We have always used Tire Kingdom Northlake for our family tire needs and I went in today for what would either be a tire patch or new tire. Greeted by Lenny who was rude, disrespectful, and instantly hostile about the Tire Kingdom price match policy as I asked clarifying questions. In the past we have ordered from tire rack and had them installed here/ or had tires price matched. I explained to Lenny that he was being extremely rude and he told me to have fun in the rain today. I let him know to do the same and we brought the car somewhere else. I'm not too sure why he spoke to me like I was an idiot but it was very insulting and un-necessary. I hope you get your anger problem worked out. We went here for a flat tire. The staff member who came out to inspect our car noticed our dogs and was very sweet to give us time to get them situated. The staff was very accommodating to my husband's request to move tires around on the car and address the deteriorating spare. DeAndre did an excellent job and was incredibly patient with my husband. We had an appointment and were in/out in about an hour and a half with with 2 new tires and mounted tire on the spare. Car drove better than it had in years. We feel much safer driving back home. They seem to be continually staffed with only one technician. They recommended that I book a 9am Sunday appointment in order to avoid a 2+ hour wait. I was there at 9am and was informed there is only one technician (same situation as previous Friday). After over an hour I noticed my car wasn't even pulled into the bay yet. I was told I'm 4th in line - not even sure how that is possible since they open at 9am (time of my appt). Very unprofessional and the guys running the desk simply don't care. This place was a complete waste of time and overpriced for their poor service. I had an appointment and sat there for a half hour waiting to see when they would even pull my car in for the oil change. I asked how much it was and they said 139.99 for the oil change and I mentioned I had a nail in one tire. He said with the tire plug you're looking at $200. I asked how much longer it was going to be and the manager said I had two guys call out and only have two guys for all my repairs today. My husband ordered the tire that we needed several days ago and made an appointment for 11 o'clock Monday morning. He called at 10:30 and was told that if he came at 11 he'd have to wait two hours so he should come at 1 PM. He arrived at 1 PM and waited over three hours to have the tire put on. So much for making an appointment and calling ahead. In addition, he was quoted a price on the phone and was given a different price when he showed up. He was assured they would take care of it and when he checked out, he would get the original price. This did not happen. Overall, a terrible and disappointing experience. Called in to ask questions about cost and services because I had flat tire and I was verbally met with a very rude/nasty man with a serious attitude problem who wasted my time. All of which could have been avoided if he had started with the plain fact that he wouldn't service my car same day due to being fully booked up. I was calling with a current flat tire which was mentioned from jump... as in I needed help immediately. Considering he knew they didn't have availability he should have told me that firstly instead of being nasty to me in our conversation for no reason... He was only too happy to throw that in my face at the end of our conversation. Idk who pissed him off today but please don't take it out on potential costumers in need of help who are already upset and stressed out enough cause they have a surprise flat tire. After inquiring with a couple of other retailers and getting more frustrated as I went, I called Tire Kingdom. Wanted to get tires today or tomorrow due to a flat tire that couldn't be repaired. Spoke with Casio and then Hector. Great service!! Offered ways to help rather than telling me what they couldn't do. Bought four tires and had Tire pressure monitors replaced, all same day, about 4 hours total. Recommend Tire Kingdom, Hector and Casio to everybody. read more

Made and appointment for 9:00 am this morning online. Arrived at 8:50 am. I was told they were busy and I would have to wait 2 1/2 hours to get a tire repaired. Why take reservations if you can keep them. Service person did not care that I had an appointment and would have to wait. Horrible customer service. Never coming back. The first time I went here, they did not have my correct phone number so they did not warn me that my car was ready. Today I called to make sure they had my correct phone number after I dropped my car off. And then get a call saying my car needs new rear wheel brakes. I never get a call about my car being ready so when I finally call, they think that I am a completely different person with a different phone number. When I picked my car up, the price was 150 more than I had seen online. I had ordered the wrong tire size so they had to fix it. Understandable, but they chose tires that were double the price and put them on without asking. When I asked if it was my car or the other car that actually needed rear brakes, one mechanic told me no and was the only honest person there teaching me about the brakes. The manager began dealing with me, was rude and dismissive, and didn't want to hear how his employees messed up a simple thing as matching a phone number to a car and told me that I needed new rear brakes, after telling him I refuse to pay double the price of the tire that I ordered and they put on without asking me he asked if I would like them removed. He ended up giving me a $60 discount. Finally picked my car up after 2 1/2 hours and me having to call and check to end up paying $100 more than I expected. read more

I have never been treated so nicely and efficiently. Brought my auto in for someone to look at a warning sign that appeared on my dashboard when the car was turned off. I did not have an appointment but the staff took care of me quickly. I personally want to thank Roody and Paul for their effort and suggested there was not a problem with the battery but something else and suggested that since the car was still under warranty to take it to the dealer. They spent at least 1 hour checking everything out and they did not charge me for their service. WOW!!!!! I arrived for my appointment five minutes early I was informed that the manager tried to reach me to let me know they were running a bit late. I had no voicemail. Nicole told me they were running about an hour late and I told her I would wait. When the manager returned from his lunch, he told me it would be a two hour wait. I told him that I would wait and asked why his associate had told me I would only be an additional hour. He informed me that I intimidated her and that's why she underestimated the time. I asked him to play back the video from the security camera as I was nothing but cordial. I let him know how disappointed I was and was going to post negative reviews at which point he handed me my keys and told me that he wouldn't service my vehicle. Buyer beware! This is a review about the deceptive $190 rebate program that incentivizes one to purchase tires from Tire Kingdom. It's only the two NTB/Tire Kingdom rebate/Award Cards totaling $120 that were not honored or received. One of the the rebate cards ($70) was never sent. The funds ($50) of another rebate card were removed off the card because it wasn't used in time. Both of these were the NTB/Tire Kingdom rebate/award cards. The third ($70) Michelin card was received and honored. When brought to the attention of BTB/Tire Kingdom "customer relations", their response was too bad. read more

I had a great experience during my visit at this Tire Kingdom location on Friday for a tire change (back left tire was damaged). I'd suggest you schedule an appointment in advance if you're going to need your car for anything urgent. But, if not, you can call and drop off your vehicle and pick it up the same/next day. However, that's if you're lucky. How can you get lucky? Well, 1. they must have your tire in stock, and 2. they can't have a jammed backlog. If you're not lucky (like me), expect to receive your car in 2-3 days (still good). All in all, the team at this location is extremely responsive and informs their customers with updates regarding their vehicle during every stage of the repair process. Surprised by the low rating. One of my tires got a nail in it, and was losing air so I stopped by them. Was a bit of wait to get help but not too long. The person who assisted me was very nice, explained the process well. Then they found that my break pads were worn down, and another tire also had a nail, even though it wasn't as obvious as the other one. They gave me a good price for everything combined after being clear that I didn't need to change the pads if I don't want to, but the rotors will also have to be changed in the future​ if i dont, and that would be more expensive. read more

I waited 2 hours to have one tire put on my car despite the fact that I made an appointment. I noticed that the new tire looked different than than other rear tire. It was the wrong size. The manager did not call me back after I described the problem as he said he would have to figure it out. I had to call back to speak to another person who completed the special order for the run flat tire. She assured me that they would call me when the new tire came in. No phone call. When I finally had the new tire put on, nobody apologized for their error. I was annoyed by the very poor customer service and very disappointed by the fact that a tire store didn't even notice that it was the wrong tire. read more

DO NOT GO HERE. STAY AWAY. Made an appointment online, had a third party show up on the scheduled day and time to be told THEY double booked and I would have to come back at a later day. Paid online, yet the third party was told that was not the actual payment and only to charge if I missed the appointment. The manager misrepresented the facts to the third party and did unneeded work to my vehicle. That work now requires the same level of service for the life of the vehicle and costs 2.5x as much. I have called TBC corporate two times a week apart and was told that someone would call me back...nothing. This company and this location lack integrity and don't deserve your business. brought my car there to install tires bought at tirerack and they said "if it needs an alignment we will do it for $89" My car tracked perfect before I brought it there, if you let go of the wheel, it tracked dead straight. They said it needed an alignment and performed it. When i picked the car up, they said it needed it and gave me a meaningless paper with graphs and numbers and everything was in the GREEN scale, meaning the car was perfectly aligned. when i drove off, the car shimmied and pulled hard to the right. I called and they said "it tracked perfectly after we aligned it" I told them it did not per the above. They said, " dropped it off and we will fix it" I told them i needed to wait as i did not have the time to drop it off and be without my car. So they asked if i could make an appointment and they would get me right in and it probably needed a slight adjustment. So i went back today and after and hour and a half, they said" we couldn't fix it and NOW THE STEERING WHEEL IS NOT STRAIGHT ON???? MEANING THE SPOKE DON'T LINE UP and said it could be a bad sensor and MAYBE THEIR MACHINE WAS NOT CALIBRATED RIGHT?????? I asked how they gave me a report that showed everything in the GREEN and they said that it was correct yesterday....SEROIUSLY??? So i brought the car to the BMW/MINI Dealer and they fixed it and the technician said" THR ALLIGNMANT WAS OUT OF WHACK!!!!!!!!
