On 2/10/25, I received an Onstar email that my tire was flat. I'm at work at the time and go to the office garage where my car is parked and sure enough my tire is flat. One of my coworkers suggested I go to Goodyear, as it's close by and they had a good experience there, getting a repair in 30 mins. I keep an air compressor in my car, so I inflated the tire and make the 4 min drive to Goodyear. Sherrie took care of me right away. I explained that I was there to fix a flat and I'll wait for the repair. Once the Tech completed the repair, Sherrie called me up to the desk to pay, which was a little over $25. She then also suggested replacing all 4 of my tires, as 3 of them had low tread. She printed the quote, which I was appreciative for as I was planning on replacing my tires soon. I take my car and go straight home. Today, the morning of 2/11/25, I come outside ready to drive to work, to see the same tire that I brought for repair yesterday, is again completely flat today. So the flat is taken off and the spare put on, so I can bring the tire back to Goodyear to fix the repair I paid for yesterday. Unfortunately, Sherrie wasn't in, but Chris was. Chris was pleasant and also helped me right away. He said they'd have to look at the tire and he'd call me to let me know what happened. As I left to go back to work, Chris calls and says that it's a separate hole than what they repaired yesterday and they would have to charge me another repair. I was surprised that I would have to pay again for a repair that occurred less than 24 hours before as there is a possibility it was missed with the original repair and not a new hole. I told him, I brought my tire to your company as the experts to fix a flat tire, whatever that may entail. I didn't feel that I should have to pay again, especially with it being less than 24 hours. He said, all he could do was give me a $5 discount, which I thanked him for. When I came back to have the re-repaired Tire put back on, I thanked Chris again for the discount, but let him know that my family was less than happy that I'm paying again, at all, for this re-repair, and we'll now be going to Costco for the new tires, as my family no longer wants to use Sherrie's quote. To which Chris replied, you could go to Costco, but you would be getting a 'club tire'. I don't know what that means and I think the point was lost on him, that charging me another $20 today, is losing you hundreds of dollars in the future, as I won't be spending any more money here. I do have to say that both Service Reps were pleasant and nice, but I think Chris lost an opportunity to retain a customer. read more

Fast service as long as you play by the book. Make a appointment and you won't be disappointed. I had an appointment to get new tires installed and to have an alignment done after. The estimated time to complete everything was approximately 2 hours as stated by the Goodyear online order details. But it actually took around one hour to complete the new tire install and alignment. Jim assisted me from the moment I got there. I was getting out of my car and he was already outside the parking lot behind my vehicle and he asked if I was the person to be expected for the time of the appointment which I got there 10 minutes prior to the appointment time. All I can say is that I had an outstanding experience. Definitely make an appointment ahead of time...that's my number one tip. read more

Don't go here. Came here for an oil change in end of September (Now beginning of December). I paid for the ultimate + full synthetic oil change which included the car check / inspection. Here we are 9 weeks later and my engine is making knocking sounds and I thought it might be my oil. I check it, and it's overfilled by multiple inches way above the line. I explain the situation, and the female manager was not respectful. She said that she would drain it but it wouldn't do anything beneficial to my engine. She also said she wouldn't redo it unless I was willing to pay for an entirely new oil change. I had her drain it then she communicated with me that I needed a new oil change. Another oil change 9 weeks later after getting a full synthetic oil change? How is that possible? She showed me how my oil was dark and still way above the line but tried to convince me that it wasnt. I'm convinced my oil wasn't even changed. I also included the inspection, and I was never given a sheet to see the full analysis because she said everything was good. I took the car to the dealer a few days later for an actual inspection because I felt like something was off and the inspection told me multiple things that needed to get fixed INCLUDING MY OIL CHANGE AND FILTER. Yesterday my Daughter was there because she had a metal wire in her tire. We called and were told that they could plug a tire for free which is great since I was at work and my daughter is a college student who doesn't know anything about her tires. So long story short they ended up telling her that she needed a new tire and they couldn't plug it and that she couldn't leave until she got it so I called and said no we can't afford it so they finally agreed to let her leave without a new tire. When my daughter gets home she tells me SHERRY who I believe is the manager told my daughter that she would've paid for a new tire if she was her mother. Let me tell you something Sherry, I'm sorry that we can't all afford to pay $125 for 1 tire ! Not happy with Goodyear Auto Service 515 South Dixie Highway, West Palm Beach. I was on Monday October 10/2022 to check with them about a loose plastic shield under my Honda Civic engine. Team lead Jim Pettit told me I can't do it I have only one mechanic, come back tomorrow, next day I was there he said I can't do it I have just 2 mechanics, call me tomorrow. So I ended up Thursday 10/13/2022 at 11am hopping that will be my lucky day my car will be fixed but not he said call me around 3pm maybe I will be able to take you in. At that point I couldn't take it no more and I told him this is not acceptable to delay a customer for 4 days for a small repair job! No apologies or sorry from him! I came here this morning, 7:50 am, to get an oil change. I was really happy when I noticed they did not have any cars in the service area, I figured I would be in/out quickly. To my delight, both store Managers agreed my car would not be ready until 3-5pm. According to the female manager, if I didn't have an appointment it wouldn't be ready til then...what the heck! They had 1 employee in the shop trying to keep busy, he was using the air compressor and blowing at the workstations. I think they could've gotten him to do my oil change!? My office used to use this Goodyear because of its proximity, but I was forewarned not to come here because of their ridiculous lack of service. Apparently they can't fit other vehicles unless you have an appointment, and if they do fit you in you get to pick it up @ 5pm or later. Our office has a significant fleet of cars; they have really lost a good customer base. I will make sure to let other agencies in my building know about their crappy customer service! read more

Unprofessional. The manager shouldn't be there at all. They hit my car and blame on me, then they said that if the car gets hit outside of their store is. It their responsibility so who's is . So basically if you leave the car their for an oil change and gets hit by something it's your doily not theirs. read more

Donald and the tire choice crew are amazing! I started going to them for services around the middle of 2015 for my 04 civic and 2014 Jetta and haven't been any where else since. They are all very capable at what they do and very kind and explain everything that's being done to your vehicle. I usually go to this location because it's so close to my apartment. However, after my experience today I'm willing to drive anywhere else to get my quarterly oil change. I've been a pretty loyal customer to this location since I moved to west palm and don't complain when it comes to their low availability and prolonged service. I came in for my routine oil change which ended up becoming a $133 situation, I immediately felt scammed. Then to further my dissatisfaction, my splash guard was hanging down and dragging on the street so I asked the manager to have the mechanic reattach the piece while my car was being worked on. A fair request considering it takes them 30 seconds and I paid $60 in labor costs for a oil change and filter swap. The manager assured that it was no problem. When I picked up my car I noticed that the splash guard was still dragging on the ground, I called back the next day to let them know and they told me to come back. After the issue was fixed the manager could not have been more rude to me. She told me that I couldn't come back again if I run something over in the future and "that's all she wrote". Pretty weird and just bad customer service in my opinion. Anyways, not going back and I suggest that the others in this area go somewhere else. read more

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. RUDE and lazy staff. This is the second time in two weeks that I was turned away for service, because they were "understaffed". This morning, I was speaking to one technician explaining the recurrent situation (misfiring and not starting) that might be related to the spark plug change that I had done at this location over the summer...and some red haired Dude interrupted, jumped into the conversation and wouldn't let me finish. He kept saying I'd have to come back tomorrow. He refused to even read the code on my check engine light, which I told him doesn't stay on even if there is a problem (as evidenced by the spark plug failure with NO NOTICE that they fixed tthis past summer). He refused any help and kept telling me to go to the dealer. I was politely refused two weeks ago for short staff when the misfiring issues first started, but this guy had no customer service skills. This guy was rude, lazy and had no business behind a desk working with the public. If this misfiring issue is due to their negligence, they will be sued. read more

I bought a tire here in June. The manager convinced me that my flat tire (piece of metal) needed to be totally replaced. I paid just under 150.00 to replace the tire because he scared me. Told me my tire would explode and take the entire front fender of my Lexus off. Last night I got a flat tire on the same tire. We took the car there first thing in the morning today and not only did they literally tell us they didn't have time to bother with us, they told us the tire has no warranty- that they don't sell that tire. I have the receipt which shows they sold me the tire. Then they said its not a Goodyear tire (it's a special sport tire) so they won't do anything with it. They won't even check the tire to see if its ruined or can be patched. They are too busy. They weren't too busy when they were convincing me my tire was going to explode and destroy the front end of my car in June 2013. Incredible. I can assure you when they were selling me a tire they NEVER mentioned the tire had no warranty or that it was a special tire. I had no idea. Who pays 150.00 for a tire with no warranty. It's ridiculous. He didn't tell me because he knew I wouldn't have bought it. I bought my other tires at sears- go there. Great customer service and they certainly have warranties on their tires. I took my car in at 9:00 am to get 1 tire replaced. At that time it wasn't very busy. Why then did they wait 6 hours to call me and tell me that they had taken down the wrong specs for my tire and that they had a less expensive tire? I told them to go ahead and replace the tire. Then they tried to sell me 3 tires and told me to open a Goodyear credit card. It's bad enough having to get any auto repair service but to wait over 6 hours to get a single tire replaced makes it so much worse. read more

Went here a couple of days ago because the tire pressure in one of my tires kept getting low. Front desk service was super quick and I was able to leave my car and walk to my all within 5 minutes during a super busy workday. I returned a few hours later and my car was ready to roll, with all 4 tires at the correct psi. The serviceman even showed me the screw that was stuck in the tire. I was able to schedule an appt on-line for the same day, which was nice. I was quoted a very reasonable price for an oil change via e-mail and they stuck to it. No hidden charges! They include an inspection and even filled up my windshield fluid which was empty for no extra charge. Friendly service and no pressure, just a suggestion for future service consideration. I have a Jaguar and got so tired of the dealership ripping me off, so I took my car to Goodyear to get tires and saved hundreds of dollars.
