More than once, a mechanic here has spent a few hours on my car diagnosing a problem that other garages couldn't detect (even after I described thoroughly) They are honest, capable, and eager to save your money rather than up selling services and repairs that you don't need (unlike most dealerships and chain companies). Of course I assumed AC work may or may not be expensive depending on the problem and after receiving a high quote I needed to run it by my husband. Also come to find out they charge mostly the labor because we found the parts I needed online for $215. (My quote was almost $1600 not including the money they robbed me of) They said they still needed to charge me ($217) because they topped off (it wasn't empty) and recharge my ac. I didn't ask them to do either of those things, just to run a diagnostic which I would have paid for if there was a cost for that, no problem. I asked the man at the counter if doing those things was going to temporarily help with the cold air and he said yes. A lie. Come to find out because my issue is my compressor, recharging and adding more Freon was a total waste of time and money. That's $217 wasted on something I didn't even ask them to do. I imagine they won't be willing to refund me so all I can do is try to help someone else to STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS!!!

Everyone is always friendly, well informed, and gets the job done. I always felt like I was a real person talking with a real person, rather than a consumer transacting with an institution. I'd give three stars for doing what they promised at the time promised, maybe 4 for being extra personable. What gets them to a strong 5 Stars is what Joey Matlock did when something went wrong. To be brief and intentionally vague, I bought the product they recommended, was unhappy about it, and they replaced it with something better. No argument, no resistance. I coordinated a ride to be picked up after dropping off the vehicle for 4 new tires. After receiving a text saying that the vehicle is ready, I coordinated another ride to be dropped off to the shop only to be told that the vehicle is actually not ready. Once the tires were installed, it triggers a text to customers saying that the vehicle is ready. However, this is a false alert as it now has to go for an alignment. As I'm sitting in the lobby, I watched another customer show up after receiving the same text message and was told the same thing. They were not happy about it and left again. Your employees are well aware that this is a communication problem. Please make customers aware up front so that they do not drive back prematurely.

I have been using jiffy lube for the last 4 oil changes,the first time they put a screw in sideways…read morethat goes to the air filter housing, second time oil all over engine and 3rd time ..oh and by the way they never vaccumed my car any of the times 3rd time they had to have let the air out of my tires because they all had 28psi and my sensor has been messed with no low tire light anymore. They fixed the problem with the power steering and tried to sell me about 10 other things I said no to. I believed them when they said my alignment was off, however, bc they showed me a sheet showing the alignment on each tire. I didn't get it done that day however because I needed some new tires and wanted to get it done at the same time. I took it to Big O Tires on Old Cedar Bluff road and told them I needed an alignment. They came back and said the alignment was fine and it didn't need to be done. Like, what the hell. I went to Big O because they don't try to sell you on crap you don't need, and going back saved me $80.
