I purchased the $21 spl. They told when it ends and to come in to stop it. I came in 1 day early and was told I was late my credit card was charged 24 hours at early at 12:01 so I couldn't stop for 30 days . As far as the WASH,vacuum and service it was GREAT. with all this i asked when should stop my wife's car was told at least 7 days so they looked it up and said it ended in 7 days to be sure So I stopped it. Then was i would not be able to wash after this minute SO STOPPING 1DAY EARLY YOU ARE EXTENDING 30 FOR $55.00. And stop 7 days early as recommended you lose 7 days of service!!!!!! The minute you tell the the cashier touches the key. You Are DONE when you pull away from the window you are told you can not wash your car go around the cones. With days left????? read more

As far as a car wash, it's great but I was offered to purchase 1 wash get a month free. Duh! Of course I'd do that, NEVER was I told I was signing up to a subscription or that I had to come in to cancel. Until I saw the $41.99 charge to my checking account. Worst Customer Service I have experienced in a while (and that is saying a lot). I tried cancelling their (monthly trial for the price of one wash) and they said that it did not process until 12:02am which is past their "deadline" outlined in their policy. I explained that my request was before that time online but they still would not refund me $38 even after pleading my case at least 5 emails. I have been a full day past the deadline with Crew Car Wash and as long as I did not go thru they still cancelled it with a refund. I will never go back to Kopetsky. The washes are subpar to Crew anyway. Stay clear if you were thinking about it. read more

This new automated car wash can be found in the outlet of the south side Kroger. There are three lanes for pulling in: The left and center are for non-member cash and credit customers; the right lane is for members who get a Quick Pass to use. There are several options for how thorough a car wash/cleaning you can select starting at $10 and going up to $21. I was in the left lane and dealt with a human rather than using the automated machines on the other two lanes. I selected one of the middle priced options and pulled around to the west end entrance of the wash building. This wash uses a belt system that you are directed to pull onto, throw the car into neutral, and take your foot of the brake. Pretty standard car wash with soap and spray, spinning brushes and hot air blowers. At the end, the green light comes on prompting you to pull the car forward..standard stuff. To the right (south) is a long row of vacuum stations where customers can clean out their cars. I believe the vacuums are free. Everything is in great working order as expected for a new business. But, like all belt driven car washes I've been to, the brushes failed to clean around my car's license plate where the brushes aren't able to reach. As far as automated car washes go, this really is the best I've experienced in the area. We've taken two vehicles through and splurged a bit on the highest option - well worth it if you're not doing it too terribly often. Of course all the hard to reach places were left untouched, but again as far as automated washes go, it was better than expected. Some of the cooler features - the open design lets you see outside through the majority of the wash, which may seem like an insignificant detail but my toddler is *terrified* of normal car washes and did pretty well because he could still see the outside world. The other big bonus - free vacuums. While there are not interior detail options directly, you can use the vacuums just south of the building (turning right as you finish your wash) to clean out the car yourself. Haven't tried those yet since it's still freezing outside, but looking forward to having a space to use for free. They offer a monthly pass as well, and you can sign up for license plate recognition to speed through the line in a dedicated lane. The nice thing is that you don't have to play monthly to use the fast lane, you can set up your account and still pay-as-you-go. Right now it's not too busy so I don't see the need to set this up, but good to know it's an option. read more

Perfect location for a car wash off 135 and Smokey Row in the Kroger parking lot. There's usually not a line, and the wash is comparable to Crew- not the cheaper car wash options. It's easier to get in and out than many other options, so this is my car wash of choice. read more

Used car wash today. Bought the $21 service. Car was clean and mostly dry. Still had a bit of brake dust left on wheels so had to wipe that off. Typical of most car washes in area that are not full service. Vacuum was decent although a bit more power would be good. Suggestion for owners: Total Package Car Wash, Lakeland, FL offers same service at same price but, at the vacuum area, they have a basket of clean black microfiber towels folded in a basket for customers to use to dry/touch up. When finished, drop in Dirty Towel basket and an employee walks around and picks them up for rewashing. Same employee also emptying trash, policing the area to keep it looking nice. Asking customers if wash was ok, etc. Make your car wash unique to others. read more

We recently joined this car wash with a monthly membership and are way happier with what we get compared to what we had with Crew. I wish they had more locations but am very happy with free vacuums and free mat washing. I also like how it senses your license plate instead of having to put a sticker on your car that can lead to damage overtime. Highly recommend! read more

Rear wiper broken in car wash. Employee took my info, photos, and said someone would be calling me. Received call from Austin Gore-Owner the following week. Told me to text a photo of the receipt replacing the wiper to his number and I would be mailed a check to reimburse. Have texted him multiple times with no response! No acknowledgement. If you call the 'corporate office' number, never an answer. Recording states you can leave a message or text the same number (844-927-4386). I did both-no response. No way would I be rolling my vehicle through this car wash again if this is the type of 'customer service' given by the OWNER! Took car through this wash and hood was massively scratched up. Filed damage report which was denied. Had to spend more than $600 to repair. Learned my fathers car was also damaged here, and other ratings on this site tell a similar story. Detailer who did repair immediately said "this is car wash damage" and told us to avoid this place. This car wash is not very good at all. You spend more time wiping up the dirt around the wheels and crevices, than just washing the whole car yourself. Half of the vacuums don't work. Seems like this car wash hides behind a policy that does not take care of its costumers. I would highly not recommend coming here. No matter how good you keep your truck up looking good and the way you bought it from a dealer. This place will deny all claims and maybe all claims. I had a bullet antenna, that I brought from my dealer at the time I bought my truck. I have taken my truck to multiple truck washes before, but this place machines took it right off. Now, on the board they do have a policy. But they don't believe the customer. This place does not back up its customers. I took my Jeep here to get all cleaned up. I would not recommend this car wash to anyone. My Jeep came out looking worse than when it went in. I had to pull over and wipe off all sorts of dirt spots that were not noticeable before going through the car wash. Also, there was still debris all over my doors that I also had to wipe down.
