But the service is a mixed bag. Sometimes they're warm and friendly... and other times, the checkout experience negatively shifts the vibe of the visit. Today, for example, I left a normal tip, and immediately got, "That's it?" When I asked, "Do you want more?" she said yes. So I gave her another dollar, but she wasn't pleased. What sucks is that this isn't the first time I've been guilt-tripped or made to feel awkward for leaving a standard tip, and it's gotten really uncomfortable. After 10+ years of being a loyal customer and supporting them on Yelp, I think it's time for me to find a new threading spot where the checkout doesn't feel like a negotiation. Also worth noting: they charge extra to use a credit card and they don't accept Apple Pay, so paying is always a bit inconvenient on top of the awkward tipping pressure. Great brows, but the tip-shaming and inconsistent service have become far too frequent for me to overlook.

Did a full face and eyebrows are included- i have not ONE clue what happened, since clearly our eyes are closed and we can't monitor what's going on until everything is done and we open and they tell us to check, but my brows got EFFED up. She threaded off MY REAL HAIR from the front AND THE TAIL END. She got scissors and starting cutting off a LOT and my brows look like a toddler got scissors and just cut me up. Yeah, i'm pretty upset due to HOW BAD this eyebrow threading turned out and nothing can be changed, but be warned, the newest lady (who is VERY nice and kind always) may not know what to do with your microbladed brows. I'm happy to report that Babli wears a mask the entire time she is doing the eyebrows or any part of your face that is over the norm of fine baby hairs. (Don't laugh, the older you get the more weird places hair shows up!) She has a sign in iPad sort of thing and you get loyalty points whenever you sign in, it's also your cell phone number. She sent out texts when the storefront reopened. I called to make an appointment but there was no one there at the time of day I went - weekday and close to 430. Unfortunately no massage after your grooming for now. Bonus info: Babli is fully vaccinated as well.
