First impression: I live in Indialantic and called the Indialantic Tire Kingdom twice and the phone rang continuously. I hung up and called this particular one and someone actually answered the call and I was able to schedule an appointment. I will always go to this location for my tire needs. I asked them to check brakes, tires, and alignment. They were very professional and didn't up-sell any unnecessary work. I received two new tires and alignment. The manager (I assumed he was the manager) was very enthusiastic and professional. He actually asked me if I wanted to see the damaged tires and walked me through with proper explanation of the damaged tires. Anyway, pricing was reasonable, service was amazing, and their knowledge was spot on. I do appreciate them not trying to push the up-sale. We caught a flat on I 95 for my birthday surprise .Called the different tire kingdom's and this tire Kingdom had our tire size and although they were extremely busy with two hour window wait, we asked if we could just buy the tire. When the gentleman CARLOS, saw that we just needed the back tire they took care of us and less than an hour. Carlos was extremely professional and kind and courteous and sympathetic to our needs, as we were headed to another place for my birthday. Mike was so busy- phones ringing off the hook, people coming in, but assisted in my transaction. Extremely multi tasking. I caught a screw on US-1 at 3pm, in-and-out, tire pressure went from 38 psi to zero in about 1 minute flat. I finally got towed to Tire Kingdom at 5pm, and Mike and his team were amazing--just as my tow driver stated! Called tire Kingdom this morning and spoke with the person who answered the phone. I asked him if he could help me because I was in a wheelchair. If I pulled up out front, Cody unload the tire and take my phone number he said yes and was very frantic about needing to get off the phone immediately because he was the only employee there, so I drove to the tire Kingdom here on Palmbay Road as I pulled up, I noticed the gentleman standing out front talking to another person. After about 10 minutes he turned around and looked at me and said I'll be with you in a minute him and the person disappeared inside, so I pulled over to the First Bay, where I saw an employee standing there on his phone, for the next 10 to 15 minutes he continued to stand her on the phone while looking at me every couple of seconds never once offered to help me with the tire out of my car. Totally understandable maybe he was into something important. Next thing I know a female employees shows up and Wood looks to be her sleep clothes she goes into the bay right in front of me and proceeds to change her clothes into her tire kingdom outfit right in front of the other employee. Then she proceeds to put on make up Smoke her Vape She also looked at me several times and never offered to help. Finally I stepped out of my car and closed my back deck lid as I did she came out of the store. Oh I'm so sorry. Can I help you? I told her ma'am I've been here 30 minutes and all of the people have ignored me!! She proceeds to say sorry she was late getting to work so I highly recommend not doing business with this company. I'm going to try the one on Malabar and if it doesn't change I'm calling corporate. It's sad I don't like to have to ask for help but in this case, I have no choice because I'm in a wheelchair and I cannot do it myself. Normally I do everything on my own. went in for an oil change and ended up with an engine tick. filed a claim and the claim was denied after their independent inspector verified that the oil plug wasn't leaking, the truck had oil in it and that the oil filter was fine. what a joke. waited 3 weeks for an inspection and that's all they checked. I requested multiple times to see the video from the oil change which was ignored every time. I ended up filing a claim with the attorney general and consumer affairs prior to the denial. had my vehicle in there 4-5 times prior to this engine tick so their notes reflect no engine issues prior to this oil change. I believe that they let the truck run too long while flushing out the old oil which is why they wont produce the video. AVOID AT ALL COSTS! read more

I'll start out by saying that I never really write reviews. I am the typical person that goes to a business get a service done thank them and move on my way. Then I realized that reviews are no way to judge a business to a certain extent. We as humans complain just to complain. But people really don't takes the effort to post something good. Think about it when you call a large organization and would like to leave a comment they send you over to the complaint department. I called the shop and the manager Mike picked up the phone. He was very polite and we coordinated a time for me to drop off my wife's vehicle a 2013 Nissan Xterra. Just like any other mechanic shop he had recommendations that I should perform on the vehicle. He was not pushy and explained if I did this I should do that next. And give me an order of things to fix on my wife's vehicle. He asked me when I can bring it in to perform the work. Again great customer service I reversed the question and asked him what day works best for your shop. He gave me a weird look like people don't ask those types of questions and we coordinated a different date. A couple days later I walked into the shop because I like to do business face-to-face and asked him a question about my personal car he said he'll look at it really quick. It really was a quick fix he handed me the keys and told me thank you for doing business with me and did not charge me. Again it was a quick fix and not costing the company money but he took care of me. Never judge a business by their reviews. This business sees hundreds of people a week and they are still in business. If it was horrible nobody will go there and you would have more than 8 comments online. If I could do less than a star I would. I made an appointment for first thing in the morning so I could get it done and be on time for work. Mistake #1. I get there and it is Mike and 1 other guy. No cars are being worked on. Mike is answering phones and I hear him say "my guys don't like to come in early". That's wonderful to hear. Even if that was a joke, you still don't say to customers. So I wait for about 20 mins even before I could even see if they had my tires. So they take my car around back and the bay I was going in they said had to be cleaned. Well it took almost 30 mins to clean the bay cause the one guy who was cleaning it would stop and chat with the incoming crew. I'm standing outside the bay just watching all this and had to listen about their opinion of the previous night's 90 Day Fiance show. They finally get my car in the air. I was getting 2 tires, 1 of the tire was in my back seat since it was flat and I was on my temporary tire. The other tire was older and I wanted it to be the 2nd of the 2 tires replaced. So easy enough, replace left front tire, put the new tires in the back and use the tires on the right side as my front tires. Took explaining it 3 times. So from the time the first tire was removed until when it was finished was almost 75 minutes because they wasted so much time chatting while working. The car is 3 years old and they ended up scratching the rims removing the tires. 2 tires plus all this aggravation was over 240 dollars. I got from Mike "well you are welcome to go next door to see if they are cheaper". So overall it was about 2 1/2 hours for 2 tires. I got there about 740 and didnt finish until about 1015. Needless to say I will never make the mistake of returning again. I guess talking about 90 Day Fiance and other chit chat is more important then getting people finished and on their way. If you are gonna just chat then make sure people cant hear it. They got invoice wrong saying time in was 832 when my arrival was about 740. Then they also staple someone else's invoice to my paperwork. Hopefully every person in Florida will read this. Worst retail experience I ever had. read more

Had a flat tire today in the Palm Bay Area. Paid 1.50 for air at a station on US 1 and made my way up Palm Bay rd and found Tire Kingdom. Individuals in the shop were courteous and welcoming. I explained the problem and they assured me they could repair the flat within 40 - 45 minutes. Gave me a price of no more than $23 and change. As promised the tire was repaired and all tires inspected. Price was exactly as they stated and we drove out of there very satisfied. Service representative was quite rude in telling me that he was running an hour and a half late and by then he would not have time to do my service anyway. In a calm manor, I told him to remove my appointment and that's when this issue suddenly became my fault, not his and he made no attempt to try again at some time in the future. NEVER AGAIN... Worst place ever. They have idiots working there. We go to have 2 tires w/rotation and alignment 1hr 20min. Ok. 3hrs & 25mins later plus the guy who we specifically told do not drive the car away it has a breathalyzer inside. The idiot drives off!!!!! Rushes back and we almost missed blowing!! Mind you this will shut the truck completely down! It will have to be towed at owners expensive with violations that will follow and then try and get it back on! Many loops to go through!! I went to Palm Bay Tire Kingdom because I had tire blow out on I-95. They placed 2 new tires on and had to place a new TpMs sensor on 1 tire. After that they could not reset the program to have the new sensor read with the existing sensors on my 2016 Camry. I went to 2 additional tire kingdom and they could not reset the TPMS system and told me I had the wrong or faulty sensor in a tire. So I booked an appointment at Toyota to fix and the manager told me we would take care of you to get this fixed! So when I went back in they only refunded me for their faulty sensor. Word of advise when they say we'll take care of you get it in writing!! This cost me an additional $190.00 out of my pocket which I didn't plan on spending! read more

Oil change tire rotation, fixed a tire leak, all without trying to sell me a new tire, or talk me into unneeded maintenance. Not the best of experiences at Tire Kingdom last Wednesday, Nov 16. Realized we had a screw in the front left tire, and both front tires were ready to replace. We are new to the area, and decided to try out Tire Kingdom. Arrived at 10:30am, and were told it would take about an hour...were not done and out of there until 3:00pm! Purchased two new tires, and had them installed. Price, with mounting and balancing, was reasonable...but not great. (We were never offered the 'Buy two tires, get two tires free' deal that is all over the radio...BUMMER! Didn't know it was even available until I heard it on the radio the next day.). We were told fluids were checked and all were good...but two days later the wiper fluid light came in. So obviously was not checked. Then, upon arriving to work Monday, Nov 21, as I got out of the car, I noticed a bolt on the ground by my car. Upon examination I realized it was MY Volkswagen lug bolt!!! From the front left tire that was replaced on Wednesday! (Thank goodness it fell off there, and I happened to see it...can't be cheap to replace!) #1: No offer extended to us for the special tire sale that was advertised. #2: Lied to about fluid level checks. #3: Lug bolt wasn't properly tightened down and fell off! I'm a little concerned if everyone drives off like I did, except I realized I still had the same positive camber on the rear wheels that I had when I drove in to tire kingdom when I arrived home . I returned and now I have to have actually get the alignment done after giving them all the time they needed 5hrs to be exact . And I paid for a 3yr alignment which means you $149+tx you can return for as many alignments as you need in 3yrs at no cost . Bogus repair quotes This store brings you in with cheap oil changes and in my case tole me my battery had a bad cell and my brakes were practically metal on metal and my rotors were also in need of replacement. They wanted $378 for the brake job and backed off on the battery when I told them it was only 11 months old. I had a friend put in new brakes for 57.20 and when he removed the old brakes, they were still in pretty good condition. I showed them to the people at Auto Zone and they told me the old brakes still had plenty of life left. The District manager, Zackery sent me to another store when I complained and that guy came up with magic gauges that supported their recommendations. Surprise,surprise. I filed a complaint with the Attorney General's office here in Fl. I would never go back to that store and after looking at other reviews, it seems like this is their method of operation all over the country. Stay away from this place. read more
