He told me he didn't care what the lady said especially because she is call service employee that knows nothing about his business. Not to mention, every time I was in the location (I stopped in 3 times to check on my car) one of the mechanics was standing in the customer side of the shop and was not even working on my car. I understand that there was only two mechanics when I took the car, but a tire repair should not take that long, especially when I had an appointment at 3pm. Wal-Mart did not place the O ring to the filter's casing. And they stripped out my drain bolt. This was a full synthetic oil change with a performance filter. Over $80. Because the lube guy was inexperienced I had to redo my $80 oil change and replace the bolt. Thanks for stealing my money.
