They replaced the tie rods, and once done they gave me non-traditional quote for rear camdon work without a parts list or labor breakdown of $1,000. They would not do an alignment without that work being done. I took my car to another shop and they inspected the rear cam which was ok and performed the needed alignment for $130. Though they are very friendly and have the convenient ride home service, I won't be going back to them.

He said he was done, so I called Integrity in Camp Verde and made an appointment. The technician looked under the car and saw a loose connector. After he pushed the connection together the system worked. When I went to pick up the car, there was no charge. We have taken our cars to them before, and have always been pleased. They could easily have taken advantage of us with this repair. They did not. Integrity appears to be more than just a name with them.

The first day out from southern California, about an hour north of Phoenix, the truck broke down. We were towed to Jones Ford Verde Valley, arriving after the dealership had closed, but they kindly allowed us to stay in their parking lot overnight. Their kindness & "family-like" attention continued. While the diagnostic work was being done, they transported us so we could get some breakfast & pick up a few supplies. The bad news of a very expensive repair & a week's time to complete was softened by the efforts of so many to help us in any way they could, from careful & complete explanations of the work to be done, to transportation to secure a motel room, to assistance with a car rental at the dealership's discount, to help transferring gear from the camper to the rental so we could explore the area while awaiting the repairs. We had every confidence in the work completed by certified master technicians, plus there is a two-year warranty. We left to complete our camping trip feeling like we were leaving new-found friends. I've been driving past Southwest Auto Clinic for a couple of years now, and don't know why we…read morehaven't taken our cars there for maintenance and repairs. I called them this morning due to a very loud screeching noise that was coming from my front brakes. I was told to stop by this afternoon, which I did. Of course when I got there, the noise had stopped. Isn't that the way it always happens?! When I arrived, Jonathan greeted me outside, he listened to what the issue was and promptly pulled my vehicle in and put it on the lift. It was discovered that I picked up a rock that got caught in the rotor, resulting in the awful noise. No damage was done, fortunately. I can not tell you how much I appreciated the honesty. He charged me a more than fair rate for the diagnosis....nothing. I certainly wasn't expecting that. This is beyond amazing customer service. Since I was there, I decided to ask about getting a quote on a service another establishment told me that I needed to get done asap, which was quite costly and I wanted to get other quotes before committing. Well, he looked at the issue, did a test and it was determined that what I was told was not even needed (replacement of rear leaking struts). There was nothing leaking and it passed the "bounce test" with flying colors. Jonathan told me he wouldn't even quote it because it wasn't necessary work. Thank you Southwest Auto Clinic for your honesty. You have without a doubt earned out business. (the shop is super clean, comfortable inside waiting area, friendly employees).
