Upon arrival we were sat down quickly. It was not busy at all. I did notice the lighting was off, an unorganized mess of tools, and the big roach the nail tech smashed by the water pipe. I thought " if we get a toe fungus this will be why". I felt committed to staying, plus the other nail salons were maxed out with clients. The tools appeared to not be sterilized. There were towels wrapped around the spa chairs and around the tubes in the ground. Buckets were in place to catch dripping water. I did not notice any name brand nail polish like OPI. The biggest shock was the price. $160 for: a child's pedicure and fingernails to be painted. Plus, and an adult basic pedicure with simple nail polish and a manicure without polish. I did not think about the price until I was in the car and I was not given a receipt. My 6 year old ended up a sore, pus filled ingrown toenail. read more

I took my grand daughter there. We had to go back the next day to have them" fixed". She has a woman working for her that, in my opinion, is ruining her business. We won't be going back. The fix was better than the original manicure but still unacceptable. read more

I broke a nail and had to go up to get it fixed. Their hours online say 9 am. But they weren't there. The salon next door said sometimes they open at 9:30 or 10. That's not the way to do business. If it says your open at 9, then be open at 9 am. Unprofessional in my opinion. read more

My first pedicure here was great. Second was ok. Today was my second time going for just a toe nail trim and color change. It looks terrible. I should have paid closer attention before I left, but I was tired and did not. I have color all over the tips of my toes and one of the big toes looks awful. I have heard if you use Hanna, she's great. I've used the guy both times. Both times the same thing. I've only given them multiple chances because I hear some that love them. I'll go elsewhere next time I gave them 3 stars because the massage chairs are amazing. read more

And unlike many nail salons that say "walk-ins are welcome" but when you walk in there like "yeah we don't have time for you", actually walk-ins are welcome here. it is helpful for the nail artist to have appointments if you can make them, but you can actually just walk in here and get stuff done. read more

I am very particular and get about 10 pedicures a year trying to leave no polish on my toes during the winter. This place is fantastic! I have never had a cut or even a scratch with multiple techs. DO NOT GO HERE! I received a nasty abrasion on the bottom of my foot when the tec rubbed the bottom part of the pad of my foot so hard it took 3 layers of skin off. I had blood everywhere!!! All she said was, oops, sorry!! And put some of that green stuff that stings like hell on it. She did not offer a bandaid or anything just stuck my foot back in the water. Where she barley disinfected her tools with a little spray of alcohol and dipping in the water. I asked for a bandage and they didn't have one. I had to hobble out to my car to get one and hobble back. She still charged me full price and didn't offer to make things right. The manager avoided me at all costs! I suffered with the pain of this on the bottom of my foot for weeks. Had to keep it bandaged up, could not where flip flops or Sandles because they hurt me. Had to where tennis shoes. So, why did I have a pedicure? Again, DO NOT go here!! read more
