I do Not recommend this shop. I was recommended by Roy Miller from BMW Durham according to him to save big. According to Roy ,Craig is able to provide service for BMW, Audi , VW and all other brands . I brought my VW GTI 2022 to replace the breaks. The mechanics were NOT able to follow the instruction to release the electronic hand break , hammered the rotors for more then 3 hours , After 5 hours waiting , I got the car back and the electronic hand break doesn't work any more . I have in display errors , Maneuver braking function currently not available and Electronic parking brake Safely stop vehicle ! Service Vehicle . I contacted Roy Miller and Craig but Craig refuse to fix it because he doesn't know how . Do not bring your car here!!!!!!!!! It's a joke that I'm required to give this shop a 1 star rating. Google needs to introduce an option for poop emojis in these reviews. I brought my brand new SUV here after buying a set of winter tires and rims. When I arrived to pickup the vehicle there was a giant dent in the trunk. I immediately brought this to what I assume is the manager of the shop (Craig). He immediately got defensive and stated that the dent must have been there when I brought the vehicle to the shop. There is no chance the dent was there, I park in my garage and the vehicle was less then a week old. Anyone that has bought a new vehicle will agree for the first little bit your constantly looking at the vehicle, parking away from other vehicles, etc. I have to pass the rear of the SUV before getting into it, I would have seen a giant dent in rear. We went back and forth on it for about 30 minutes, he then called the security maintainer and agreed to review the tape of both inside and outside of the shop, he stated he would get back to me the next day. It's been three weeks and I have not heard from him, I left messages and no call back. I have never seen anyone or business with this level of unprofessionalism. There was not a single care at any moment for me as their customer, all I got was pushed out the door and ignored. Find another shop people, you don't want to end up like me. If they operate in this manner where they wont even call back an upset customer, who's car was damaged while at their shop. Any person or business that can do this has 0% concern about me or you as their customer. read more

Wonderful service came in to get a tire replaced, it had to be ordered in but it arrived quickly and was mounted and balanced while I waited. I was in and out in less than 15 minutes. I will be definitely be returning for other work. read more

We have been coming here for at least 10 years. Their prices are very reasonable and we trust their work. We would not go anywhere else.

Craig who owns this franchise with his younger brother is simply one of the most honest and down to earth persons I have dealt with. The prices are competitive if not better than most and his attention to customers is what brings me here. He owns the facility and really appreciates your business. The very next day after I posted this review, I received a call from Craig. He had the nerve to say "I didn't think you were that upset". I explained to him that he had damaged my car, insulted me, and wasted a tremendous amount of my time. Craig offered to rectify the situation by working on my car again. I told him there was no way I was going to allow him to work on my car. He told me he wanted to look after me and that he would find me a speaker and send me to a stereo shop fix the problem. My husband and my mother - and has just returned from the Tire Depot. After my mother going to Canadian Tire and getting the run-around and a rip off "upsell" not to mention the typical pathetic customer service that the Canadian Tire's seem to be dishing out these days)....sales clerk was unhelpful and non-chalant in offering no-knowledge, no-assistance, and not checking availability of their apparently "non available" flyer offer. My husband decided to check out the Tire Depot (boy am I glad he did) So my husband went to the Tire Depot (not only were they helpful but also they were ready to close the store for the day and still the gentleman at Tire Depot took his time (with no rush to us) and gave my husband a fantastic deal with tires and installation. 4 All Season Tires with Install included (good quality tires) for around $300 (wayyyy better than the Canadian Tire and excellent customer service to boot). The gentleman at Tire Depot was friendly, approachable, knowledgable, cared about customer service, wants to make the deal a win-win for both parties and offers a good price (with installation included). It's nice to support another local business. So Canadian Tire - you can kiss us goodbye - as from now on we will be using the Tire Depot everytime. I really recommend these guys. read more

On Aug. 1 2012 I took my car into tire depot in Ajax for 4 new tires. Two weeks later I noticed that 2 of the tires where installed with the rotation direction arrows in the wrong direction. I returned the car and the problem was rectified. I went on a 2 week vacation and when I returned and took the car on the 401, I noticed a shaking in the front end. The 2 tires that had been turned around to the proper tire rotation direction had not been balanced! I took the car in again and they balanced the front tire and on the way home I found that the brake peddle was very soft. I checked it and discovered that I was losing A LOT of fluid from the brake line right over the tire that they had just balanced. What an amazing coincidense! Me thinks NOT! I am taking the car to my mechanic and if (HAHA) he finds anything has been tampered with, I will be going straight to the MTO and my lawyer. AVOID THIS TIRE DEPOT LIKE THE PLAGUE! read more
