Crew Carwash has become terrible for the average person. They only want customers to be in their unlimited plan...which they show in every thing the do. I have been a customer of the 6 wash books. But no more. Crew has converted half the lanes to Unlimited only and the unlimited are allowed to go through while the ticketed customers have to wait. And wait. And wait. Unless you're willing to pay to be an unlimited customer, you're going to be a frustrated customer. And their website and their attendants reflects the same. I just tried to get a car wash in Bloomington (In) on 3rd street and the attendant just ignored me for 10-15 minutes...so going when they're less busy, the middle of the day, doesn't work either. I'm better off just throwing away a full book of Crew carwash coupons because they worthless if I can't get into the carwash. read more

At Crews Carwash 3430 W. 3rd Street, Bloomington, Indiana, two members actions that exceeded normal expectations or job requirements, as they went above & beyond the call of ordinary duties. They provided extra effort, dedication, and exceptional commitment to resolved my car trouble issues. After the car wash, I stopped to vacuum, clean and dry the excess water from my 2021 Nissan Rogue. Unfortunately, when I tried to restart my SUV, it wouldn't start. The attendant notified the manager-on-duty, Cara E. and she immediately sprang into action to help a desperate senior lady. Also, with the assistant of utilizing Gianna M's car and their brand-new cables, both were able to get my car restarted. I have been going to crew car wash for several years, and I have never had any problems. I went in last week and the car wash ripped off my mirror and a piece of molding on the driver side. I spoke to the shift manager and she assured me that the girl who was guiding people through said my car was definitely in neutral. I don't see how you could even go through the car wash with your car in drive to begin with. I filed a complaint, even though the manager in charge told me that they rarely pay claims. I received an email telling me how sorry they are but my car was in drive and they will not cover the damages. I spoke to parts at Honda.. he told me they have so many people come in to repair damage from crew car wash ! I am not happy with this so called customer service and will be filing a claim at a higher level. I won't be back ! read more

Giving this place a 3 and not a 5. Why, when I go to a carwash I look for 4 things. 1 I look for nice people. How do they treat me when I arrive. Are they mad that I come to clean my car or are they glad that I came to clean my car. Well unfortunately, depends who is working. I feel some of the employees are their just to earn a paycheck and sure that is the reason why we all really work but you still have to show some sort of apperication. If it wasn't for the customers you would not be able to work because they would not be open Additionally, 2 I look for how easy ot hard it is to get into the carwash. Not directly the employees fault. But if you come to this carwash be mindful after you leave the carwash their are a lot of holes and bumps on the street right when you leave. When it is water on the ground it produce a lot of puddles and what happens when you run over them. It may splash all over your car. So now you spent your money to just get your car dirty again soon as you leave. This is not a good thing. Yhis carwash should had made sure the surrounding street are easy to get in and out without a big Hansel. 3rd , does the vacumes works and does the air hose work and do they both reach. Well alot of the time when I have used the vacumes the top comes off. Needs improvement. 4th. Is the carwash clean in general. Has gotten better now. So I will do anther review on this carwash. I have been a steady Unlimited customer of Crew Car Wash for over two years.. I believe it was around March/April 2020 that Crew shut down operations when the realization set in that the COVID pandemic was not going to go away but continue in full swing. They took that two week shut down opportunity to upgrade their operations in Bloomington and, for those of us in the Unlimited Club upgraded us to the Unlimited everything including Underbody, Fast Wax, and Tire Shine for $29.99/month, normally $54.99/month, which I would NEVER had purchase on my own. However in July 2020, without warning, the FULL $54.99/month charge was applied to my credit card without being notified. And here I thought they just liked me! . I did not notice this expensive upgrade until SIX months later. My next comment involves the quality of services. Being a customer at the FULL $54.99/month, I began examining my 2019 Ford Fusion a LOT more closely. I saw fine scratches in the finish on the hood and fenders, a sure sign that the Fast Wax, an upgrade from their Clear Coat finish, was NOT being administered. This was brought to the attention of the manager. After going through a second time it looked as it should, clear, shiny and without fine scratches. Keeping the above concerns in mind, I notified customer service in Fishers and put them on notice that I was terminating my monthly billing. I had five more days to go. Today when I entered the car wash proper I was met by the manager himself spraying cars. I alerted him of bird droppings on the hood, he sprayed it, and I went through. Upon exiting, the bird droppings were STILL present AND the car wax itself was not applied in some areas. Who knows, perhaps their cleaning process itself missed the area? I can't say. So I say to present and prospective customers, caveat emptor, let the buyer beware. Know exactly what your service is supposed to deliver and, if it isn't everything expected, notify customer service so they can look into the reason, for the good of the company and their customers. read more

Went to the car wash yesterday and after having my membership since they moved to Bloomington they told me they were canceling my membership because of rust on my truck. When it's only rusted because they broke the plastic off the truck to begin with. they were very disrespectful in the nicest way they could. would not recommend. read more

I have been to this car wash at least 3 times. My 2016 Ford F-150 was damaged on the second trip and I'm still waiting for a fix to the large scratches on the right side of my truck. Clearly their machine was not calibrated to handle a large vehicle. This is inexcusable!! If it's not fixed soon I will have it fixed and sue them. Have used Crew Carwash in Bloomington ever since they opened locally. My automobile up until July 2020 was a white Fushion. I have always been VERY pleased with the wash received. However, I traded up to a BLACK 2017 Subaru Forester recently (beautiful vehicle) and the results of the most recent wash was VERY unsatisfactory. The car was purchased with a $ 700.00 Simonize sealant application. The dirt completely washes away without effort however the remaining water leaves streaks and a white film. At this point I don't think I'll try Crew again unless I own a white car again. read more

My new car, a 2019 Kia Sorento, was damaged last Friday, 10/02/2020, at 11:30 am when I used the Crew Carwash here in Bloomington, Indiana at the 3430 W. 3rd Street location. Immediately after my car went through the carwash and I was drying it off at the vacuum station at Crew Carwash, I noticed that the carwash machine had put multiple large indentations on the front of my car's bumper from the bottom to the top of the hood. The scratches and indentations made were so severe that they actually chipped away the hard plastic of the bumper and the paint as well as crushing & indenting the KIA emblem on the front of the vehicle. I immediately made this aware to Sam, the Crew Carwash manager on site. He took a report and pictures of the damages as well as I did. He said that the Crew Carwash corporate claim's division would be in touch within two to three days. I called first on 10/06/2020 and was told it would take another three days to receive a response of the status of my claim. I then had to call again today, 10/09/2020, at 8:58 am to find out the status of my claim and was told rudely by several of your employees, a Dane Carmen & then a Gage Lyons, that Crew Carwash was not going to pay to have my car damage repaired that was caused by their machine and on their property. This is unacceptable. I have pictures of my car from that day, which are dated & timestamped, before my car went through your carwash and again afterwards when I found the damage and reported it immediately to Sam the Crew carwash manager who was working that day. I took my car for an estimate to be done by a local reputable body shop immediately afterwards in order to get the damage repaired. The amount to repair it is $1,300.00. I want Crew Carwash to do the right, responsible, & decent thing & pay to repair this damage that was done by their machine that day to my new car. I have had a monthly "unlimited wash" membership with Crew Carwash & have been a good, loyal, longtime customer as well. I just want my car fixed & repaired from the damaged done to it from your carwash machine on that day asap. Please have someone from the Crew Carwash "risk management" division contact me asap. The response that I received today from your claims persons was totally rude, bogus, false, & unhelpful. I would want to think that your company would want to take responsibility for the damages done by your carwash machine to my new vehicle on your property that day. Also, I know for a fact that other customers had their cars damaged that day as well who were in front of me in the car wash waiting line. If anyone else has had an issue before/on/or after 10/2/20 please leave a message below and FYI always inspect your vehicle before leaving the facility grounds just like I always do (hints how I found the damages) and report any damages to the manager even if it's a little scratch or dent. read more

It's great to finally have a Crew Carwash in Bloomington! We were long overdue. They've been open for a few months now and every time I've been the staff is incredibly friendly and my car looks great. They've been sending a lot of good coupons in the mail with free washes and good deals which helped with several free washes. You can also buy a carwash for a discounted price if you get gas across the street at Kroger. The gas pumps offer you the opportunity to add a car wash to your purchase. We signed up for the $29/month Unlimited washes at a time they were offering buy one month get one free and for $15/month for free washes only 2 washes a month pays for itself! I've been going several days a week and love it!! They usually have several cars there at a time in line but I've never had to wait longer than a few minutes as the line seems to go pretty quickly. You can also usually get in and out off 3rd street pretty easily. The only negative about Crew is that I wish they would offer the vacuuming service as part of your wash but it's an additional charge. read more

Really surprised by other reviews! I was hesitant to go there at first because i got a new car and I like the touchless washes. But gave it a shot and every time I've been there since the staff was extremely nice. Including the time I forgot to take a magnet off my car and they went in and got it immediately. Ive never noticed any scratches or damage and I've never had a wash get my car so clean, especially the WHEELS! I'm now on the unlimited and will continue to keep going back! read more

They are good to offer discount coupons, and introductory pricing. Since my relocation to Bloomington I took advantage of the "Unlimited Club", this provides a special lane with little or no wait time. The store is always clean, well maintained, staff are always friendly, and look professional in their appearance.
