Not 100% sure why a profile hasn't been started under the new name of the business, but I guess I'll have to make one. Took one of my cars in today for an oddly wearing tire. I called in the AM hoping for an appointment sometime soon. To my surprise they took it right away. Got the alignment done within a couple hours. By 1pm the car was back in my hands. Off roading In the middle of no-where on a Sunday afternoon with a 3-hour drive ahead of me to get home. Tire got a hole in it and needed to be repaired. Didn't want to drive three hours on a highway on a donut. Drove to cell range and googled Choice Tire in Dallas, which was on my way home. Spoke to Dave who was very nice and professional. Dave took me in right away patched my tire on the inside (not a half ass plug) replaced the tire and put the donut and Jack back exactly where they belong. Dave refused to charge me for his efforts. It was a 90-degree day to boot. I did leave a tip and requested that he and his partner get something cold to drink. My son needed an oil change before heading back to college. I called around and Tire Choice on Tarleton Ave in Dallas gave a price of $29.99 which Mark the manager told me was a special they were running. He asked the type of car and said it would need synthetic oil ( which I know nothing about) but at no time told me it would be more than double the cost. So my son ended up paying $70 when he expected to pay $30. I felt mislead and did call and tell Mark the manager just that.
