This relates to what comes across as current communication issues. And if I come to Yelp and highlight the good, it is only fair to also highlight when an experience with a company... is not good. I do not have a problem with a business being busy. That is a good problem for a business to have. My issue comes, when instead of saying you are busy, the business continually makes appts or followups they do not keep. At that point you do something I have a problem with, you waste the one thing none of us can afford to waste, you waste time. In this case you waste my time and that, especially when you do it repeatedly, I find annoying and unprofessional. If you can't do a job, say that, I am happy to give business to others. And it is preferable to over-promising and under-delivering. Will not belabor the point, that is my most recent experience. And hopefully this review saves you... time. Thanks.

For backstory: We had a leak coming into our home for a few months before their service. Since they offered a complete evaluation of the roof and gutter area, I decided to go with this team. When they finished, I reached out to receive their report via email. It came back saying everything was in good shape, so we had a contractor come out to take another look. Turns out the repair needed was so obvious to the contractor (from two stories below) that he didn't even have to use his drone to evaluate the damage. It's hard to wonder how these professionals missed such a glaring problem. Just yesterday, we had a handyman come out to do the repair and while up on the roof they noted that we even had a tile completely broken in half just above the damage to the soffet and fascia (of which you could see from below). In a sentence: This team cleans gutters, if you are in need of a reliable inspection/maintenance evaluation--I suggest you go with someone else.

We got a great deal and I recommend using ROI for your next project. The construction team was great and even though the project took a little longer then expected it was still done promptly. There was a slight delay because they found old asbestos siding and that needed to be removed. Our project coordinator Brooke was very nice and helped everything run smoothly.

We recently had some questions about the work and contacted the company, only to find that the Sam we knew had sadly passed. The new owners (Sam's children) seem to be just as qualified, caring, friendly, and eager to support customers. I can only guess they have the same ethic, and would highly recommend the company. He asked that I send a photo and offered to send one of his guys out to take a look. I sent the photo via email and never heard back. Called YET AGAIN, left a message, and to this day--about a week or so later--I haven't received a phone call. We paid for the service the day of and now I'm wishing we didn't, as perhaps we'd have some leverage to get them back out to fix what they ruined.

I was really impressed that he was able to get me on the schedule within 1-day and the 2 contractors that showed up were on time, polite, professional, and very knowledgeable. In fact one of the contractors was a Spanish woman who jumped into gear right away and begin climbing the ladder onto my roof. I was so impressed with her that I told the other gentleman that she was awesome and had no fear. Heck, I was afraid to get on that tall roof and she climbed up there with no hesitation. In fact, while I was there, I noticed that the shingles on my shed were peeling and decided right then to hire them to come back this week to re-cover my Shed. I was told when installation was going to be instead of being asked. When that date didn't work, the owners had a very bad attitude. I had to keep calling and messaging to get a date. The day of installation seemed fine. The next day my husband was deep in our yard and saw a small section of roof was not replaced. I called the owner and he tried saying my husband told him not to do that part! He was literally yelling in the phone like he was crazy. His wife co-owner, came out the next day and apologized for his behavior. She even stated "why wouldn't you do that section?". She said that they had been arguing about this. She said that he did not estimate the cost for that section! She said he would send an estimate for it and for me to call her afterwards and she would give us a materials only price. So I did, and she gave me that price, but never in writing, it seemed like a side agreement since she was arguing with her husband. She said she would talk with him about scheduling. I got no call back. I messaged, no reply, I called, no answer ...over and over for two weeks. I messaged her that I was about to call the Better Business Bureau if I didn't hear back by the next evening. Within a few minutes, the both learned how to use their phones, but only to deny the problem and send me a letter, completely distorting the facts and attempting to blame us for their neglect! Marianne Hall (wife and co-owner) is fully aware of her husband George's behavior. She even recounted several instances where we flew off the handle with other clients. This is all totally unacceptable. Additionally, we found a few shingles, and nails scattered around over the next few days. The crew left some ruts in the yard after going off of the side drive they were asked to stay away from. I overlooked these things, but now they are just a part of the full picture. At this point I would not trust them to complete the job. Their work was incomplete, communication and timeliness of appointments was terrible, the yelling and bad attitudes were the final straw! Awful experience.
