Guy called Ryko lifted truck placing ALL FOUR pads on non-structural sheet metal resulting in serious and permanent damage to truck body. Questioned him about it and he said he had no options. Never heard that before and this truck had been lifted in shops plenty of times. Even recommended to him where he could lift it and he didn't seem to think that would be better and that damage was preexisting (it wasn't). Also they charged more than the guy on the phone said. I came in to have them do both sway arm and they had me in and out of there in less than two hours. The manager is very knowledgeable and makes you feel at home and is a trusted reliable mechanic that you don't have to worry about. Honda was charge me over $600 and didn't provide me anywhere near the amount of information that provided me. I highly recommend getting your car work done here regardless of what you need done because honest friendly mechanics are very between because most of them are just crooks and trying to get as much money as possible out of you especially if you don't even need the work that they recommend done. You don't have to worry about that kind of nonsense at tire kingdom so stop by set up an appointment and you won't have to worry about getting screwed because we all know what that feeling is like. Rendol is a literal angel! I unknowingly let out air in all four tires at Racetrack instead of putting air in! I pulled tire Kingdom Stuart almost tears late to work, thinking I had a flat tire and Rendol without I got you just do me a favor pull in and turn around and I'll check all four of your tires for you! And he did and I was back on the road and literally five minutes a legit angel in disguise I can't say enough good things about this so much! You guys are blessed to have such an amazing employee that cares about his customers and will do whatever he has to do that is a rare quality in the business world these days. I bought four brand new tires, Continentals, not cheap, on May 24, 2024. On July 8th, one of the tires blew while I was driving on the highway. I took my car in to a local tire store, Budget Tire in Tequesta, and Frank removed the tire and put the spare on for me and didn't charge me a dime. I called Sean at Tire Kingdom to let them know that I needed a new tire to be ordered and that I would be in in the next day or two to have it installed. The day I went in I was treated like a nuisance from the moment I walked in the door. He complained that I didn't park in a parking spot (because I had pulled my car next to the garage). Then he told me that I didn't have coverage and it wasn't a defective tire and it didn't qualify to be covered under the warranty. I had just spent $2000 with these people. My entire family buys tires from them. Then he proceeded to tell me that that company doesn't make defective tires. I paid another $500 for a new tire as well as hazard insurance. I will never be back there. Worst customer service ever. Nothing like dealing with a jerk when you're going through a rough time. read more

Would rate less. Shoddy work, guy at the desk doesn't listen when you explain the problem. Paid for a tire rotation and alignment once, never evened out the air pressure or rotated the tires, could tell by my rear tire still being a different psi in the same location. When I had to replace a faulty tire that had a separated tread they tried to sell me a new tire because they weren't listening to my problem. Then completely misbalanced my tire, had to pay the Firestone down the road to fix the problem. They also didn't put one of my wheel covers back on when done, thankfully I hadn't left the parking lot and the tech put it on, but then I lost another cover after hitting a bump in the road because it wasn't put back on. When I went to get a refund for their completely wrong balancing the guy at the desk CHARGED me again instead of processing a refund and caught me just before leaving. Complete incompetence, avoid at all costs. They don't know what they're doing with fixing vehicles, let alone doing tires. read more

I had all four tires replaced about a month ago and with the cold weather my tire light came on, when I went to check none of my valve caps were on. They were nice metal ones and it stinks that they wouldn't even replace them with cheap plastic ones and let me drive away without any valve caps. Literally my heros. Picture this you're new to the neighborhood. You bring your car to a shop (not to be named) and they were supposed to put on new break pads and change your tire. They tell you "oops sorry, we don't have the parts for you & we don't have a tire for you either) Meanwhile you made this appointment a week in advance. Now you are scrambling to find a place to atleast get a new tire. Here is where Tire Kingdom comes in. I called them frantically on a Saturday. They told me to come right in. They gave me a new tire, and even showed me my old one , to show me what was causing the leak. (Loved this). Staff was very friendly, knowledgeable & accommodating. I scheduled an appointment with them to do my breakpads right away. I would recommend them to anyone! read more

Poor service. They cant do a simple alignment even after they test drove my truck it was handed back in worse shape including oil stains. Manager was useless couldn't even give me a full refund. Reaching corporate was pointless. Save your time and money take it to a reputable shop. read more

Went yesterday afternoon for a nail in my tire.. the tire was batched and my keys were returned to me. Upon checking out SHAQ decided to take it upon himself to allow me to not pay. This particular tire kingdom is useless when it comes to the basics. I bought my mom tires and a alignment for Christmas and she called to set up the appointment, they told her she didn't need one, and to drop it off in the morning. We get there, and the day is totally booked. They said they could try to squeeze her in but it would be early afternoon. 30 minutes before closing they call her and tell her the cars done but if she's not there before closing she could pick it up the next day. We get her there, and the manager tells her he needs to test drive it before it's ready. She gets it back, the tire pressure sensor light is on, and they didn't even align it. If you look at the alignment sheet, everything is the same as it was to start. And it's out of spec!!! She brings it back, and they tell her she needs 4 new tpms sensors at the tune of $500. If you have made it this far reading, you're better off going somewhere else than having these incompetent fools touch your vehicle. read more

I had an appt for an oil change and tire rotation. I was taken on time and the oil was changed. Upon leaving I asked if they turned off my maintenance light. They did not and then I noticed my tire pressure was very low. When I initially arrived I had requested they raise my tire pressure. I had to wait again when they added air to the tires. I checked the pressure and it was too high! They then lowered it to the proper pressure however they never rotated the tires because they said the tread was low on the tires. A very aggravating experience to say the least. read more

Not to be trusted as a serious engine diagnostic center. Unreliable and unsafe. A full copy of the tests performed and the results are NOT provided with the final bill. I was broken down on the side of the road within the hour after leaving (and having paid $365) due to the battery! Do not risk your life for quick service. The engine service here is untrustworthy and potentially dangerous. read more
