My salad came out before my friends. It was not your typical iceberg wedge, it was created with romaine lettuce, bacon, blue cheese crumbles, small tomatoes. It was delicious. It was the perfect portion. My friend's fried chicken sandwich was AMAZING! The batter in the chicken was sweet and crispy. One had shoe sting fries and the other tator tots. The fries were crisp, the tator tots were tasteless. As we were leaving the evening entertainment was coming in. There is a stage in the back where entertainment performs. There are also TV's in strategic locations where you can watch the scheduled football game. Seahawks were on. This place is small but cozy, divey, great neighborhood bar to get a bite to eat. Expired hot sauce three times now!…read more I was here a few months back and their hot sauce bottle had green clumps in it... they gave me a new bottle which was nice, but I came back today and once again, they had green clumps in their franks red hot... I asked the waiter for a replacement and he brought me ANOTHER bottle that was mostly full, however it had the green clumps in it too! Its best by date was back in July... Im not sure how theyre storing these things but ive been using franks red hot for years and never see green clumps in it. On top of all that, the waiter brings me his ipad for me to pay, and after I pay he sets the ipad down right in front of me with the minimum tip being 20%... I felt kind of uncomfortable knowing he is staring behind me, I changed the tip to 10% and said thanks and he walked away without even responding. Holy water please take a look at your hot sauce and change the minimum tip to something lower, you shouldn't participate in the toxic tipping culture that puts the onus on your patrons to pay your workers 20 percent as a minimum. Another hurdle for the day....that nice display of bottled wine from around the world can't be consumed on site, unless you add $35 corkage! Whoa, corkage for a $75 Barolo turns it into a $135bottle (including tax and plus plus, more on this later) bottle that I'm purchasing from you to consume on your site! Seriously?!? Plus plus, 5% "service" fee added to the bill. Doesn't support the "service" staff, it all goes back to the restaurant. And zero discount for paying cash. Been there, done that...won't be back!

The issue was not that the winery had expectations for a large group. The issue was the complete lack of communication and the way those expectations were handled. When we arrived, no one informed us that there was a minimum spend requirement or that our group needed to order a certain amount immediately. Several people in our group had already started ordering, including a bottle of wine and a glass of wine, and we were still settling the kids, reviewing the food options, and deciding what else to order. Within just a few minutes of sitting down, staff began pressuring us to order food. Shortly after that, another staff member approached us and told us we needed to clean up after ourselves and meet a minimum spend of around $500. None of this had been clearly stated before we sat down, and we were given no reasonable time to get organized as a group. If a winery has a large-party policy, minimum spend, or specific expectations for families with children, that should be communicated upfront, clearly and respectfully, before guests are seated. Instead, the interaction felt rushed, uncomfortable, and unwelcoming. We had every intention of ordering more wine and food, but the tone and handling of the situation made the experience feel transactional and unpleasant. Fletcher Bay may be a nice spot for smaller groups, but based on our experience, I would not recommend it for families or larger walk-in groups unless their policies are made much clearer and their hospitality improves.

Ambiance in here was quiet, dimmed lights, not too bright and very clean. Matt assisted me that day and was extremely informative overall. He is very patient and kept up with my conversation. You can tell Matt is passionate about the wines this place carries. He was very confident about each wine as he would introduce each pour (I did a wine tasting, including five different wines) I prefer red wine over white and usually more on the sweet side; to be exact- I do love Lambrusco wine. However, all the red wines that I tasted here were very delightful and worth it. Started off with a favorite "Sangiovese" from Walla Walla and Red Mountain 15% alcohol, smooth not too bitter for my likings and is one of the top choices. 5/5 Up next was "Redtail" A Right bank inspired blend of Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon and Cabernet Franc. Perfect for everyday sipping!
