In town for a conference and thankful I could get in. Process was good but gel manicure was not. Jagged edges despite asking to have them fixed. Got home and saw how bad the mani really was. Unfortunately, hope it doesn't last 2 weeks. They should have paid more attn to making my nails smooth before the paint went on. Beware. read more

My husband and I are visiting Denver and went here this afternoon. Easy 5 star rating. One of my least favorite things are manis/pedis that take too long and even still aren't so great. This was quick and looks great too. If I lived in Denver this would def be my new nail spot! read more

Ghana did a fantastic job on my gel manicure. She was friendly and efficient. They answered the phone prior to opening and I was able to make a "same day" appointment . Some of the Yelp shop reviews referred to "rudeness" but I witnessed none of that. Every inquiry either by walk-in or by phone was greeted professionally and promptly. The shop is nicely decorated and clean. They have over 300 gel colors to choose from. Each color wheel is labeled by brand. Thus simplifying your color match, if you can't remember its name. read more

I really enjoy this place. My wife and I frequent here and often get the basic pedicure package. I appreciate the massage chairs, for me, this really tops it off. The only reason I didn't give five stars is because if they're in a hurry they don't do the full routine which is a bummer. There were three techs loitering in the back, yet someone up front, without even checking the book, claimed they were too busy. I find that suspect. There is plenty of competition in this city. Was given a gift card for the nail salon. I decided to get the green tea pedicure. It was wonderful. I had gotten a pedicure at the Four Seasons a few weeks before, and this far surpassed the quality. I thought the lotions and massages were really great. It was expensive, $65, but worth it I think. I just got back from getting a mani/pedi here and have to say I'm very disappointed. I met the owner, who was very sweet and attentive. The woman who did my nails on the other hand, made me not want to return. She continued to try to upsell me on gel nails and a more expensive pedicure package and made comment after comment about cuticle damage, nails were too short, how my feet were ugly. When I go to get my nails done, I want to relax, not be told everything that's wrong with my nails/hands/feet. I started bleeding twice because she was obviously rushed when she was doing my nails and cut my cuticles too close -- she very haphazardly painted them, skipping through the massage/lotion/hot towel part of manicure, and even made a comment while painting my nails that the polish was too thick and would chip easily. It's not my polish, it's the salon's, and I'm paying to ensure that this doesn't chip easily. She also said something to me about the color not being a good choice....really? She practically rushed me out, and I've just gotten home to find that one of my nails is already ruined. I hardly ever write reviews on Yelp, but was so disappointed by this experience. I was really looking forward to a relaxing afternoon and am sad to say Tips to Toes did not deliver. Spend your money elsewhere. read more

I came here being out of state based on the star ratings . The two stars is being generous. I was sat down with the water running. I tried to warn them it was about to overflow. They ignored me until they heard the water hitting the floor. The lady was nice can't recall her name. But my biggest grievance is they cut my nails on my toes way to short. Really nice place! I only had to wait about 10 minutes to get a pedicure. Only filed my toes when I really need them to be trimmed and didn't scrub my feet much at all. 2 weeks later polish is still intack, but feet are super dry. Overall nice place within walking distance to many hotels downtown, but a bit over priced. read more

I was in town visiting from Houston. My boyfriend and I needed to pass some time before dinner and decided on getting pedicures. The salon is very cleaned and maintained..it seemed as though it was well taken care of. It didn't even have the typical salon smell! We both received the #2 pedicure that includes the hot stones. I was in town on business and staying at a nearby hotel in downtown Denver and opted to get a mani/pedi to kill time. BAD IDEA. The staff was REALLY unwelcoming when I walked in today. A really delayed greeting as my entrance was met with blank stares. As one of the ladies FINALLY started to approach me, another stopped her and reminded her tha they do not have a public restroom (perhaps assuming I couldn't read the sign on their door). Do yourself a favor, and check this place out! It's been a long week at work or you just need a day out with the girls...either way, this is the best you'll find. I've been a long time customer of Tip to Toe- I usually go to their location in South Denver near my house but was also thrilled when they opened this location so close to my office. I squeezed in a mani-pedi this morning and realized I needed to write a rave review, so here it is. I've been to a myriad of nail salons throughout my life, and this is BY FAR my very favorite. Why? Reason #1- Great ambiance and CLEAN! The owners (Chang and Michelle) definitely take pride in their business. They have excellent taste in terms of creating a high-class and tastefully decorated space (no tacky nail photos here people- all artworks are original creations by the owner). Their tools are kept clean and sanitary as well as their pedi spas. Reason #2- Great service and well-trained staff. They seem to have low turnover (always a good sign) and very nice staff. The skills sets of all staff seem to be strong, and they are well trained because I get the same high quality experience every time. #3- Good value and nice extra perks. I feel like I get a great high quality service for a fair price here. They use hot towels in their mani/pedi and throw in a little shoulder massage when you are done as well- no measly hand/foot massages during the mani/pedi either. It's the small things in life. I have been here a couple of times, the first time I was very satisfied with both my mani and pedi and loved Cindy. When returning the second time, Cindy had left the location and they did an alright job. When using the salt scrub on my legs, it was a quick minute scrub and I like to actually get my legs scrubbed down. Both the paint job on pedi and mani were poorly done. But I went back after because I thought maybe it was just the employee not doing great job. What I miss about Cindy was that she actually interacted with you. Unlike everyone else, no small talk and just shouting at each other in their language. So I tried going back, this time my legs were aggressively scrubbed down which I prefer, the pedi was good, but my manicure was not, the day after I noticed my cuticles raising, the gel nail polish only lasted 4 days, most of it had peeled. I got it fixed for free but what annoyed me was the lady who seems to be the owner gave me shit about getting it fixed and was rude about it. Not planning on going back. It was a clean place but I'm not ok with the employees not having ANY interaction with the customer or having paint jobs poorly done. read more

I feel so lucky to have discovered this nail salon. I was in town for a bachelorette party. We were staying next door at The Curtis Hotel. I was a little nervous trying out a new nail salon...as I usually don't go to anyone but my go-to at home in Orange County. These ladies were SUPERB. They accommodated our party and gave us incredible mani-pedis. They have a large selection of OPI and Essie nail polish. The salon is clean and large. They have soothing music and it is a quiet, relaxing environment. My technician was Michelle and she was meticulous! I would definitely go here again when I am back in Denver. read more

Just what I needed! Had a long few nights at work, in desperate need of a pedicure, this place was perfect! Welcoming, clean, and great job on the paint job, but the foot massage with the pedicure was the absolute best- and it was only $35 which is awesome! I went to dry under the dryer and when came time to put my sneakers back on, she wrapped my feet in saran wrap so I didn't smudge my freshly painted toes! Worked great!! I was unable to get my SNS nails freshened up before vacationing in Colorado so was desperate to find a place once the plane landed. This salon was nice and they were able to fit me in. Unfortunately, they completely ruined my nails, filing them down to nothing and then giving me the most misshaped set of nails I've ever had. Additionally, the lilac color turned yellow/gray after 4 days and my nails began breaking after just 7 days. It's going to be months before my nails are back to being long and healthy again. read more

I came back later bc my husband insisted I relax and enjoy at the four seasons spa- but I really wanted to give this spa a chance! What a find!! Great service! Great prices! Loved this salon! They were accommodating and took my appointment an hour before they closed. I got a mani pedi with two different ladies and they both paid great attention to detail, which is what counts for nails. I even got a neck massage while my nails were drying.
