So this company picked up an order from AAA for my car that was partially stuck in a retention…read moreditch. After sending pictures they said I would have to pay out of pocket which struck me as odd given that this was suppose to be paid by a service I already pay for,then to make matters worse the receptionist said that if they damage my vehicle that I would have to sign a waiver that they are not responsible and then proceeded to give me a starting price of $150 but would probably be higher because it required special tools,which it only required a pulley and a wench for anyone with half of a brain. This was clearly a setup that I I was gonna get charged way more than the $150,the shady attitude of the worker,the not standing behind their work,and the bashing that AAA wasn't gonna pay them for their work either was enough suspicious activity for me. Thank God someone else picked up the job that was done in less than 20 minutes with no waiver, no damage, no issues at all told me enough about this company here. DO NOT TRUST THIS CORPORATION!! They will weasel you and get you for as much as they can and not guarantee anything. This is a prime example of why companies go out of business so much,quality professionalism is a must these days with inflation,I hope you learn from this A&S National and you treat your future customers with more care and dignity!
