He told me he didn't care what the lady said especially because she is call service employee that knows nothing about his business. Wal-Mart did not place the O ring to the filter's casing. And they stripped out my drain bolt. This was a full synthetic oil change with a performance filter. Over $80. Because the lube guy was inexperienced I had to redo my $80 oil change and replace the bolt. Thanks for stealing my money.
