They are so friendly, clean, fast but thorough and have such a warm and professional customer service atmosphere that's also very intimate. While I go to May they all appear to have talent! They did a fantastic job with 2 very excited kids who had never had this done professionally before. They let them pick one color for each finger and made sure they were comfortable and talked to them. The service was absolutely wonderful, felt like we had been coming there forever! Their nails did look fantastic and they gave them this hard polish that was like bullet proof and has still held up on the girls, which is damn impressive. My wife loved it too. It's such a relaxing atmosphere compared to a generic nail salon, my wife loved it and said she can't wait to come back. So, for any guys looking for something this was a fantastic spot and glad I surprised the ladies in my life with this spot. The prices are reasonable (or so I am told). Third time absolutely the charm! The nail technician made my short nails look so good! Not to mention, my feet, legs, hands and back feel so good after such a great massage! Every person in this establishment is personal, polite, professional. Appointments are highly recommended because they have a dedicated clientele. My nail technician left several Months ago to pursue another career, I hadnt been back until this weekend. Jamie stayed later than usual for my full set of gel tips and Michelle was Kind enough to squeeze my daughter in for a manicure. They took their time even though We were the last appointment and most importantly the shape, thickness of my nails is perfect. This salon is spotless clean. You won't find tubs of gel product that have been refilled here. If it says LCN your getting LCN not some non branded product dumped into an LCN container. Love that this is a US woman owned family business. She's got a great business model here, focus on quality, integrity and customer service. I'm sorry it's taken me so long to come back.
