King of RIPOFF don't take my word just look at the invoice. $120 for a tire rotation and balance. I when there four weeks earlier for the same tire rotation and balance and had paid $25. I was assisted by a new service advisor, it was very blatant that he profile me because i was Hispanic he thought I was gullible enough to pay nearly five times what i paid just a few weeks earlier. I found the entire interaction disrespectful and unacceptable. I try to Email the owner but the Email he leaves on the review is not valid, I also left comments on their website to no avail. I didn't have any cash so I walked back into the office and asked if I could leave the kid a $20 tip. The owner of whoever was in there proceeds to make me pay $42. I went yesterday to just get pricing for my Chrysler, no appointment, just drove over. Justin at their service counter was Absolutely The BEST!!! He was so patient, explained the tires he was suggesting for my car and that he could have them changed in 1/2!! And that there was also a mail in rebate that he went ahead and set that all up for me as well. He was kind and patient with every person that walked through that door. I have dealt with Tire King before, but this service was above and beyond. I'll continue to go there for service, and you should also go there for service, tires, oil change etc., Simply the BEST! The manager was nice but would not recommend this business to anyone. I went in for a simple oil change and witnessed my vehicle being searched without my consent. All 4 of my doors and hatch was opened to have a look around. When talking to the manager on why they did this I was told they "lubed my door hinges". When inspecting the hinges I found that they were bone dry and no lube was actually applied. So needless to say I will not be going back to this place and I hope this review is helpful. read more

What an easy, trustworthy place! I walked in after getting a flat and asked them what they can do for me. He took the tire and thoroughly inspected it and told me it was done for. He even showed me exactly where the slice was AND the piece of glass that was stuck inside the tire. They didn't have a tire in my specific size and I was about to leave with the donut on my car, but the man at the desk told me to hang out and he'll check one more time to see if he can do anything since I was at least 50 miles from home. He said he had a used tire very close to my size that would get me through the weekend until I can get a brand-new tire. For a very reasonable price, I said go for it. They took off my donut, rotated a back tire to the front and installed the used tire in the back for me. I was in and out in 45 minutes with customers ahead of me. Couldn't ask for an easier, seamless hitch in my weekend travels. Thank you! read more

Excellent service, we were in our RV traveling from Texas to New Jersey. As we were pulling in to the campground our Wesrlake RV tire tread separated it pulled down 2 propane hoses, leaking propane, and damaged under the RV !! We were very lucky. This was a new 2018 RV, with only 2,700 miles on the tire... Charles had his son come out to replace the tire immediately. I didn't know who to call, being new to my area I called my neighbor, and he recommended I go here. I was nervous at first being a small female driving a newer car. I've been a customer for quite a while. I would have given Tire King 4+ stars before today. On my last visit for vehicle repair, I watched the Service Manager physically assault one of the mechanics. Very disturbing and I'm very grateful that I did not have my kids with me!!! If I was scared, I'm sure my kids would have been terrified. Shame on upper management for allowing managers to treat employees this way. Now I need to find another reliable shop to work with... upsetting. read more
