Finally got the chance to try this new nail salon! The salon has a really welcoming, friendly atmosphere and their complementary drink menu is great. You are instantly welcomed and asked about exactly what you want and you have time to weight out different options. I was looking for a structured builder gel manicure. And it was really excited to see that this salon offered that. And it was my first time getting this so I had some questions which were quickly answered. I didn't have to wait long at all and I booked my appointment online. In fact, I was 30 minutes early to my appointment and got in pretty quick. The color I got was OPI tickle my france-y with a Chrome overlay. I only points were that I didn't get any cuticle, trimmings or lotion with the massage at hand, which I usually expect in a manicure service. And the price was higher than I'm used to. But otherwise, this is a really pleasant experience, and I am excited to see how this lasts and come back! read more

This is the first nail salon I've been to that doesn't smell like it's soaked in chemicals. The space is modern, relaxing, and really clean. Lia gave me one of the best manis I've ever had. Some places don't take the polish all the way to the cuticles or don't take as much time on the cuticles as they do on the nails. She is super detailed and does both! I was cut so badly here that it is still healing over a month later. The girl was not paying attention while scrubbing my foot and went way too deep. I had to ask for a bandaid despite it being an open wound and bleeding. What was supposed to be a relaxing day off a busy work schedule became a painful hassle that I am still dealing with. On top of that, the woman doing my manicure was short and unfriendly with me despite me making attempts at friendliness. I'm sorry to leave this review but I am just so disappointed and frustrated. I made an appointment (online) for later in the day and I'm so happy I stumbled across this spot. I will say that I was a bit confused with choosing options online, but I called after to ask a few questions to clarify. I was even able to speak with owner and ask her some "about me" questions. It was great to chat with her and hear her vision, especially with placing a boutique place in an area that facing extreme gentrification. I chose the soak off, artificial, long- and I do think my nails were more medium after going in (so I think I should have gotten the price difference). My nail tech was amazing. I don't know nail lingo- and most of the time I don't know what I want, or need, for my nails. The fact that she soaked off my previous nail set had me sold. Many nail techs that I've been to in Savannah seem to pop my nails off or grind them. I love the care they took to treat my nails right. The prices are also great! Salon is absolutely gorgeous and clean. I asked for dip powder and they started applying it with monomer and acrylic powder on a brush. I understand the ingredients of the powder are the same, but I prefer the dip process. I got out of the salon and home and noticed that quite literally every single nail is not matching the other hand. She didn't measure the length at all. I got a french manicure - Gel. Space is beautiful, and staff is friendly. however, I had to go back after the first time. One of my nails was super sharp and cut me, and another was very uneven. My first nail chipped off in 4 days, and I honestly thought gel was supposed to last at least a week or two. I came back to have them fixed the following day (sharp and uneven ones) and they were kind enough to fix. I was still unhappy after leaving as one they redid, was still very uneven. I had to catch a flight so could not return for a 3rd time. The owner Elizabeth was very kind and offered to discount my next service, but unfortunately I just was not at all impressed. I hope others will have a better experience than I, i'm sure the regular polish is fine because the space is really genuinely gorgeous. read more

While the gal at the front desk was very nice, my nail tech was not skilled. I paid $70 for the "luxury" pedicure and my nails honestly look worse than when I went in. I had to keep asking her to file the edges, some are still super sharp. She did a good job on my cuticles but my heels were barely exfoliated. I left in flip flops and SIX HOURS later put on a pair of flats for an hour. My paint job was destroyed. I don't know why. But I only had one day in town as we left the next morning. My friend got the same thing and wore the same shoes and her nails look fine. I paid $70 and now I need another pedicure because it looks trashed. The nails are uneven and sharp. I'm just really unimpressed. UPDATE: Elizabeth, the owner, contacted me the same day I left this review and was so kind with hearing feedback and offering to make the experience a better one. I think this new, woman-owned business is worth trying out. I've been here twice and although the interior is new and looks beautiful and classy, I haven't been super thrilled with the quality and longevity of their nails and don't think I'll be returning or recommending. I first went to get a pedicure and an acrylic full set on 2/6/24. I think I got the most basic pedicure packages, so it wasn't really anything to write home about and seemed to go really fast. It was weird they didn't let me pick my own polish so I described the color I wanted and they got sorta close. I would have preferred to pick myself - that's half the fun sometimes! For the nails I showed them a picture of what I wanted, which was a gray to white Ombre and they were able to get it pretty damn close to the picture and I really liked them - they even put them on the E.Marie Instagram page. They lasted about a week until they started to get loose around the cuticle and started to snag & rip out my hair when I would try to run my fingers through or wash it. I figured maybe the gray powder they used wasn't as strong as the normal white or pink that is typically used. I lost about 3 nails in less than 2 weeks, which was a little disappointing since most of the time they last until 4-5 weeks, but I made an appointment for a fill on 2/26/24. They don't even ask me what I want to do for my nails and started getting things ready for the gray powder again. I played dumb and said "Oh I must have forgotten to show you a picture of what I'm looking to do" and showed her a sage gray with a French tip on the middle and ring nails. She barely looked at it and proceeded to start the gray. I had to say "No, I don't want the gray this time" and she understood. They had to take all the acrylics off and basically give me a new set, which I didn't know would happen when I was getting the gray done. Had I known I probably would have reconsidered. We finally get to the painting part and again I show her the picture for her to get the color because they don't let you choose yourself... They don't have the color I'm looking for, which I admit is kind of a tough color to match, but they didn't offer to mix some together to try to get something closer or anything. I ended up picking a lighter color, went home and purchased the color I actually wanted (essie Sage the Day for those wondering) and painted over my nails to get what I actually wanted. Then about five days later it happened again - my nails start to get loose around the cuticle and start snagging and pulling out my hair. Two days after that I lose a nail, two days after that I lose another. At this point, I won't be returning here. I'm not sure whether it's an issue with the quality of products they are using or shoddy workmanship in how they are doing the nails, but I'm tired of paying for something that falls apart so quickly & looking sloppy with missing nails. read more

Online booking was convenient and easy (they also take walk ins). I walked in to a warm welcome, a clean, and beautiful environment. I was attended quickly and with a complimentary delicious hot coffee! I got a mani pedi and wanted a natural clean look but didn't quite know what color. My nail tech, Daisy, knew exactly what I wanted helped pick the perfect color for me! The salon was dirty -- acrylic powder everywhere, a sink that didn't drain, a cluttered back room, and broken massage chairs. I booked a manicure and pedicure for 12:15pm on Saturday. I arrived 5 minutes early and the Salon was packed. There was a group of 3 women waiting to have pedicures, another solo woman and all the manicure stations were occupied. The very sweet receptionist told me there would be a 15 minutes delay and was asked to wait in their "lobby area" while the other 4 women were seated at the pedicure chairs. After about 10 minutes, I was moved to a pedicure spot and given polish colors to look at. After a bit longer, the receptionist said it would be another 25 minutes before my pedicure would start. At this point I gave up and left. There was absolutely no way they would possibly be able to start in 25 minutes with all the people being served and those waiting. I wish salons would not overbook, leaving customers in the lurch. It is unprofessional and irritating! read more

I came here after a few not so great experiences in other nail salons... anyway from the moment you walk in you see the difference from any other "strip mall" salon in the Savannah/Pooler area, very chic and clean! Not to mention you're greated with kindness from the hostess with the mostess! Who checked us in, offered drinks (water, coffee, beer, etc)... made sure services we reserved for was what we wanted etc. I had a nail tech named Amy work on my nails and she did a fantastic job! Took her time and made sure what I asked for is what I got! Elizabeth, the owner even makes sure everyone is happy and is getting what they need, even during the chaos of a busy day! Honestly the interior is beautiful; that's about all I liked about the salon. We had a group appointment for four. When we arrived the young lady at the front was friendly. However the nail tech that I had was not. She seemed very annoyed that she had to work. I went in with a long almond shape and was just changing the color. After asking what I was doing she cut my pinky short (as pictured)!!! I asked if she could keep them longer and in the same shape she told me it was too late!!! Very annoyed. I had a DIP manicure which was not applied in a way I had ever had before and very thin. I was curious about the way she applied it(with a brush) so when I inquired she took a deep breath and stated that's how she did it. Not more than 4 days later my nails start to chip and I broke a nail. On top of it all I am a mom that has a 4 month old so I was discretely pumping. I've been twice now. I wanted to love it as I live nearby, but sadly, I think that I am still searching for a new salon. While the people are lovely, it's just not there. 1. Appointment time only sort of honored. Made appointments on the phone - their system is odd and unclear and comes across as the cheap version. There's no real information on the website, so if you have a question, you need to call. 2. First pedicure felt like I got a bum's rush. I get the upgrades when I get pedicures ... these certainly didn't feel very upgraded. Second was a little better, but not where it should be. 3. I'd like to choose my technician & stay with the same person. Nope. 4. Both pedicures were lacking ... nails not trimmed enough - actually, some were, some were not, so it looked odd. I would like to preface this review by saying how excited I was for a higher-end, aesthetically pleasing, spa-like nail salon to open in Savannah. I'd also like to note that I am a very loyal customer, when I like something I love it, I go all the time, and I tell all my friends about it too. Unfortunately, eMarie has now disappointed me twice in a row with extremely poor customer service. Situation #1: I made an appointment with eMarie online and I arrived on time for my scheduled appointment. They told me it would be about 15 minutes. After waiting thirty minutes after my scheduled appointment, I had to pick up my son from daycare so I left. I was incredibly annoyed as I felt like they knew it would be a longer wait (even though I had made an appointment), but they just wanted my business so told me it would be sooner to effectively trap me. This demonstrated they have zero value for their customers' time. Situation #2 (the second chance): I made an appointment for 10am for a regular manicure, arrived at 10am and there were three people with appointments for 10am and two employees. I let them know I have a three-week-old newborn baby at home and that I made an appointment so that I didn't have to wait and could get back home as soon as possible. At 10:10 the employee started my nails and then after 10 minutes in the middle of the appointment she disappeared. After waiting 10 minutes for her to return, I went to see what was going on and the same technician had started a pedicure for another woman who had an appointment. I guess she was planning on doing both of us. Anyways I got up and left, told the lady at the front who didn't seem to care, and went to Posh on victory and they had me in and out in 25 minutes. read more

The girl told to show it to another lady (possibly owner or manager) who said she did not put the deal on Groupon and thinks its another location with the same name but it is in South Carolina, I said it has your address which is why I came her and it does not state another location. Upon arrival I chose a color and when she went to get it told me they didn't have it and showed me a powder and asked if that would work which I said yes to because I didn't feel like there another option. My nails were not filed, cut, and my cuticles didn't even get pushed back. After leaving the salon I noticed my nails were completely uneven, not shaped, and chipped, with big bumps of dip powder. Although my service only took 30 minutes I would have appreciated sitting there longer and getting a better result. Overall not worth the 54 dollars spent. Bummer! read more

My first two experiences here were positive. It's a nice, clean salon. Today, however, was completely different. I had scheduled an appointment with the owner, Elizabeth, for a manicure and pedicure. I specifically requested her as she did my manicure two weeks ago. This morning, I received calls/text that staff had called in sick, asking me to push my appointment out by one hour. It was no problem. While I had another appointment after this, I believed I had plenty of time. When I arrived, I was told somebody else would be doing my pedicure instead of Elizabeth (with no explanation) but I just went with it. When it was time for my manicure, Elizabeth was working on me and another client at different stations at the same time. As a repeat customer who already accommodated a schedule change today, I was upset and disappointed. I was unable to wait for my manicure and there were no apologies at all.
