Aren't they gorgeous?! They are exactly what I asked for.

Location: Easy to find and walkable from the historic district 5/5 Facility: Beautiful interior and everything looked clean. 5/5 Quality of service: My nails look EXACTLY like the photo I showed them. 5/5 Friendliness/Customer Service: While my technician wasn't rude, she also didn't ask my name, smile or speak to me the entire time unless I said something to her. 3/5 Price: After tipping, I spent $118 on these nails. I was expecting $78 plus tip so they were in the pricier side. 4/5

Finally! I think I have finally found my nail salon in Savannah. Beautifully decorated, greeted by a lovely young woman who offered me water or wine. My nail Tech Amy (or Emmy) was lovely and attentive. I loved her attention to detail. I did a soak off of SNS and then gel manicure. I'll definitely be back!

I made an appointment (online) for later in the day and I'm so happy I stumbled across this spot. I will say that I was a bit confused with choosing options online, but I called after to ask a few questions to clarify. I was even able to speak with owner and ask her some "about me" questions. It was great to chat with her and hear her vision, especially with placing a boutique place in an area that facing extreme gentrification. I chose the soak off, artificial, long- and I do think my nails were more medium after going in (so I think I should have gotten the price difference). My nail tech was amazing. I don't know nail lingo- and most of the time I don't know what I want, or need, for my nails. The fact that she soaked off my previous nail set had me sold. Many nail techs that I've been to in Savannah seem to pop my nails off or grind them. I love the care they took to treat my nails right. The prices are also great! I really appreciate the transparency in prices online and in the shop. Beautiful location and interior as well. Can't wait to go back.

Made an appointment for fill ins (since i already had sns on my nails) and my technician removed them and did a full set, which i did not want. and then charged me accordingly for removal and full set. she did not ask me if that's what i wanted or let me know that's what she was doing. they look cute, but they don't look like they were $79.

Salon is absolutely gorgeous and clean. I asked for dip powder and they started applying it with monomer and acrylic powder on a brush. I understand the ingredients of the powder are the same, but I prefer the dip process. I got out of the salon and home and noticed that quite literally every single nail is not matching the other hand. She didn't measure the length at all. The application is clean and neat but really needed to be measured. Also very pricey, $72 before tip for dip with chrome.

The ladies who work here couldn't be nicer, but the quality just isn't there. I have never had nail polish smudge and peel off in multiple places 42 MIN after leaving the salon. Very disappointed because everyone here was so kind and the salon itself was clean and pretty.

While the gal at the front desk was very nice, my nail tech was not skilled. I paid $70 for the "luxury" pedicure and my nails honestly look worse than when I went in. I had to keep asking her to file the edges, some are still super sharp. She did a good job on my cuticles but my heels were barely exfoliated. I left in flip flops and SIX HOURS later put on a pair of flats for an hour. My paint job was destroyed. I don't know why. But I only had one day in town as we left the next morning. My friend got the same thing and wore the same shoes and her nails look fine. I paid $70 and now I need another pedicure because it looks trashed. The nails are uneven and sharp. I'm just really unimpressed. UPDATE: Elizabeth, the owner, contacted me the same day I left this review and was so kind with hearing feedback and offering to make the experience a better one. I think this new, woman-owned business is worth trying out. Maybe worth communicating better than I did when you are there because I truly think she's trying to build the best business she can.

Neat and clean mani- pedi in color passion! The best experience I've had

I've been in Savannah for a month and have been in search of where will be my new go to nail salon! This salon is by far the best I've been to and I won't bother looking for a different one because Emarie has everything I'm looking for. Online booking was convenient and easy (they also take walk ins). I walked in to a warm welcome, a clean, and beautiful environment. I was attended quickly and with a complimentary delicious hot coffee! I got a mani pedi and wanted a natural clean look but didn't quite know what color. My nail tech, Daisy, knew exactly what I wanted helped pick the perfect color for me! The entire service was amazing, from the cuticle work, trim, and how attentive and gentle Daisy was to the flawless polish work. My hands and feet look so cute and neat and feel so soft. I'm definitely coming back and highly recommend to anyone looking for a nail salon! You won't be disappointed!

I came here after a few not so great experiences in other nail salons... anyway from the moment you walk in you see the difference from any other "strip mall" salon in the Savannah/Pooler area, very chic and clean! Not to mention you're greated with kindness from the hostess with the mostess! Who checked us in, offered drinks (water, coffee, beer, etc)... made sure services we reserved for was what we wanted etc. I had a nail tech named Amy work on my nails and she did a fantastic job! Took her time and made sure what I asked for is what I got! Elizabeth, the owner even makes sure everyone is happy and is getting what they need, even during the chaos of a busy day! They truly are the standard by which all other salons in the area should be judged! I definitely will be returning and encourage the ladies and gents to check them out! They do everything from regular mani and pedi to gel to dip to acrylic etc! I was pleasantly surprised! Thank you again ladies! First photo is what I asked for second photo is what I got

4 days later sides started to chip.

This salon is clean, professional and runs on time. I'm so happy it opened near downtown Savannah!

I am giving it 2 stars though for convenient location & cleanliness of the entire salon. I personally would not recommend.

When I called, I received a voicemail box that told me to make an appointment via the exact site I used. I left a voicemail stating that I was at a location that does not, in fact, exist and could someone please call me back. I never received a callback, and that was about 2 weeks ago. Fortunately, I opted to pay later and didn't have to worry about trying to get my money back. If the Whitaker St location is no longer a valid salon location, they need to remove it from their website so others don't get duped into making appointments and/or paying ahead for appointments that won't be honored.
