He said he was done, so I called Integrity in Camp Verde and made an appointment. The technician looked under the car and saw a loose connector. After he pushed the connection together the system worked. When I went to pick up the car, there was no charge. We have taken our cars to them before, and have always been pleased. They could easily have taken advantage of us with this repair. They did not. Integrity appears to be more than just a name with them.

I don't think they have any hotels there. My car broke down at Montezuma Well, and this is the closest service station. Did I mention it was Friday afternoon? They cheerfully worked on my sad vehicle for hours, and while they don't have any air conditioning, they did offer plenty of ice water and also ice cream, which is a nice touch. The sign said they close at 5, but they kept at it until they were certain it would get me back to Tucson, meaning they stayed til 6 to take care of me. Despite all that, they did not charge me a ridiculous amount of money.

About 35/40 mins outside of Prescott my vans fan clutch and bracket pulley system had failed again after having them both replaced by a mechanic back home, prior to my long road trip. The only problem this time I was 1000 + miles away from home and with 4 dogs in tow. After looking up reviews on nearby mechanics Huey Automotive popped and had promising reviews. I had my van towed to the shop and I spent the night in my van with my dogs. When Jason and his team got Monday morning I explained my problem and predicament with having my dogs with me. Making no guarantees, plus a completely booked schedule, also the fact the the likelihood that after market parts were probably not available for my van luck found its way around. O'Reiley's by some miracle had the parts needed to make the repairs. Long story short they had me back on the road by 10:30am. I am forever indebted to Jason and his team. I could not recommend them enough to anyone living nearby or even up and down the state of AZ. You will not be disappointed when using Huey Automotive. Look no further and take your vehicles there for your automotive needs!

Instead of properly diagnosing the problem first, they started replacing parts and charging time and mileage without clearly explaining what was actually wrong with the truck. After hours of work, the truck was not repaired and was left in worse condition than when they arrived. Only after the truck was made worse did they tell me there "might be" a serious engine problem. At that point, they had the truck towed to their own yard and presented me with a very high invoice with fees, mileage, software charges, and processing fees that were never clearly approved. When I tried to resolve it in good faith and offered a partial payment to walk away (since the truck was never fixed), they refused and instead held my truck and loaded trailer until the full amount was paid. This caused me: * Missed deliveries * Lost revenue * Huge stress and downtime If you are an owner-operator or a fleet, be very careful. This shop uses complicated paperwork and aggressive billing to trap customers after a breakdown. I would not recommend this shop to any trucker or transportation company.

I finally gave up and used the one next to it, which worked well, but I wound up swiping my credit card about four times total for the whole experience, which is incredibly expensive. I hope I can be reimbursed.

While travelling to visit friends in Gold Canyon, AZ, my wife and I experienced some car trouble on the morning of September 18, 2019. The oil pressure lamp came on and we had the car towed to Camp Verde Automotive. Alan Christian took care of us. He had one of the technicians check out the trouble. After a few minutes, Alan advised me that the oil pressure sensor was damaged and a new one would be required. Unfortunately, he wouldn't be able to make the repair until the following day because he didn't have the part on-hand. He said the car was running smoothly and there was no problem with the oil pressure in the engine, so he wrote down the part number of the switch and recommended a NAPA store in the Phoenix area that had the part available. I thanked him for his help and asked how much I owed him for the work performed. He said I didn't owe him anything. I was shocked. I urged him to reconsider and, finally, he accepted a nominal payment. It was a distinct pleasure to meet an honest man. I offered him a sincere thanks and got back on the road. My sons car broke down on the highway just outside of Camp Verde. It was towed to Camp Verde Automotive. Spoke with Alan the following morning, he said they would take a look and get back to us. Within 2 hours they figured out the problem and called me with a quote. Alan even went out of his way to get better pricing on the part we needed. By 3:00 that afternoon they had the car fixed and out son was back on the road to college. They were great to work with and took the time to show us the damaged part and talk to my son about how to prevent this issue from happen again. read more
