This place is trash in my opinion, please save your time and money and go outside of the mall. They're so thirsty for a sale that they just rush you through the process and try to push certain things on you. Like how many times do I have to say I don't want any polish on my nails? Finally I had to tell her, LISTEN, Pam (that's her name) I feel like you're pressuring me and I don't want any polish!!! My mom paid almost $200 for both our mani and pedi and it just felt rushed. My nails turned out better than hers because the woman actually cleaned up the polish on my skin. My mom still walked out with pink dots of polish around her nails. In my opinion it wasn't worth it, the pedicure chairs are old and so are the manicure chairs. I was glad to be there with my mom but Tip Top Nails is more like Below Bottom and yeah, NEVER AGAIN!!! read more

I have a busy week ahead and needed to fit in a gel mani. It's $40 here, which I thought was on the pricier end. Then again, I haven't received a gel mani in a while so maybe prices have gone up. Either way, I was paying for the convenience. I had to wait no more than 10 minutes after walking in on a Sunday. I was in and out. It's only been 2 days since my mani and no issues. My husband got a pedi while I did my nails. He got started right away. And his service was $25. I wouldn't do out of my way to come here, but I'm glad they were open on a Sunday. read more

This is my first time here, I'm trying out new nail salons in the area until I find "the one". I decided to do a walk in for a treat myself day and the prices I saw online seemed awesome.. I mean $30 for a mani and pedi?! Yes please. Upon walking in I wasn't really greeted which is fine. There is a sign in sheet you put your name, service, and possibly phone number. It was actually pretty cool this place (if they have a long wait time) offers to call or text you when it's almost your time which I find amazing and makes for good customer service. The nail colors are on the right as soon as you walk in so it's very easy to pick your color. I was waiting a little bit and then they offered to let me wait while soaking so I decided to take them up on the offer. Maybe five minutes of soaking I was greeted by my nail tech (male which I loveeeee because they don't play around GREAT PRESSURE!!) The pedicure itself was a great experience aside from being cut (it's an accident things happen) and being up charged $5 for callous removal which I feel should be included in any pedicure by default. The manicure was fine, I wouldn't say anything special happened or that bad work was done. It was just meh. Overall I don't think I'd intentionally come back. The work was fine but the overall experience was nothing magical. I got cut pretty badly on my foot and not even a discount was offered, which wouldn't make it better automatically but would have been a nice gesture. They don't offer drinks and they have children of employees there running around which is cute but not relaxing. read more

Nearly ripped off my nail and took shortcuts at my expense. I've never had a nail experience as painful as this. I just needed a powder-dipped acrylic removal and instead of using a liquid solution to loosen up the nail glue, or using a Dremel, she impatiently wedges out the acrylics with her BARE HANDS splitting half my nails in the process. She does great acrylic and fixing nails with issues. She usually doesn't charge me full price plus fixing if I have a broken nail. Color options are decent. Some opi no Essie nail polish. This is the worst experience I've had at a nail salon. I got the regular pedi and since I didn't go for the deluxe she didn't massage the bottom of my feet at all. Didn't even touch them... and when I asked she was very rude. They also hair my daughters nails different colors and rude when we asked her to fix them. Worst experience ever. I used to absolutely LOVE this place, and went almost every week and 1/2 to get a pedicure but after a while i stopped, because their prices started to change every time I came in. I went back today for the first time in months to get a pedicure, manicure, and full-set of acrylic nails. Everything was going smoothly until it was time to do my acrylics. She rushed and made me bleed by using the tool so close to my cuticle, and on top of that when it came time to do my manicure they told me i would have to pay more (the price was already discussed before i even sat in the chair so it's bullshit) and they continued to argue with me when i had 3 other people there that heard him say everything was covered. I did not like the way my nails turned out and the customer service is awful. When you first walk in to the salon all the workers just look at you like you are crazy. Then someone yells out rudely "sign in". I really can't understand why this salon is in the mall, because the service is awful and the workers are rude. Pedicures and massage chairs were just what we needed! Definitely the best place in the Oglethorpe Mall to go, we will be back.

I went in after an ok experience from them before but this time I went to a guy named Calvin and he was amazing ! He cracked jokes, got to know me and left me satisfied unlike my experience with tip top nails before. I really liked him and I recommend going to him. He was really cool. His shaping was great too just like he told me it'd be and I got lots of compliments on my nails ! read more

I don't usually get acrylics done but when I got home yesterday I noticed that my nails are full of bubbles, and not just a few there's a lot! And the acrylic is lifted on the sides of my nails! Some of the tips were put on too low past my nail line so soon I'll have to have the white painted over since they'll grow out in about 2 to 3 days as they are already showing. Very disappointed with this last visit. Came in for a pedicure and was never ask for deluxe or regular option. Was given regular pedicure while all the other customers around me where given choice. Was cut severely when working on cuticle on big toe. The pain was very intense. Now trying to ward off infection. Customer service has declined significantly. I have been going to this salon on and off for years and have always tipped well. I noticed a few of staff have negative attitudes and become very vocal having conversations with other staff and ignoring their clients. They have always done really nice work but the going in there now is a very disappointing and unwelcoming. read more
