The folks here were great and caught on ahead that I had mistakenly ordered tires that didn't meet the weight requirements for my cars and were able to assist me in getting the correct updated wheel and tire combo. Off to a great start already. THEN I showed up on install day, Ben (who I had spoken with on the phone) met me out in the parking lot, recognized my car, and came out to chat about the wheels and tire package without me having to explain everything over again. If you ask me, that's peak customer service, Ben knew me as a specific customer not just a random client. BEWARE OF TRUSTING THIS BUSINESS!! This was one of the most dishonest service experiences I've ever had experienced. I brought my wife's van to Discount Tire to have a screw removed and the tire patched. I have a paid service agreement that clearly states they will patch a repairable tire -- and if it can't be patched, they will replace it. I had the vehicle inspected by their tech, Adrian, who carefully measured the tread depth and resorted all of the necessary information. I couldn't get it repaired on the spot, so he made an appointment for me the following morning. He also pointed out that my lights looked worn, and recommended replacement. That sounded a little strange, but this store had always been honest and treated me well, so I went along with it for only $40. Better to be safe, than sorry. The moment my van was on the lift and the tires were off, I was told the tire "Could not be patched" -- and even worse, that they would not honor the replacement under the agreement. Only after I pushed back and challenged them did they suddenly change their story and agree it could be patched after all. Then it gets worse. When I picked up my van, it had been deliberately parked with the screw facing downward so I couldn't see the repaired area. That's not an accident. That's intentional positioning. I inspected it later and realized the screw had NOT been removed. They did manage to put the shiny new lug nuts on it and charge me $40. The way this was handled felt deceptive from start to finish. Trying to deny a written agreement once the vehicle is already disassembled puts customers in a vulnerable position. Most people would feel pressured to just pay for a new tire. If you have a service agreement here, don't assume they'll honor it. Document everything. Inspect your vehicle before leaving. This experience felt manipulative and unacceptable. read more

If this location makes a mistake or damages your vehicle they will not take accountability and will lie straight to your face. And for some weird reason, they have no cameras anywhere on the property. I spoke to Jason again today before he hung up on me. He told me they do not install tires. They only sell tires. That is a complete lie. I now have to take them to Small Claims Court because they can't take accountability and lie Damage to my car from them driving my car recklessly on to the alignment rack ruined my bumper and my belly pan was hanging and slammed my car so hard the engine mount gave out out in a claim with fleet response and took it to apex automotive for quote per discount tire and fleet response denied my claim. They also said after the all of this that my car was leaking oil all over when I brought it in but they gave back my car after installing tires and alignment and said "I'm good to go" when I asked them why did they tell me I'm good to go if my car was supposedly leaking all this oil. Jason's response was we are not mechanics. So in the end this discount tire was not a discount and cost me thousands of dollars in repairs out of pocket I was in contact with them via better business bureau but they won't reply anymore without their attorney so since I'm already thousands in the whole what's another few thousand to hire an attorney and take further legal action read more

I've been using Discount Tires for over ten years! I love these guys!! If you get a flat tire or a nail or need air they fix it and they carry a lot of inventory. If they don't have it, they can usually get it in right away. I needed a special size tire, called today, they ordered them got them in within 2 hours and then put them on my car 45 minutes after I arrived without an appointment! My experience was far from great from the moment I walked in. The employee who initially started helping me disappeared without a word. I made it clear to the cashier that I wanted to keep one of my tires as a spare because it was still in good condition. Despite that, I already felt like I was being pressured into buying a full set of tires--something that felt more like a sales tactic than genuine concern, especially considering my tires were only a year old. When I returned to pick up my car, I specifically asked if my spare tire was in the trunk. I was told it was--but it wasn't. Tires aren't cheap, especially in today's economy, and I had just spent over $800. I went back inside to ask about it and was met with attitude from another employee who insinuated it wasn't a big deal. Why would I throw away a perfectly good tire? The tire was eventually returned to me, but only after a female employee told the others to stop standing around and get it. As a woman, I would strongly caution others against using this place. Going to admit, I'm a widow and always suspect someone is trying to sell me something I don't really need. Bryce took the time, reviewed my previous receipt from CA and explained Michelin's warranty as well as offered options. I left with 4 new tires at an excellent price and no regrets. The store in Houston always provided superb service because they knew I was a car enthusiast and a perfectionist. While in Miami this week for vacation, I realized my car needed new tires. So Dustin at this store was very helpful and patient in helping me and ordered the special tires delivered several days earlier than expected. When I arrived at the store, I was greeted by a team of motivated knowledgeable helpful individuals which left me impressed. What a great experience! Kylee, Nick and Juan each played a part in helping me. I'd run my front tires to no tread. I called ahead 2 times, unsure of where to get an honest option on whether or not they should all be replaced. I went in and Kylee called Michelin to ask about a credit since I still had warranty left on the tires. Ends up that I got a good discount and decided to replace all 4 tires. The new tires ride beautifully and the whole process was painless. I didn't get the service technicians names, but they worked together, seamlessly and got me out with new tires in less time than they had estimated.The customer service here is truly EXCEPTIONAL! I had to get four new tires as my treads were very very low. Upon entering I was greeted by all staff in the front. I watched how this group of young guys had complete control with everyone walking in, the phone ringing off the hook and the utter professionalism shown to everyone, including each other!!! Then I sat on a stool at the window to watch the action. The young man who handled my tire change was Steven and he was so efficient. Upon completion he turned and looked at me to give me a thumbs up. He knew I was the owner of the car. I paid for tires on the 4/3/24. Assured by Ben they would arrive by 4/5, 4/6 the latest. Proactively made appointment to put them on 4/8/24 @ 8:45AM. Arrived and was greeted with "Oh, the BMW........Ummh, did somebody call you?" Welp tires are not here, but am told the should be here by 2pm and I would be notified. No one called. I called Tuesday morning, explained myself and was greeted with "I'll call you back". No one called me back. No one called me on Wednesday. I went in Thursday morning and was shown one supposed phone call with a 9 in front of my number......dial 9 for outside line? Yeah right....oh and you couldn't leave a msg cause it "rang and rang". And you never tried again? Dismiss me and speak to another customer on the phone while I am standing right in front of you. All this to say, just order from Tire Rack directly and get someone else to mount them. I ordered the same tires yesterday after leaving this place and got them this morning and I am driving safely on the road in less in than 24hrs. read more

I brought my wife's SUV into Discount Tire after a blowout on the Turnpike. The staff here was very helpful and knowledgeable. They presented me with all my options from the cheapest tire to the most expensive and let me decide what was best for me (pressure free). They were very efficient and took great care of the vehicle. Double and triple check the final invoice. These guys are very dishonest. I have been there three and each time the representative attempted to add extra charges for entirely made up reasons. Each time I challenged the bill and they had to remove the charges. The third time I had enough, they quoted me $26 per tire to install the tires on my car. When I to there, they were charging me about $50 more for the entire installation than what they had quoted me. When I challenged the invoice their response was that since my car was 1979, an antique, they had to charge more in case they scratched it and I sued them. They made up an entire upcharge. The problem is that they do this with every car. They make up something to upcharge you. You must stay away from these dishonest folks. read more
