One of our Firestone tires was losing a little pressure each day so my husband called Tire Outlet and was able to book a same day appointment. We brought our vehicle over and after about a 20 minute wait, Terry checked and removed the tire. He fixed it up and it was ready to go after another 20 minutes. If you want new tires for your car or truck, go some place else. I do not trust these people. They have had my car twice and I still have the same problem that developed when they installed my tires. I wonder about the help. Two guys can`t crank my car so I go out to see what`s wrong and guess what, they could`nt figure out that they they had to turn the steering wheel a little bit to release the key so it would turn. Another guy explains to me how the back tires of a front wheel drive car wear out faster than the front tires, wwhhhaaaatttt? I hope you get the picture, soooo , if you like to wait, like poor service, don`t mind paying too much and don`t mind people who can`t even crank a car working on your car then this is the place for you. read more

YES you may wait long times because they are so busy , & you may pay little more for repairs but I promise it will be done right the first time & my go to is Phil he is the greatest , he always tries to help me find a cheaper discount or some way to help out the cost of repairs . Phil actually showed me my tires yesterday physically and tells me what is wrong and needs repaired ,I never knew they were bad just k ew my truck was not driving right .. when all other mechanics never told me about my tires after patching them twice in year time . Phil told me wanted me to be safe and told me upfront what was wrong and that means a lot Being I am single parent and have been lied to and run over by other mechanics locally . This place takes advantage of people who don't know how to defend themselves with high pressure crooks. They talked my 75 year old wife into replacing all her tires when she went there because she had a nail in one tire. The tires had less than 20,000 miles on them. Be ware! read more

This review is also for the Palatka location! I purchased new tires and had them shipped to the downtown location. I asked them to check my alignment and price a couple other things as well. After sitting for a couple hrs, the tires were done. They quoted me on something entirely different and didn't even look at the alignment. The girl said "we will check all that when you come back for the brakes". I left and went back to work. On the way home, my tires were shaking. I made an appointment at the Palatka location, as it was closer and I didn't want to return downtown. They told me my tires were NOT balanced properly and I definitely needed an alignment. I took another day off of work. After 5 hrs of sitting there till closing, they gave me my truck back and said "we fixed the balancing and we are sorry, but the alignment we tired, but you need cam bolts so we couldn't complete it, but we will price it and call you"! I said I just need it done. I don't need it priced as I couldn't imagine it being drastically more. These tires cost me $1300 of money I didnt have and I didn't want them ruined. I left there and my steering wheel was at 2pm! The alignment was WORSE! After a week of not hearing from them, I called and was on hold for a while then disconnected. By the time I was able to get the time off of work again and bring it somewhere else, my two new front tires were shot! I got the alignment somewhere else but unfortunately don't have another 600-700 with installation to replace my tires again so I've been driving long distance, a while on a bad tire. I am so disappointed with this company. If you are a tire shop and cannot balance tires or perform a simple alignment. How are you even in business? Now I will be just under $2500 for tires and alignments when this is all done, due to their negligence. I will never return and I hope I can prevent others from wasting time and a lot of money with them! read more

Called what I thought was the East Palatka location. Turns out it's their answering service somewhere in USA who Jesse told me it was $21.99 per tire to remove, mount and balance my own new tires. He said bring it down. I did was about an hour or more to do. Shocked, when I got the bill, I asked I thought it was $21.99 per tire. Ryan the east Palatka person at the counter explained no that was our answering service said if you buy the tires here it's $21.99 if you bring your own it's $30.00 per tire. Didn't even try to say I'm sorry I'll correct it to what Jesse told you. Priced around and a lot of other places were same as $21.99 or a few dollars more but not $8.00 more per tire. This place is a joke. They let me leave without balancing my tires. Upon bringing it back I had appointment at 9:00 am. They call me around 1:30 saying it's done. I get there and ask if my tires are balanced and they tell me it was done the last time. I tell them that's why I'm here. I sit another 4 hours. While waiting I'm outside watching the guy and he drops a lug onto my new 24" wheel. I ask him if that juts chipped my paint and he starts laughing. I go report what just happened to the front office guy. While he is talking to the idiot tech I check my other wheels and both front ones are chipped the same way. I let the front guy and he tells me has to report to corporate. This was on a Friday. It's been a week exactly and no call. I call and ask what's going on and they basically play stupid and give me the run around. This place is a joke. Stay away! If you need tire work done just go to a dealer or Toby's. Simple oil change brand new car 26,109 miles. Inspected after work was performed and car was parked in customer pick up spot found that engine protector guard was left hanging with more than half the screws and fasteners left off. He was not expecting me to lay on the ground and check but this isn't my first rodeo. I can't trust the work will be perform properly and therefore I won't return. INSPECT YOUR CAR. I will say this is the first issue I've had with an employee the manager is a great guy. read more

I had an appt too get the oil changed and a tire rotation on my vechicle at 9 a.m. I waited for 2 hours just too get a simple oil change and tire rotation done and didn't get out of there until about 11 or a few mins after 11 a m. Also,I was told I needed a new air filter,I tell them too please go ahead and put new filter in,they told me they got the wrong size so instead of getting the rite size air filter,they just didn't do it.needless too say,I'm not a happy person.it should not of taken 2 hours for an oil change appt.service I received was unsatisfactory. read more
