Don and his staff are a great company to work with. I took my Jeep renegade in to get my tire patched after having a slow leak while coming up from Phoenix. The team patched the leak, no problem, and sent me on my way. Come to find out they misplaced my tire lock and I was unable to get work done, tire rotation, on my vehicle until I found a tire lock key. Don was more than accommodating knowing this mistake and wanted to do right by me. He ordered a new key lock and called as soon it was delivered. Can't say enough nice things about Angie and the crew at Tire Pro! I was stranded in Camp Verde without the necessary equipment to change my flat. Called Tire Pro. Angie said if I could get the truck to her in the next 30 minutes they could help. Then she told me to call Firebird Towing and all but guaranteed they'd get me there in time! Can you say SLOW! Had a 7:30 am appt. (got there early) to mount 4 new tires on my Polaris RZR. I brought in my own new tires. I didn't get out of there until 9:00am! Give me a break, 1-1/2 hours to mount 4 tires on a RZR! They charged $17.00/tire for the labor (Discount in Cottonwood charges $15) then on top of that they hit me for $6.12 for shop supplies! When I asked "what shop supplies" she says, oh tools and stuff?? Then of course the shop supplies had to be taxed since there is no tax on labor! Go somewhere else!!! read more

I generally don't do reviews but I have to say Larry at Tire Pro in camp Verde was amazing!!! He took care of my Mother-In-Law's car with excellence!!! If anyone has tire issues please go to Tire Pro because they actually care! My MIL had a flat tire and we thought she would need to have a leak fixed on the tire of her car. Larry took the tire off and did some tests on the tire. He said there wasn't anything he could find wrong with tire and didn't charge her anything. He treated her with such kindness, like she was his mom. What a wonderful experience we had. My MIL feels safe knowing Larry will be there for her auto needs. Great place to have on speed dial. I was driving down the interstate wither the family and the SUV started shaking really bad. I took it in to the nearest shop which was Tire Pro Automotive. They inspected it, took it out for a drive, and came back with honest feedback. One of the tire was off balanced. The took care of the issue and we were off again. Excellent service and a shop were you don't ha e to worry about trying to sell you everything you don't need just to make some extra cash. On a 1,000 mile roadtrip practicing self quarantine when I get caught in a white our blizzard last night near Flagstaff around 9pm. The snow was covering a massive pothole and my passenger rear tire had an 1.5" laceration on the sidewall. After staying in Camp Verde overnight, I stopped by right when they opened and I was put at the top of the list. After having a bad experience w/the Ford dealer, I decided to come here for an oil change. That was two years ago, and I have been coming here ever since. Drove all the ways out to Arizona from SoCal to check out fossil falls. Arrived into Camp Verde only to realize I had 1% oil life left on my Jeep. This shop was booked for the day and was still able to squeeze me in. I'm forever thankful because this wasn't just any trip, it was my "bachelorette trip" before getting hitched. The customer service was amazing. The man at the front desk went out of his way and entertained my antsy toddlers in the lobby. The oil change only took about 40 minutes. This place actually opens a tad earlier than advertised (or we were just lucky). We had two blown trailer tires on our toy hauler during a snow storm on hwy 17. We had to leave the trailer on the side of the road all night until a tire place opened and we were thankful they were open early. They were speedy with the new tires and carry a large inventory of trailer tires! Prices were good so we decided to buy all four and bring our rig directly to them first thing after we got it rolling again for all new rubber. They noticed our truck tires would need replacing soon and called down to a location in Phoenix to get us a discount! Customer service is top notch, speedy, and prices are right. While coming down 17, my car began to overheat and run poorly so I limped it into Tire Pro. I had never been to Camp Verde and went to the first shop I could find. The staff at Tire Pro were very friendly and knowledgable. The were quick to fix my car and get me on my way. I was fearful my bill was going to be very expensive because I was at the will of this unknown shop and I was an out of towner. BEWARE. Ive spent thousands of dollars on what I now find were either poorly done repairs that had to be redone, or were repairs that were not necessary. Recently, I had my vehicle in this shop. It was given a clean bill of health. I had major issues within 2 weeks of it being in the shop. Took it back and suddenly I had a huge repair estimate. Took it to another shop. NONE of the repairs were required - and a repair Id paid over 1K to do was done incorrectly and had to be redone. DO NOT believe what these people tell you. After 5 + years of trust, I now know that the majority of work was either done poorly or not required at all. SO disappointing. Tire Pro's response? "We can't explain how it happened." Even when I took a friend, they avoided answering any questions and refused to admit any fault. And now I hear HORROR stories from others in town about these people. SAD. read more

Anyway, the customer service people could not be any better. The owners are right there out front and waiting on you. Respectful, knowledgeable and reasonable. Very happy with their service. They didn't have my tires in stock but the owner drove 2 hours each way just to pick up tire for me because I had had a breakdown the night before and didn't want to stay overnight again. Had an "oil change" done and the next day when I drove it, a leak was obvious. When checked it was clear the filter (not usually instock) was not changed nor the O rings of the filter housing. The filter was pitch black and dirty and the Main cartridge filter housing O-ring was flat and hard. And the second O-ring was never even exposed as the cap was near sealed over it. When given an oppurtunity to fix... Todd Wolf did not seem to care. None of our family will continue to do business and we will make it known when asked by members of our community! Wont be going here again, 2nd car I have taken there that the windshield tank does not hold water after service, waited 1 1/2 hours with an appointment for an oil change because of incompetent mechanic who couldn't figure out if it fit or not, after 3 filters sent in by local auto parts stores it took the owner to figure out the first one fit. to be honest I cant even trust that they put in the right one or just used the old one. went to drive home and over fill light came on, they could have taken the time to check this,( lord knows the used plenty of time) returned the next day, waited 1 hour for them to drain out excess oil , There was oil all over the top of the engine , they didn't bother to clean it off with a rag, air pressure on the tires were low, I don't think they even bothered to look at them. Don't take your German engineered Cars here they have no clue what they are doing and never once apologized for the waits, overcharged me for the oil and didn't refund me it either. I gave them ample opportunities but they failed . now I don't know what damage the overfilling of oil may have done, this car had no leaks and was professionally serviced by European motors mechanic, in fact it was his personal vehicle since he bought new. time will tell and its there problem if it has mechanical or oil leak issues from here on out. read more

My wife was driving our 2003 Ford Sports Trac thru Mayer, AZ when she had a massive blowout. The entire tire was trashed. I had the tow company take Trucky to Tire Pro in CV. I called that night (Sunday) and hoped for the west. The next day I spoke w/Don bright and early. They had a similar tire with close tread design available. I told him to install it. Within an hour I rec'd a call from Don advising me that the task was done. The Hercules Tire rocks! It looks almost the same as the other tires and was a very, very reasonable price.
