My sister and I made an "appointment". Both requesting mani-pedis. We were put in pedicure chairs (after a very confusing choose your polish discussion - big language barrier) when one man began my pedicure. He finished mine before moving to my sister. Meanwhile a non-appointment drop in was put in a chair. Her mani-pedi was completed long before either of ours. I waited about 20 minutes before another man finished the manicure he was doing and got on with mine. There was again a language barrier with the subtlety of how I wanted my nails shaped completely lost. Too pointy was never comprehended. Another drop in was taken sister continued to wait for someone to do her pedicure. Clearly the system is to get you on a pedicure chair and wing it from there with no thought to efficiency for the client. I feel that one person should take you through your services. At the very least you shouldn't have to wait in between. Additionally, they have waxing services on their menu but said they don't do them. Hmm read more

I had a manicure & pedicure here today. Paid for upgrades on both. On a positive note, the space is clean & attractive & my nail technician was friendly & professional. However, he didn't seem to have much experience & the process was slow. The callus removal was minimal. Had to work on my feet at home to remove more callus & moisturize. I was out of that chair so fast, I did not finish my review. Here are the negatives: Procedures: By the time I walked in, picked my color, the water basin was already filled. Took my sandals out and...Water was luke-warm. My feet weren't in the basin for more than 5 seconds when Speedy pops them out, dries them, and asks about clipping. No time to soften nails. Haste makes waste...speedy guy used the rough nail polisher - but scraped the top of my toes on each foot. Okay, it was an accident (because he was expecting another client). However, three days later and the skin still feels raw here. (This is why I'm writing more...) Client who made appointment comes in at 2:15. He directs her to the adjacent chair. I'm finished by 2:19, and he gets going on her toes. Now, I do have the foamy nail protector between my toes. And I sit as the nails dry - maybe 10 minutes. NOTE: He is now working on someone else's feet, and reaches over, touches my toes, removes the foamy thing. Um. Hygiene issue? He was wearing gloves, but...client to client...this is a problem. read more

This was my first time here, and I will not be coming back. The service was unfriendly, and bordering rude, mainly from the manager. Their selection of regular polish is very limited. Even though I had booked gel for my pedicure, they didn't give me the color choices and instead asked impatiently what I wanted once I was seated. The manager seemed very inconvenienced when I asked for their choices. When I went to pay she held out her hand for payment without letting me know the total, or giving me a receipt. I should have remembered--I've been here before. Came for a pedicure and manicure, but after the painful pedicure I decided to forego the manicure. The technician was rough and hasty. The 5-minute massage was just skin rubbing and ended (mercifully) after 3 minutes. Even the massage chair was annoying--the massage mechanism worked, but I had to keep it running the entire time because when it was off the roller balls relocated to my upper back. Some of the ratings are less than favorable, but I just received one of the best dip manicures I've had in years. Jeni did a wonderful job, took her time, and I am one satisfied customer. The worst pedicure and customer service ever. They claim to be amazing, uniqueness. They suck at customer service, Polish, weak products. I walked in and no one greeted me. They had 2 clients and at least 5 employees. I went to the restroom to start and they were out of paper towels.....and their trash can was full of trash at noon. That should have been my first sign. Then, I sat down for my pedi and the guy was so rude....telling me to relax, tapping my feet, saying relax, adjusting my seat. He yelled at me asking what kind of service I wanted. This place is disgusting! The woman who did my pedi had her tools laying inside her dirty tackle box full of supplies. The man who did my friends pedi pulled his tools out of a "sanitized bag" but it wasn't sealed. I'm not even sure why we stayed after that point. The files buffers and pumice stones were used on other people. Idk Utah's laws around sanitation but in other states you cannot use those implements on other people, they are one use implements or must be cleaned and disinfected in a solution. On top of that, they both reached in the same scrub solution with their hands that were touching everything else. The guy put on gloves BUT they were used! And the hot towel to wipe off the lotion was dirty. My friend got polish and it is spotty and terrible. I decided to forgo the Polish and my tech was rude. She barely spoke to me at all and when I said no Polish she laughed and quickly picked up and walked away. The most disgusting and worst pedi experience we have ever had! read more

I was asking around today and someone on Main Street recommended Polish Nails. When I called they could get me right in... So, I said... why not? I walked in and had to wait 5mins which wasn't that bad... a lady came to my station then left... the nail tech who came back was different... He was in a complete rush and proceeded to get up from my station to go to a manicure station to do theirs, came back and spent just minimal time on my pedicure and all time he was answering phone calls from the front desk making appointments... I told him I have an ingrown but didn't matter... super rushed, didn't get it. My manicure the same SUPER RUSHED... He spent minimal time on each finger, jagged edges, still white showing. I got my nails done here and I am from out of town! I went here because I was recommended. Completely disappointed in my experience. The lady that did my nails was talking about me the whole time and did not realize I was Vietnamese. I could understand the whole thing and felt completely disrespected. This place is horrible. I have given so many chances and EVERY TIME I walk out completely annoyed and upset. First of all, the people are rude. The pedicure is 10 min at most and they never get what I am asking for correct in terms of my nails, (shape, length, etc.) Every time I have gotten acrylics with gel they have caught my hair within 2-3 days, which if you get your nails done you know how awful this is. They end up lifting and breaking off within 5 days. For $117 BEFORE TIP, this place isn't it. Service and product is awful. Will not be back. Stay away! read more

I used to come here a lot and i loved it. The service was great and the people did their best work.Recently it has not been up to expectations. i went last Friday ( February 18) and the man doing my nails was rather rude. Not only did he talk me out of the design i wanted because it was "going be WAYYY expensive" *which was clearly an excuse for not wanting to do them* but they charged me $65 for nails that did not look good at all. I went here today to get a pedicure. I honestly can't believe how poor the customer service was. I am amazed they have any business. I own a small skincare business in Park City and it would be closed if I treated clients the way they treat people. One star for a mediocre pedicure and everything else was awful. After two hours to have my nails dipped I left. The owner (or manager) insisted my nails were fine. To begin with, I picked out a pink dip color #69 and the manicurist did a lovely job, but the color was wrong. He grabbed a different brand labeled #69 and it was white. I kept telling him it was not the right color. Then the manager or owner comes over and demands to know why I told him it was ok to use that color. He was completely abrasive. So the manicurist starts to file the color off. I asked if he was going to soak off the previous dip powder. He said no, he would just file it down. Well.. he filed them down but the end product is ridiculously thick... nearly a quarter inch thick in both of my ring fingers. There is also tons of junk under the tips of my nails. I just want to leave at that point. So, I go to pay and Im just getting more frustrated looking at my nails thinking Im going to have to pay someone else tomorrow to correct the problem. I ask if they are seriously going to charge me $50.00 when my nails look horrible and had to sit there for two hours. I showed the owner/manager/enforcer (whoever he is) my nails and he said they look this way bc of the acetone... and then yells at me "you have to pay!" I paid and walked out. I am beyond furious at the customer service and awful quality of my nails. I wish the pictures truly showed how awful they look in person. The two stars is because Danny does a great job with what he has on acrylics. The problem is with the business they are pretty shady with pricing. They don't post prices anywhere except pedis do have a price book. Out of the 6 times I've gone for nails they have charged me a different price and my back fills are basically the same as a full fresh set. I honestly think they just make a judgement call on what to charge you and what you will be willing to pay. I went to get a pedi for the first time... 50.00 pedi it was literally 20 mins. They told me they don't cut corners of nails and he proceeded to leave dead skin and told me they don't do that either. Then he walked away and buried himself in his phone. Had a gel manicure done. The next day they started peeling and I noticed the bubbles and the gel being bumpy. The peeling created a sticky mess on the under layer which got all over everything. Obviously the gel didn't cure right. I went out of town and couldn't have it fixed before I left. As soon as I returned (3 days later) I I went there at 9 am (when they open). I waited in the parking lot for 25 minutes and no one showed up to open the doors on time (no snow storm or accidents on the canyon which could have caused someone to show up late). No one answered the phones and I couldn't wait any longer. I scheduled an appointment elsewhere to get them fixed and stopped in at Polish to get a refund and show them my nails. I didn't want to wait again for another hack job. They refused to refund me and said that I would have to wait for a chair to open and so they could re-do my nails. No refunds allowed and they refused to give me my money back. I had to dispute the charge through my credit card company. read more
