I always come here to get my eyebrows threaded when I have the time since and it's usually along wait. Several other places I've tried over the years in buena park, cypress, Cerritos and long beach are never to my satisfaction in comparison to this place. Yes the wait is long since it's 1 lady (the owner) threading herself so if you see 4 or more people ahead of you look at spending well over an hour here but ultimately it's worth it for $4.99 and she does an excellent job. not going to lie, she amazing at eyebrows and i went to her for a bout a year and a half... one day about a month ago i went and got my normal eyebrow threading done im the type of person that NEVER carries cash on them. i only get cash out for her cause that all she takes... so anyways i gave here a 20 told her to keep 10 and give me 10 back... well she did... i went to walmart... turns out that 10 dollars was FAKE AND I KNOW she didnt do it on purpose, im thinking someone gave her the fake 10 and she didnt realize it... anyways i went to exchange it with her and she straight up called me a liar to my face like i was ripping her off dont forget ive been coming to her for a year and a half .... then what really made me mad was she told me "GOD IS WATCHING YOU" I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO HER. The wait is ridiculously long. I always wait 20 Minutes minimum. Other than that, she's very professional and very friendly. Threading is super cheap at only $5 a person. read more

I have been getting my eyebrows here for 2 years now, the owner does your eyebrows,she is a very sweet lady but the only one threading so go during the day or you'll get stuck waiting depending on how many people are before you. and its only 5$!! read more

Ok, I know the lady who runs the business is the only one who works there. This is why always expect to wait when you come here. The price (where can you find eyebrow, lips and chin threading for $15 and that's with tip!) and the service makes people wait outside before it opens on a weekday but you can be lucky at times that there's only one person ahead of you. The lady is not just friendly but she knows what she does. Her threading does not hurt as much as other people did mine. I've been a regular for months now and I love it here! Only $5 for eyebrows! Can't say no to that! There's only one lady working here, so prepare to wait! Or do what I do, and come right when the salon opens. No wait at all. The lady does a great job if you tell her exactly how you want your eyebrows done. I've been trying to grow mine out thicker, told her so, and she helps me each time to just clean around my eyebrows and not take so much hair off. I had a friend that had her eyebrows done here and didn't like it, but I believe it's because she didn't communicate well with the lady on what she wanted. So make sure you tell her! I used to be a customer for over 4 years to the point about 6 other of my family members come here, but from the owners last visit by my sister in law who is DEAF and MUTE, total inappropriate discrimination for nothing that the owner mentally assumed. She didnt even tell my sister in law she wouldn't service her, instead had just ignored her for several hours. This is America where customer service is big. I dont recommend this place. I decided to check out this new place for body wraps, since it was their grand opening. The first thing I noticed was how clean and friendly the atmosphere is. I came along with my friend and we both had the body wraps. In conclusion, the experience was great and very efficient!!! I love this place and is different from the previous body wrap service I have been to. I've been coming to this place for years ! I love how she always ends up leaving my eye brows . It doesn't hurt either , I've gone to other places where they end up hurting me or they end up messing up my brows. I'm not sure if it has to do with the string that they use .She only accepts cash so make sure you bring cash. It's only her at this location therefore sometimes the wait is long , too long . I've literally waited a little longer than an hour once . Weekends are packed! Sometimes there's no where to sit and that's when I decide to just come back on a different day.
