is much lower and includes hot towels, and much better service. read more

After going to the gym (on vacation here in Park City), we wanted to kill more time with a pedicure. We called a few closer places and they were all booked. When I called Tip&Toe, they were able to accommodate 2 people. They were friendly when we arrived and throughout. Good selection of colors, spacious and clean salon. Prices in PC are def more expensive then New York but pedicure was $30 here, which was cheaper than other places closer to Main. The chairs had working massages and the staff was REALLY great. Made appointments with friends and were told they could fit all 3 of us all in at the same time. We ended up waiting 30 minutes before they began taking us 1 by one. In total we were there for 3 hours. On top of that, none of us were happy with our nails. They were chunky, crooked, and super thick. I was told that a full set of acrylics with gel would be $43 plus a bit extra for french tips. I didn't get french tips at all, I got white extensions with a thin coat of pink on top. No white paint at all. All 10 nails were crooked and ended up having to fix them at home. My total came to $62 and I'm totally unimpressed and disappointed:( read more

They do accept drop-ins but I would advise making an appointment, especially for acrylic or gels just so you're not waiting because the techs who do these manicures also do pedicures and can be tied up. I was pretty excited to get a pedicure up in park city thinking it would be better than down in the city, but I was totally disappointed by this place. This nail tech that did my pedicure gave me no massage, didn't file my nails (just cut them), and put polish on without a base coat. When I noticed she hadn't used a base coat I asked her to and she tried to lie to me and tell me she already put one on. And then put the base coat on the rest of my toes. Me and my bridal party had showed up for our appointment a little early. They had group show up 30 mins late and took them anyway. We ended up not getting in Forbes d the another hour. When we finally got it the service was amazing and I loved my nails and pedicure(me and my bridal party got the same thing) we finished at different times and found out we all paid different prices for the same thing. There board said it would be around $68 for both services. We all ended up paying over $100 when asked they said they charged $10 extra for gel and decided how much to charge based on the complicity of the design. We all got some cute lines on the nails. CAUTION!! I got my nails done here a little over a month ago. The lady who did my pedicure cut my toenails very short and she cut out the edges too. They've caused me pain since. Now, I have 3 ingrown toenails, literally all due to the way she cut my nails. The people are friendly enough but when it's busy they don't exactly honor the order you came in. Prices are quite high compared to what I'm used to, but I'm not from here so maybe that is typical. The pain and pus from these ingrown toe nails is NOT cool. Don't go here. read more

Although they are very polite, try cut corners to try to get more people in and out quickly so they cut corners like for dip, they don't put the pre and post powder in and pressure gel which I don't like because it peels. I would like to first start by saying Phoebe is amazing and I will definitely go back to her!!!! Today however I was not scheduled with Phoebe. As I sat down with the new nail tech it was very hard to understand her. This was a fill so I told her I wanted my nails shorter. She started filing away the color. I had some lifting and she pulled out her acrylic like she was ready to start applying it. But she hadn't taken care of the lifted areas yet. When I asked she seemed frustrated. She attempted to file more and threw her hand up and said "too much lifting, you need new set"! I was fine with that but it was what happened next that appalled me!!!! She grabbed her nippers and started to rip off my nails. It was uncomfortable and sometimes painful. Obviously they were on there good. I kept pulling away and finally on the third finger she pulled so hard I started to cry. I grabbed my things and immediately walked out!!! You can see in the pictures the damage she caused to my natural nails! I'm just in disbelief that she cared so little about my natural nails and treated them this way!!! read more

I have been going here for 5 years, and will not be returning ever again after my terrible pedicure experience today. Booked an appointment for 2pm - and they didn't start on my pedicure until 2:40pm (this has happened to me almost EVERY time I've booked an appointment, but the pedicures used to be good, so I didn't mind). By 2:55pm, the gal was already going to start painting my nails! She had hardly done any of the regular prep for a standard pedicure. I had to ask her (multiple times) to push my cuticles back (which she never did), and had to ask her to buff my nails. I also had to ask her to massage my feet after she only massaged my legs for less than 1 minute. They used to do a nice minty leg mask and wrap your legs in warm towels. Didn't get that today either. The whole time she is muttering under her breath in Vietnamese. At least 5 times she tells me I need to put lotion on my feet (hey, I know they are dry - that's why I'm here, to get them cleaned up!). I asked her if I could be fit in for a manicure too. She said "If I have time I do it for you." A few minutes later she says, "Let me see your hand". I show her my nails (which literally haven't had a professional manicure in over a year) and she says "they look fine - next time you do manicure". They looked horrible, with chipping clear polish a third of the way grown out, and my cuticles are a mess. She also kept trying to get me to upgrade - which is so irritating after you've already said no multiple times. The price for their regular pedicure went up to $37 - what a rip off for the pedicure and customer service I received today. read more

I was recently in Park City for Vacation and went in to this nail salon to get a gel manicure and pedicure, well it was nice to have multiple manicurist speak amazing English my expierence ended up being less than amazing. My friend and I got the exact same services yet she got more done and we paid the same. Maybe I've just become used to the quality of gel in California being better but the quality of this gel is horrible. But the cherry on top was being charged 3x for a service and when I called to speak to a manger or owner all of a sudden English wasn't as easily spoken. read more

I used this place several times a year and made an apt with the owner. Not only did she not do my nails, the back up girl I requested did not do them either. They actually tried to soak my nails, which is not done with acrylic nails, followed by a gel overlay. My nails were cracked and broken within days. Also another lady was double booked for my 1 o'clock appointment and that appointment slot was 20 minutes behind so a lot of people were complaining, there were at least three complaints while I was there and the owner didn't seem to care. Phoebe used to do an amazing job, but this place is just too busy and they shove people through too fast. I expect when I make an appointment a day in advance to have that appointment time with the technician I booked with this did not happen. I was there for an hour and a half And they soaked my acrylic nails for 30 minutes. It was ridiculous. This has always been a 5 Star Place except for my last two or three visits so I do not go back anymore. read more

How bad is it when the "professional" doesn't speak to you, but just taps on your foot or leg when they want you to put your foot somewhere during a pedicure?!? When they seat you at a tub and have you put your feet in and when the lady to your left is done, and then a technician comes and tells you to move over to their tub, as a new client comes to take your place at the tub you just left?!? To top it off, when they are done, they just walk away...not telling you that you are finished? ALL of this after waiting aver an hour just to begin this "service". So sad as it was our sister in law's first time getting a pedicure and she had her 3 month old with her, and my sister is 9 months pregnant and just wanting a pedicure before having her baby! You hope to expect more coming up to Park City, but I guess slums are everywhere! read more
